I was moving out of Scottsdale, Arizona to San Francisco, California. I was exhausted from the movers and all of those things that moving entails. I was very concerned that I wouldn't get to my hotel (on time) to get some adequate rest/sleep and wanted to get there before sundown. This month (July 2025) we needed a ride to and from the airport for a family vacation. My wife found "Vince Drives You" here on Yelp. My wife said that the person she spoke to on the telephone was friendly and helpful. My wife also said that the rate (from the area of Bell and the 51to Phoenix/Sky Harbor) was also the least expensive of the companies she called by almost half. We requested a large vehicle, since we had six passengers and at least one full size suitcase each. On the day of our departure my wife got a text message confirming the ride time and saying who our driver would be. A few minutes before our scheduled departure time my wife got a text that our driver had arrived. The driver "Tawni" had a Chevrolet Suburban to accommodate our six passengers and our stuff. The vehicle was clean and in good working order with great air conditioning. Tawni drove courteously and efficiently through traffic. Tawni also explained where we would be picked up at. On the day of our return, a little over a week later, my wife got a text message in the afternoon confirming our pickup time in the evening and who would be our driver. When we arrived, my wife got a text message confirming where to meet up at. We got our baggage, and while we were walking out the door to go to the area where we were supposed to be picked up at, I saw another black Suburban with a "Vince Drives You" sticker on the side glass arriving at the curb. The driver "Kari" also drove courteously and efficiently through traffic. Overall the experience was great. There were two things that were initially a concern. When my wife was researching companies for this service, she was a little worried that there were no bad reviews for "Vince Drives You". She thought it was a little too good to be true and that maybe the reviews were fake. Again our experience was great, displacing any worries. Secondly, most of the communication was done through text messages. The communication was great and efficient, but seemed just a little unusual. When we need a service like this again, we will be calling "Vince Drives You". read more

I had stopped flying pre-COVID but recently ran into a situation where I needed to. I've personally never used Lyft/Uber-type services and certainly didn't want to start with a 4:00am pickup for the airport. I was unable to secure a backup ride for both sides of my trip, so started looking into other options when I came across Vince Drives You. All I can say is the entire experience from pre-booking inquiries to arriving home after my return flight was perfect on every level. Vince quickly responded to a website inquiry and we quickly began to text. All rates were locked in ahead of time and he was always within reach if changes were made to flight itinerary or just confirming we were set after the long gap between booking and day of. Brendan was my driver to the airport and arrived at 4:00am on the nose. He was super personable and bent over backwards to ensure there was nothing I wanted or needed on the journey. Even when road construction had the would-be exit closed, he quickly knew where to pivot in order to still arrive on time. Vince himself picked me up for the ride home. The Waste Management Open was kicking off so traffic was heavier than usual with rain coming down to boot. He easily navigated the obstacles in order to keep things moving along and was equally as friendly and knowledgeable in all capacities. While airport transportation service obviously comes to mind for a business such as this, I would recommend keeping it in mind for anything from a game night out, date night dinner reservation, parties, etc. It is certainly much nicer and more reliable than an Uber or Lyft and likely much cheaper than a cab or limo service.
