WORST. COMPANY. EVER. (By far) Too bad I can't give A1 Party Bus and Limo zero stars. Anthony and his team of idiots absolutely RUINED my best friend's bachelorette party. The night ended with a crying maid of honor, a miserable bachelorette and 15 women being completely stranded without a driver. BAD: They promised champagne, decorations, ice and refreshments, but when our driver showed up, none of the items were on the bus. Anthony called me back (after an hour and a half) and said there were mechanical issues with our original party bus and promised our driver would go out while we were at our first destination to stock the bus to make up for the error... that never happened. Our driver also demanded cash payment in full (after our $100 credit card deposit) when he picked us up, even though he didn't have the bachelorette party package we were promised and Anthony originally told us we could pay at the end of the night. We were still collecting money from our group of girls, so we told him we would get everyone organized and pay him at the next stop. EVEN WORSE: When we arrived at our first destination, our bus stopped at the bottom of a hill and the driver said we couldn't drive up to the front of the casino because the bus was too big. When we came out to board the bus an hour later (11 p.m.), we were greeted by a police car and the valet person's Mazda trying to jump start our bus. One of our girls overheard the bus driver saying to the valet person that he had mixed diesel with unleaded fuel and that it would take a while to fix because the police officers were watching. Horrible! The real reason we stopped at the bottom of the hill was because our driver ran out of gas. No wonder he wanted us to pay him up front. The driver sent us back into the casino, saying he would have everything fixed in 30 minutes. 1 and 1/2 hours later, we still hadn't received a call. I got in touch with the driver who said he would pick us up in 20 minutes because he was taking the bus for a "test drive" down the street to make sure there were no more mechanical problems. COMPLETELY UNFORGIVABLE: I left 4 voicemails for Anthony to call me back about our bus breaking down and the promised bachelorette party items that we still hadn't received but he never returned my calls. At 12:45, our driver finally picked us up (in front of the casino where he said he couldn't drop us off before due to the size of the bus), drove a few feet away from the front door, stopped the bus and demanded to talk to me about payment. I told him I wasn't paying anything other than the $100 credit card deposit until I talked to Anthony about everything that had gone wrong. The driver called Anthony and he answered immediately. After wasting nearly 2 hours of my bachelorette's night and never following through with what he promised, Anthony offered me a free hour of limo service, even though it was now 1:30 and the bars closed at 2. At that point, the only thing I wanted was a full refund, which Anthony and the driver both refused to give me. The driver said he would need at least $125 cash for a transfer fee to drive us home, in addition to the credit card charge we had already incurred. The driver told me that I needed to come to a conclusion with Anthony within the next 10 minutes or he would leave us there. Anthony finally said he would give me a full refund, but that I had to give the driver $100 cash for gas money and he would refund that and my $100 credit card charge later. How could I possibly trust that he would refund my money when he hadn't followed through with a single promise he had already made me?! As I was giving Anthony a piece of my mind, I turned to find the girls in our party carrying our belongings off of the bus and our bus driver driving away! Anthony said there was nothing he could do and didn't care that we were completely stranded at what was now 2 a.m. A MISERABLE BONUS: The groom's bachelor party used the same company for their party bus. While I was "negotiating" with Anthony and the driver, my bachelorette called her fiancée to explain how unreasonable Anthony was being and she found out that Anthony was their bus driver! After we were stranded, the guys on the boys' bus told Anthony that they wanted to come pick us up but Anthony refused to come get us. We had to pay for cabs and call sober rides at 2:30 in the morning to pick us up. We have reported Anthony and his sad excuse for a chauffeur service to the Better Business Bureau and we plan to tell as many people as we can so no one else has to suffer the way we did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! They will strand you and steal your money. read more

AMAZING LIMO SERVICE!! For my 16th birthday party, this limo company bent over backwards just to make my birthday amazing and special! We called them only this past week as a last minute thing, and they were super agreeable, friendly, and accomadating to our needs. We had around 20 kids to be picked up at my house, transported to our Restaraunt, and then back, and my friends and I had the MOST AMAZING time in their party bus!! The lights, music system, and overall appearance was great! By the end of the night, no one wanted to get out. I strongly reccomend this limo company if you're ever planning an event because they are reliable, friendly, and made us feel safe!:) would definitely use them again for an event!! read more

A1 Party Bus And Limo Service was amazing! My friends and I rented one of their party buses for prom night and my father paid the bill for us only three days before. Not only was the price one of the cheapest ones I found while researching but there was a special because of the type of occasion that was absolutely perfect and didn't limit us on how many people could go! The driver was 10 minutes earlier and was thorough in explaining all the different functions of the radio/stereo system in the passenger area and he was so nice and patient. Some people showed up late and he gladly waited for the remaining party members. I absolutely recommend and would use them again for any kind of occasion you may want a limo or party bus for! read more

Wish I could give a zero. It started off so well. Anthony, one of the owners told me he'd give us a small party bus rental from 5pm-1am for $600. - This included, taxes, fees and tip for the driver. He also said he'd throw in ice and some waters. My sister paid the $100 deposit via paypal to hold our reservation. When she called to tell me she had paid, she said that when she spoke with Anthony, he told her the service was only going to be from 5pm until 12am. I was annoyed, but didn't make a huge deal about it. The day came and he said the small party bus we had reserved was not available, so he gave us an upgraded vehicle. It was a really nice Stretch SUV. I clarified again all that was included and that the only remaining balance was for $500. He agreed. All was well. Our driver came- he was only 3 minutes late. Not a big deal. He was nice and polite, but he seemed a little bit strange. When I mentioned what Anthony and I had discussed, the driver said he didn't know Anthony and was just helping out a friend by driving us. - That should've been my first clue... I'd already paid though. Then the driver went through a red light that had been red a very long time. - He essentially blasted through a busy intersection. - We could've been killed. I was at the back of the limo with the window rolled down and saw the lights at the intersection and experienced seeing the cars screech to a halt to avoid T-Boning us. We ended the night early- I told the driver that I had already paid and that the owner, Anthony, said that what I had already paid included tip,taxes and fees. The driver said that he wasn't given anything. I told him he needed to take it up with Anthony or whomever hired him. I had already paid the full amount and was told his tip was included. EVERYTHING was to be included. The next day as we were getting ready to head home, I noticed that there was new charge on my checking account from the limo company for an additional $100 that I did not approve or authorize. They took the liberty of charging my card and additional $100 to tip the driver. This is illegal! A tip is discretionary. I have the right to tip $0. They essentially stole $100.00 from me. When I called to complain, he said he would credit me and put the $100.back - What he did was wrong and illegal and bad business, but I was satisfied that he would put the money back. THEN- what happens next is really upsetting. The $100.00 they stole from me, caused me to overdraw. That one overdraw- caused a chain reaction of an additional 6 overdraws that would have NEVER happened had the $100.00 not been stolen. I called to tell them what happened and asked how they planned to remedy the situation. Anthony accused me of lying and said that there was no way I could see a red light from the limo- when I told him that the driver ran a red that had been red a LONG TiME, he told me that my overdrafts were my responsibility and my own problem. He told me he refunded my $100- but it sure hasn't shown up. And none of the overdraws would have happened had he or his company not taken $100 out of my account without my permission. You've been warned. This company seemed like the way to go- we were so excited initially. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Buyer beware. Shady, shady, shady. Get it all in writing and demand a signed contract if you decide to take your chances. I definitely would not. read more

Anthony has been amazing to work with. I booked this party bus for my daughters prom and had to cancel because we needed a larger bus. Instead of taking my whole delist Anthony worked with me and was very helpful. I recommend A1 to anyone who wants an honest company. read more
