If I could give AZ Elite Transportation 10 stars, I would, simply based on their outstanding professionalism! Although I wish I could have used them for this trip, they are in Mesa and I'm on the opposite side of town, so their quote wasn't in my budget this time. I will however, recommend them to all my East Valley friends. Here's why I was so impressed: phone was answered on the first ring, with a friendly, professional greeting from Chris, he explained they do charge a premium as I'm outside of their service area, and when I thanked him for the information and his time, he was extremely gracious and kind! This experience was completely different (and MUCH BETTER) than when I called another transport company. That person was gruff and unprofessional, to the point of rude when I told him I didn't want to use their services. That other company owner got my name wrong, interrupted me and talked down to me, insinuating that if I used Uber and "God forbid, you get into an accident, they don't have insurance". That was not at all the experience with Chris from AZ Elite Transportation. He was supremely kind and sweet, and I know if I would have been able to use their services this time, it would have been an awesome experience. We found AZ Elite prior to our business trip this last week due to their yelp reviews. We were not disappointed. I made the reservation with the owner Chris about one week prior and he made it very easy. On the day of our departure due to San Francisco's famous fog our plane was delayed which meant our arrival into Phoenix was delayed. Chris was great and kept an eye on our flight status and was there when we arrived one hour late. Chris gave us very simple instructions where to meet him outside of baggage. The car ride to the hotel was very comfortable. We decided to book our pickup later that week with Chris as well. I was so incredibly impressed with AZ Elite Transportation that I wanted to share my experience with other Yelpers around the valley :) I decided to try out this transportation company based on word of the mouth from some of my closet friends. My boyfriend & I wanted a to have a special "night on the town" and did not want to have to worry about who would be the sober driver. As much as we like flipping a coin for who will be the night's DD, we were very excited to have a fun, carefree night. So at 6 p.m. our driver, Chris, picked us up- He was right on time! Like always, I was running a few minutes behind but Chris was happy to wait for us while I finished getting ready. Right away, we were very impressed by not only the stylish, sparkling-clean SUV we would be cruising the town in, but by our driver's professional demeanor & great personality. We had dinner reservations across town; our driver got us to our destination quickly but more importantly, safely. After dinner, our driver was ready and waiting for us to go out to some bars & nightclubs. Based on his recommendations, we checked out a few "happening" spots in the area- We had a blast! At the end of the night, we met Chris right out front of the nightclub. He had chilled waters & mints waiting for us. (Great touch! We were thirsty!) He, also, had obviously listened to me earlier in the night when I said I loved Pitbull because when I got back in the vehicle he had downloaded a Pitbull play list that we jammed to on the car ride home. So 10 of us girls were flying out to Scottsdale for a bachelorette party. I needed car service to take our group from the airport to our hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport a couple of days later when everyone was flying back home. I called some places a few days before our trip and have to say that I picked AZ Elite because (1) Chris is very easy to talk to and (2) gave the best quote for what I needed. When we got picked up at PHX, Chris was on time, and was very knowledgeable about places we could eat and visit and the Scottsdale nightlife. I used this car service on my wedding day. The driver we had was fantastic and showed up exactly on time. He was personable but also very professional. We were running late leaving the wedding so I knew we were going to be charged extra as per the company policy that Chris had explained to me on the phone. The next day when I saw the receipt from the extra charge, it was a little more than I expected so I decided to call and double check exactly what it was for. When Chris answered the phone I said "Our driver was fantastic- he was exactly on time, but I just wanted to double check what the extra charges were for". Chris' response? "We've been over this so many times". ???? Look it was a simple question, all I need was a simple answer. I DEFINITELY don't need your attitude.
