If there are cheaper options out there, I think I am glad they did not respond back. Thank you Eric.

Very impressive limousine service in Scottsdale…read more We were looking for a really large limousine and the typical limo company that we normally use for our limousine service was unavailable so we called Scottsdale Sedan and limousine and they were able to provide us with an 18 passenger Cadillac Escalade stretch limousine for our night out. When we spoke with the agent on the phone they were really really helpful and nice and that made a big difference. The limousine that showed up was absolutely and totally clean and I have to say it was beautiful. Our driver went out of his way to make sure that we were safe and happy. Also the free champagne for our entire group was a wonderful touch so thank you for everything you guys did a great job.

If that's how you run your company -- so be it. But it should be called out. The next place I called was nice, kind, polite and very accomodating. I was extremely disappointed with my experience…read more My wedding took place during the Formula 1 weekend in downtown Phoenix, so before our wedding day we specifically contacted the company to confirm they were aware of the road closures and that transportation to the ceremony would still be possible. We were assured that they understood the situation and would be able to complete the pickup. My cousin even provided their team with a map of where we were and road closures for any guidance (as a transportsion company they should be doing that, not the costumers!!) Despite those assurances, the bus never picked us up, and I ultimately had to walk through downtown Phoenix in my wedding dress to get to my ceremony. The most disappointing part was how this was handled afterward. It took nearly 3 months and multiple follow-up emails before I finally received a response. Rather than acknowledging that the communication before our wedding led us to rely on their assurances instead of making alternative arrangements, they denied any responsibility and declined to offer any form of goodwill compensation, even though I never requested a full refund!! I understand that road closures were outside of their control. My concern has always been the communication leading up to the event. Had we been told that pickup could not be guaranteed, we would have planned for that. Instead, we were told the service would still be possible, and it wasn't. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company. Trust is one of the most important qualities in a transportation provider, especially on a wedding day. When a company assures you they can provide a service and then fails to do so, it's difficult to have confidence in them for such an important event.

The driver not only rolled out the red carpet for all 10 of our athletes but was willing to take family pictures as well at all the stops we had to make. Not only did he make sure the athletes got to their destinations safe but ON TIME, which isn't easy to go with 10 stops and lots of pictures in between. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. We will be going through them for everything!
