I have ridden with 3 of Vince's drivers now - Tawni, Leroy and Kari and I adore them! Vince is extremely accommodating and was ready and available for me through 3 different flight delays and a cancellation. I've never had to worry about getting to or from the airport in a timely manner and my family and I have been in safe hands. Highly recommended! I will always book with Vince and his team! read more

Ever want to feel like a Rock Star or a Hollywood VIP? Maybe it's super early in the morning or late a night, and you don't want the hassle of a cab or Uber, then Vince Drives You is for you. My brother lives in North Phoenix. Nothing is close to him except the pool guy, the bug guy, and the wild rabbits. He lives in the sticks. Everything is a 30-45 minute drive. Want a croissant from a French bakery? It would be faster to fly to Paris than to get to JL Patisserie from where he lives. I know my sarcasm is a little extreme, but these drives sure do feel like the destinations are thousands of miles away. Having Vince drive you doesn't feel like a 45-minute drive or thousands of miles away. My driver, LeRoy, was super friendly, communicated with me right away from the moment I landed until I got into the decked-out Chevrolet Suburban. LeRoy had water for me, and it was cool inside. After flying across the country from Raleigh, North Carolina, to a layover in Cleveland, to landing in Phoenix with Frontier Airlines, it was an MVP treatment in LeRoy's care. We chatted en route to my brother's house like two old high school classmates who hadn't seen each other in 20 years. That's service, that's hassle-free. I appreciate the pickup and the service. If you don't have a ride, and if no one else can help, just hire Vince Drives You. He and his crew are the A-Team. read more

Excellent service! Our drivers were both very helpful and pleasant. For the pleasure of being driven in a Chevy Suburban or better vs the competitions crowded old Ford Transit for a few extra bucks... there's no contest! On time, easy to schedule. Vince Drives you the best choice! read more

I found Vince online and given the Yelp reviews I texted him to coordinate a 1.5 hour ride from the airport. He responded with an immediate confirmation, fair price, and clear communication. For our ride, Leroy picked us up and was waiting at the airport when we landed. It was a safe and easy ride in a luxurious black car with good company. For our return, Leroy arrived 30 minutes early in case we wanted to leave sooner. All around five star service, safe, reliable, would 100% recommend and will use Vince's car service again. read more

I was moving out of Scottsdale, Arizona to San Francisco, California. I was exhausted from the movers and all of those things that moving entails. I was very concerned that I wouldn't get to my hotel (on time) to get some adequate rest/sleep and wanted to get there before sundown. I had remembered everything, except for the ride from Scottsdale to the hotel. I called Vince and I am so happy that he took my emergency call and came to get me. He was one of the best drivers I've ever had, and that includes taxis, limos, and other private drivers. He's not one of those herky-jerky drivers and just so happens to be a great conversationalist. I definitely recommend Vince! Thank you, Vince, if you see this. read more

This month (July 2025) we needed a ride to and from the airport for a family vacation. My wife found "Vince Drives You" here on Yelp. My wife said that the person she spoke to on the telephone was friendly and helpful. My wife also said that the rate (from the area of Bell and the 51to Phoenix/Sky Harbor) was also the least expensive of the companies she called by almost half. We requested a large vehicle, since we had six passengers and at least one full size suitcase each. On the day of our departure my wife got a text message confirming the ride time and saying who our driver would be. A few minutes before our scheduled departure time my wife got a text that our driver had arrived. The driver "Tawni" had a Chevrolet Suburban to accommodate our six passengers and our stuff. The vehicle was clean and in good working order with great air conditioning. Tawni drove courteously and efficiently through traffic. Tawni also explained where we would be picked up at. On the day of our return, a little over a week later, my wife got a text message in the afternoon confirming our pickup time in the evening and who would be our driver. When we arrived, my wife got a text message confirming where to meet up at. We got our baggage, and while we were walking out the door to go to the area where we were supposed to be picked up at, I saw another black Suburban with a "Vince Drives You" sticker on the side glass arriving at the curb. The driver "Kari" also drove courteously and efficiently through traffic. Overall the experience was great. There were two things that were initially a concern. When my wife was researching companies for this service, she was a little worried that there were no bad reviews for "Vince Drives You". She thought it was a little too good to be true and that maybe the reviews were fake. Again our experience was great, displacing any worries. Secondly, most of the communication was done through text messages. The communication was great and efficient, but seemed just a little unusual. When we need a service like this again, we will be calling "Vince Drives You". read more

Loved the service. Polite, will take you where you want before drop-off (I mean like short runs to Walgreens), nice people, but they really are pricey. But if time is important to you, I'd use Vince for sure. You will get there on time for sure. This truly is one service that you pay for what you get. We just hate paying that much. read more

Great service and drivers! Quick and easy to set up and the team was always on time. Leroy, Tawni, and Kari were all a delight to be driven by read more

Used Vince Drives You on June 1 and 6 to/from PHX from my home in Goodyear. Outstanding service both times. Super easy to schedule. Incredibly communicative. Received a confirmation texts from both drivers prior to my scheduled ride. I had Kate and Leroy and both were amazing. Both were early and a pleasure to ride with. Can't recommend them enough. HIGHLY recommend. 10 stars!! read more

We've used Vince Drives You a couple of times this year for airport transportation. The booking process is simple, the drivers couldn't be nicer, they are prompt, and the cars are clean and in good shape. And the price is competitive. After being left in the lurch by a ride share company for an early-morning airport run, we'll never try that again. Vince Drives You is our go-to. read more

