The team at Boho created the most beautiful van I've seen. Absolutely love her. Thank you!…read more Is my second van and I chose this team over my last builders because the process was a little tough for my first one. Boho's systems and procedures were tighter and the end result is gorgeous! There were some challenges along the way, as there always are, but David and Brett and the whole team came together to solve things. They are definitely upper echelon van builders in every way. And they work very hard for their reviews, ensuring that every customer leaves happy. They are really great humans! If you are considering a van build, you won't be disappointed in Boho. Highly recommend. :)

My wife and I arranged our entire wedding and honeymoon around Boho Camper Vans. We would not have…read morehad our wedding any other way. Let me start by saying that Harvey the van we rented was great fun and had all your needs for camping! Our experience was great we had the van for 2 weeks which is the longest boho said that have ever rented out. We traveled over 4000 miles in that Van and gave us no problems. We were able to stop at campgrounds rv parks anywhere you wanted to stay. The bed in the van comfortable. Has your cooler which is solar powered (no I've needed). Outlets for charging any of the devices you might carry. running water shower in the back. I'll tell you it it's what you want to have on wheels and compact so you can get wherever you need to. The downside is that it does eat up alot of gas. So if your planning on traveling make sure you budget extra money for gas. Also not much hanging room for clothes and such for when you are on the road. Has plenty of storage for the van that we have. Maybe should add a shower curtain to the back. And so e straps for things that are inside the van. The guys are fun to work with... we had a little bit of an issue but the owner David (great guy) was able to find us a resolution without having our concerns unheard or felt like we were getting taken advantage of.

Office workers are so friendly and do a great job of organizing packages and any mail they receive for guests. The pool is heated and so clean. Hot tub has occasional maintenance but also wonderful. They have orange trees through out the park you can ask for pickers in the office to enjoy some of your own when they are in season! So fun for the kiddos or just to enjoy. They have daily activities, entertainment and events you can enjoy to meet other campers! They switch it up every month but also do have usual free coffee every morning from 6-9am and pancake breakfasts every Saturday (also free for campers) Two mini dog parks! Perfect for running a little energy off and amazing dog washing station. Super dog friendly park. We had Caitlin watch our dogs for us too (she works at the front office and she did an amazing job) Can't recommend this park enough!

The moronic hours wouldn't be so bad though if their mockery of a website actually functioned. I have not 1 singular time been able to pay rent or do anything for that matter on this website. You get incorrect information, if any information at all, and are met with several errors and unfunctioning buttons when making an attempt. Severely disappointed and grossed out by the lack of minimal job efforts for real functionality. Feels like this bitch is run by high schoolers.

She and I made several phone calls & texts to each other, & she was always prompt to respond. When we voiced our concerns she made it right & resolved all issues. She went out of her way to take a pic of the plug, so we knew which receptacle to purchase. She also called to assure me our concerns would be addressed, & they were. She sent me a pic of the title for further assurance, & I didn't even ask for it. Jen provided her time, patience & infinite understanding with me. She made arrangements for someone else to pick up her child, so she could spend additional time with us answering our many questions. This is a Legite company, because we paid prior to picking up the unit, & they could have easily ripped us off, which they did not. We highly recommend this company, & to insist on dealing with Jen!

During our Thanksgiving trip, the water system failed (causing us to pay $200 for a dry camping water refill, which then immediately began leaking out) and the refrigerator door detached under normal use. During checkout, the staff had warned us the hinges were "fragile," which we now realize was an admission that the unit was unfit for rental. We contacted the company immediately by text and phone to share what had happened. The most disappointing part was the "bait and switch" on the billing. After acknowledging the issues when we returned the unit, I was pleased to see the company initially issued a credit. But then the company reversed the transaction and added supplemental charges without explanation. Their lack of communication and refusal to stand behind their equipment is unacceptable. Renters beware.
