We were pretty specific with what we wanted/needed to meet our requirements. We lucked out when the perfect for us RV appeared at Integrity RV. We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. Their patience and explanations to us first timers was amazing. If you are looking for an honest, friendly, and integrity driven business this is the one to go with. Following my 10 months of experience in dealing with Papago, unless you are located near Tempe AZ and able to have in person follow ups, I would reconsider for a local builder. There were too many breaks and delays in communication that pushed the delivery out nearly 4 months and van delivery came with issues still not resolved. I'll break this review down into pre-sale, design and post-sale delivery and support. Presale First engagement was with Jeremy on Sept 10 2024- he's the best part of our Papago experience. He was extremely responsive and patient with us as we asked many questions about which Sprinter year/model to procure, how to do that design specs, building process, etc. One of our main questions was whether the build could be complete by May for summer camping. Reply: "Getting this completed by early May won't be an issue. Barring any major delays on products or anything catastrophic!" We put the deposit down and received a welcome email outlining next steps to procure the van through Jeremy and that we were assigned a designer Jesse who we would meet with us on design Design A month passes, on 11/14 contact Jeremy to flag that I haven't heard from Jessie. Jeremy sources a GREAT van from local Benz dealer, we buy on 11/29. We get our first design session with Jesse on Dec 11th with the design spec sent on 12/23. Multiple emails to Jesse with no response, Jan 14 ask Jeremy for help and Katie replies "We are still on track to hit your deadline of May completion." February we have back/forth on final specs. March 11 we are told we are next in line for the build and van will be ready mid May. March 19 we land on final quote and pay half of the 130k. April passes and after requests for van status that should be on a portal we are told that the portal has technical issues and the van delivery is pushed to June. Jumping ahead to July 8 we still have no delivery date from Papago. Summer plans are shelved and now trying to get delivery in August before school starts. I visit Papago in Phoenix see the van and it is beautiful. I can't say enough about the attention to detail and how finished it felt. Van ships to Boston on August 12. Post Sale Van finally arrives to Boston in August (recall I have multiple emails assuring me May was no problem). Upon delivery found 3 significant issues. 1- ARB onboard Air Compressor inoperable, 2- Flatline Van Co surfpole installed incorrectly according to FVCO 3- Midcity Engineering software reset for extended tank fuel gauge and DTE not functioning). I was initially instructed to find repair shops to address the issues and submit those bills to Papago. After expressing frustration with that, I was connected to Daniel at Papago who agreed it was their responsibility to resolve by supplying a new switch for the ARB, connecting us to a RV repair shop to correctly install the FVCO pole and would follow up with suggestions on how to troubleshoot the Midcity engineering software update. None of those happened. An email in October pointed me to a local Citgo station with a shade mechanic to troubleshoot the fuel tank. In retrospect I should have asked about how they honor/fulfill their warranty with specifics on how they source shops local to me. Subsequent comms have been suggestions on other service stations (Mercedes, other upfitters) for us to explore and bring to Papago. Feels like we own finding and managing the remedies to the three issues we found existed at delivery. In summary, the interior fit and finish is great, the QA process is lacking and overall project management and communications during build and post delivery have been very frustrating.

My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the…read moreworkmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

We went to Camping Nation to look at an RV. In the beginning, the experience was great. Our…read moresalesman was friendly, responsive, and helpful. He told us he could get us a low down payment, include backup cameras, and apply a diamond coating to the RV if we purchased that day. We were also told: All cosmetic issues would be fixed There were no leaks or water damage The failed exterior seals would be redone Mechanical issues would be addressed The roof would be fully resealed Based on those assurances, we signed paperwork that day. From that point forward, it had been downhill. A week later, we went to pick up the RV. It looked like nothing had been done other than a poor wash job. The promised repairs were untouched. We brought up the issues again, so they kept it a few more days. We returned again. A couple minor cosmetic items were addressed, but the roof was still not done. We called and arranged to bring it back specifically for the roof. They kept it several more days. One important detail: the faucet was leaking from the very beginning, but we didn't realize it at pickup because water was never hooked up during the walkthrough. Once we got the RV home and connected water ourselves, the issue became obvious. A bigger issue showed up immediately after that. The very first night we had the RV at home, we woke up the next morning to find the entire underbelly flooded with a massive amount of water -- easily hundreds of gallons. We were explicitly told there were no leaks or water damage. Later, we were called to sign title paperwork that should have been sent two weeks prior. While there, we inspected the roof ourselves. One small area around a ladder post and one spot near the front had sealant. The rest of the cracked and failing seals were untouched. The maintenance technician told us they had used a full tube of Dicor and had to go to the store to get more. He specifically said he would go pick it up on his lunch break because they didn't have any in stock. In reality, it appears only one tube was ever used. The roof clearly was not resealed. We were then called and told the RV was ready. Nothing additional had been done. We live over 100 miles one way from this dealership and made multiple trips. Every time we were told it was fixed. Every time we checked it ourselves and found it was not. We sent detailed close-up photos of the cracked roof seals. At first, a salesman insisted there was nothing wrong with the roof. After seeing the photos, he quickly changed his stance and began apologizing. The next day, the maintenance technician called and again tried to argue that the roof did not need repair. We were then told to bring it back again and that the owner would personally reseal the roof. We have given at least four opportunities for this to be corrected. We were also told that if we brought it back again, they would reimburse us for gas. Once we explained we are now over 450 miles away, that offer was immediately withdrawn and the conversation shifted to "let me send you your warranty information." At that point, we decided to handle the roof ourselves because we no longer trust their work. It took approximately 15 tubes of Dicor to properly seal the roof. That alone shows how inaccurate it was when their maintenance staff made it seem like one or two tubes meant the job was complete. Even after all of this: Exterior seals were still failing Multiple promised repairs were incomplete The awning still catches on itself The built-in vacuum system does not work Now our options became: Continue hauling the RV hundreds of miles back and forth Or fix critical issues ourselves and/or use our warranty because they failed to complete the work after multiple attempts We were repeatedly told repairs were completed when they were not. That is the biggest issue here. The sales process was smooth and professional. The maintenance follow-through has been inconsistent, incomplete, and unreliable. Buyers should physically inspect the roof, seals, plumbing, appliances, and all systems themselves before leaving the lot, and ensure water is hooked up and everything is actively tested. We are extremely disappointed in how this has been handled.

Stay away from these scummy A-holes!…read more I stopped to look at a older, small, inexpensive (But way overpriced) Dodge RV I was handed the keys by an old lady at a desk and told "a lady just had service work to it and traded it on a larger unit" They said she had the water pump replaced and it could have been and possibly the radiator but it really needed head gaskets and the work that was done was Years ago! And they know it! Scum Bag Scammers. They are looking for someone that doesn't know any better. When I handed the keys back to the old lady at the desk I said "It's really a little too rough for me" and she immediately cut me off and said "Okay Bye!" So I continued with "Well, you might also want to know it needs head gaskets" and she followed with "Why do you think that?" Then before I could say anything more she yells at her husband across the room "He says it needs head gaskets!" His response was "You know head gaskets are only about $500" I said "They are a horrible job on a V8 van" and walked out. (I'm a trained 30+ year veteran automotive mechanic.) It's rusty, gross inside and out, missing parts on the outside and interior, they claimed everything inside works but I sure wouldn't trust them. Plus to top it off, I was SO beside myself by how dismissive and rude they were that I forgot to mention the tires are SO rotten if anyone was to drive it very far a tire or two WILL FAIL and rollover or send someone down a mountain side to their DEATH. These are shady Ass People with a gross attitude... Move on from this Sh*t Hole! Pardon my French but they Suck.