I needed a reliable pickup at 3:30 am to get to the airport for international flight. Vince responded immediately to my call and gave me a quote with text receipt as soon as I hung up. I messaged the night before to confirm and again Vince responded immediately and gave the name of my driver. Driver (Tawni) showed up on time and most professional and personable! Nice "ride" also! A little more money than other transportation but really worth the peace of mind as I have had the other you know who transportation cancel at last minute a few times......too unreliable for early morning flight! Thank you Vince for your professional and reliable ride! Would highly recommend you !! read more

Awesome transportation to Phoenix Airport! Very nice vehicle to accommodate five of us and our luggage. Arrived early for pickup, eliminating some of the stress of those early morning airport drop offs. Was also waiting at the airport to take us home on our return to Phoenix. The driver was super friendly and helpful, and we all recommend this service! read more

I used Vince Drives You for the first time on 06/02/24 for a trip from San Tan Valley to Sky Harbor! I gotta tell you what a great hire this was and what a great experience. From day one, Vince was in touch with me with all the details about my upcoming trip. I confirmed with him a few days before, and he assured me "Everything is a Go". Brendan texted me early before his arrival and was even early getting to my house. Their vehicles are great, as he showed up in a new & clean Chevy Suburban! Brendan was an excellent driver and we spoke about a lot of different things all the way to the airport! I could not be happier about hiring Vince Drives You, and will certainly hire his service and driver Brendan in the future! Don't change a thing Vince, you're doing great!!! read more

1000% recommend this company. We have always had family to pick us up at the airport but extenuating circumstances this time around had us needing a car service. Let me tell you that these YELP reviews don't lie. Leroy was our driver and was in contact with me during and after our flight with precise instructions as to how to meet up with him. He offered us cold water when we were settled in the sprinter van. Light conversation, careful driving, pleasant human to have driven us. If we ever need this service again, I will not call anyone else. Thank you Vince AND Leroy!! read more

We hired Vince to pick us up at home to airport.. and then a month later to collect us at the airport and take us home. Not only did he arrive right on time for our VERY early pick up to the airport, but a month later, when we had schedule changes to get home, he was super accommodating and made sure we were picked up on time. We will definitely use this service again. read more

I had stopped flying pre-COVID but recently ran into a situation where I needed to. I've personally never used Lyft/Uber-type services and certainly didn't want to start with a 4:00am pickup for the airport. I was unable to secure a backup ride for both sides of my trip, so started looking into other options when I came across Vince Drives You. All I can say is the entire experience from pre-booking inquiries to arriving home after my return flight was perfect on every level. Vince quickly responded to a website inquiry and we quickly began to text. All rates were locked in ahead of time and he was always within reach if changes were made to flight itinerary or just confirming we were set after the long gap between booking and day of. Brendan was my driver to the airport and arrived at 4:00am on the nose. He was super personable and bent over backwards to ensure there was nothing I wanted or needed on the journey. Even when road construction had the would-be exit closed, he quickly knew where to pivot in order to still arrive on time. Vince himself picked me up for the ride home. The Waste Management Open was kicking off so traffic was heavier than usual with rain coming down to boot. He easily navigated the obstacles in order to keep things moving along and was equally as friendly and knowledgeable in all capacities. While airport transportation service obviously comes to mind for a business such as this, I would recommend keeping it in mind for anything from a game night out, date night dinner reservation, parties, etc. It is certainly much nicer and more reliable than an Uber or Lyft and likely much cheaper than a cab or limo service. This was a flawless transaction and I would highly recommend (and certainly use again myself) Vince Drives You for any type of shuttling needs. read more

I called Vince on behalf of my brother. My brother needed a ride to St Joseph's Hospital and had called Yellow Cab Company. After waiting more than two hours, he called me. Because of the urgency of him getting to the hospital, I told Him to call the cab company and tell them to take his name off the board, his ride was there in 10-minutes! Thank you Vince! read more

This is the first time we have used a car service to the Airport. We typically just drive ourselves. But we really would rather avoid all that hassle, so we are soooo glad that we found Vince Drives You! The communication was so easy! The vehicle was spotless and Leroy was on time, very professional, and safely transported my family to the airport! No stress...no hassle...no pressure!!! My husband is a retired veteran and hard to please, so the fact that he did not have to worry about getting family to the airport on time, is wonderful! Thank you, Mr. Scott! We will definitely use your service again! Highly recommend! read more

I loved the immediate response time with Vince. No waiting for someone to get back to you. My driver Leroy was awesome. He shows up 30 minutes early so there is no worrying. Price was fair. I'll definitely call him again if needed. read more

On-time, very professional, safe driver, very knowledgeable clean car, great communication. Would use again. Top notch all the way!

Vince was prompt in responding to my request for a quote. He answered within 15 minutes. The day of, Tawni messaged me while I was still on the plane. She was able to help stop traffic when I couldn't get across, and immediately had me ready to leave. There was water in the car, I could make the car nice and chilly, and we had a wonderful conversation. The car was also spotless and extremely comfortable. With tip, the ride from the airport to San Tan was cheaper than I've paid during Uber at high times. If I had to book a bigger car due to luggage, I think Vince's ride would be cheaper. And there was zero hassle. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you Tawni, and thank you Vince for making my ride home very smooth. I look forward to booking with you again the next time that we need a ride to the airport. read more

Upon return we requested Leroy again. We had another great experience with Leroy. Very happy with the service and communications we had with VDI. Highly recommend them. read more

I've never had better service. Vincent was early to pick me up and when I didn't see my text alerting me to his arrival, he came to my door to let me know and politely waited while I quickly finished getting ready, then carried my luggage down stairs.
