But that pretty creepy of the neighbor to take videos of girls in the pool. So maybe don't use the pool if you stay at her house in phoenix. . Besides that, going back to the house being 86 DEGREES and her not caring or being apologetic at all. It was finally fixed 6:30 pm on Saturday, but it probably took until 8pm to cool from 86 degrees to 73. Not once were we rude to her. We could've been under these circumstances. Sorry your ego is fragile and you're unable to take constructive criticism. A woman of your age, I would expect a bit more professionalism and maturity. House is cute tho! Good job decorating! PS. We arrived in late April to a home in Phoenix Arizona that had no working AC. The issue was brought up to Ellie at around 6pm on a Friday. It wasn't until 6:30pm on SATURDAY that we got AC. She argued back and forth for the first two hours asking us the same question "Did you try adjusting the AC?" We spent 60% of our stay (yes, 60%) with no air conditioning. After asking for some sort of partial refund or even FANS, we were not given either. After spending close to $2000 for a two night stay, we requested a partial refund which was denied immediately. Ellie then starts to send VERY unprofessional messages to our group after we left an HOENST review. She lies to Airbnb stating that we were comfortable in the home and that it "wasn't that hot" Try setting your house to 86° in the middle of the day in Arizona and tell me how comfortable you are Ellie. She then writes a review stating that we had a "large shouting party after hours". She was aware this was a bachelorette party, we were all inside by 9:45pm (Quiet hours is 10pm) and we didn't even fill the max occupancy of the home. After we requested a refund, Ellie decides to request $1000 in damages for being noisy BEFORE QUIET HOURS and lies and states it was after hours. I'm sorry but paying for a home we couldn't use for 60% of our stay Is not okay. I hope you learn some hospitality and customer service skills or this business isn't going to make it very far.

RIght away, we ran into problems finding a company that worked with rural vacation properties (like cabins and small houses such as ours). But Reed Lattin and All Homes AZ had absolutely no qualms with our property. They have over 10 years of experience and were used to dealing with homes of all kinds throughout Arizona. Reed was the complete professional, explaining the process thoroughly, He emphasized there were absolutely no sales commissions, fees, or costs of any kind, aside from the usual items addressed in escrow. For example, if you owe HOA fees or past property taxes, the escrow company would make sure these fees were paid to the appropriate authorities from the money you received in the sale. Reed was personable and laid-back. He didn't have any high pressure sales tactics that could make a customer feel uncomfortable. His escrow team at Pioneer Title Agency were also very friendly and responsive. (Thank you, Diana Olson and Debby Phillips!) The whole procedure went much quicker than I imagined. Reed met us in snowy weather in Pinetop just a few days after the initial phone call. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member booked our family travel in late 2022 because I trusted the Marriott brand. We rented a house to attend my cousins wedding in Phoenix. I thought it would be nice to have the aunts/uncles and kids in our immediate family together for three nights. Keep in mind, one night would literally be just to sleep and recuperate. It looked NOTHING like the images shown in the listing. The reservation was a disaster from the moment we arrived. The house was a project still in play. Outlets exposed, not working, doors not fully aligned. It appeared like they "did the best they could" to get the house available. Again, it looked NOTHING like the images shown in the listing. The prior cleaning crew did a horrible job. There was feces on the floor in one of the bathrooms, no towels, dirty dishes, etc. Images were immediately sent to customer service. The customer service hotline was horrible. They were unwilling to help; however, did send another cleaning crew after I continued to call and pester them. There was ZERO consideration for my Marriott status (at the time it was high). We spent hours going back and forth and their agents were extremely rude, continuously questioning what, if anything was really wrong and reiterating there were no other options available. I requested a refund of the cleaning fees. I thought that was a reasonable accommodation given the issues we experienced. Also, being unable to use the residence when the second crew came back to "clean it." That outcome was not great either, but we could accept it to make it through our time. I never received a response or call back. In total, I spent over 4 hours on the phone between hold times, explanations and return calls. Four day trip, booking was around $2,000. I'd say there was a negative value. It was not worth the time invested dealing with rude customer service agents, and missing out of quality time with our family. I recently came across the emails from the service provider and decided it was worthwhile to write a review. I'd give them zero stars if I could. TRUST ME - BOOK A HOTEL, VRBO or AirBnB. We rented a property for a family reunion. House was clean and functional. A plumbing issue occurred which caused the drains to not work. Imagine a holiday weekend with a dozen people and no toilets (or drains or water)! Porter was not only unresponsive, taking over 30 minutes to respond to this emergency, they were useless and unwilling to help find a plumber or even respond to Airbnb to enable us to make alternative arrangements. Turns out this property had plumbers on the property before our stay. The plumbers recommended the property not be rented out, but Porter went ahead and rolled the dice with our family. They caused unnecessary grief and were unfazed by a serious issue that was a health emergency. This company has no competence, no respect and no pride. They are unfit for their industry and should be shut down. Do NOT ever rent or set foot in a property that is managed by or has ever been managed by Porter Vacation Rental Management.
