Excellent car service from start to finish! The driver was professional, friendly, and arrived right on time. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the entire ride smooth and relaxing. Booking was easy, communication was clear, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable transportation. read more

Thank you Lux Rides connecting us to Mario and ET Limousine who were an essential part of one of our best days ever, our daughter's wedding. His timing was perfect picking us up at our house in north Phoenix and delivering us to the Secret Garden. One of the perks of the pristinely clean party bus limo was the opportunity to drink our champagne with 14 family members there and not have to worry about the ride back home. The trips to the venue and back at the end of the night were flawless. Thank you so much and we are looking for a reason to do it again. May need a wine country trip??? read more

I was helping my children plan a surprise birthday visit for my husband. They needed to get from Sky Harbor to our house at 10:30 pm on a Thursday night. They're in Chicago. Know nothing about AZ. I found Lux here on Yelp. Gave them a call just to see. Best phone I could have made. They made it so easy to make arrangements for them to be picked up and brought to our home in Surprise. They give excellent service at a very great price. The driver actually showed up to pick them up in a completely decked out Tesla. He was courteous, and just an all around great guy. I highly recommended Lux for any of your car service needs. read more

I have been using Lux Rides for a few years now to go to and from the Phoenix airport. They have great customer service and are very professional and on time. It is a pleasure to have Rob C. I Researched several shuttle services in the Sky Harbor airport area before leaving Honolulu. Most were priced much higher, several did not service the area I was visiting (Prescott Valley). And the reviews for other shuttle services were discouraging. Lux Rides had the best reviews.. I made the call, spoke with Johnny-very good first impression. Friendly and accommodating. I booked about 2 months in advance, confirmed a day before my flight. I was met at the airport right on time by the best driver EVER! Elizabeth was excellent. ..superior customer service. ...outgoing without being too chatty. Interesting conversation, including knowledge of the history of the area as we drove. ...snacks and cold drinks in a cooler..(water,juice, beer,....pastries). I'm so glad I chose this company! I highly recommend it. I will continue to use them in the future. Johnny and his staff clearly enjoy what they do. Thanks Elizabeth! You were awesome! Hope to see you on my next visit to Prescott Valley Martha M. read more

Called on Sunday to schedule a pick up to the airport. The gentleman on the other side couldn't have been nicer and gave me a great rate compared to the other companies in the area. Although you may be paying less the service you get is more than any other company! The Driver communicated with us about his arrival time and showed up on time with a very clean car ready to go. He was extremely professional and delivered us tomorrow location on time and worry free. We will be using this company moving forward and recommend that anyone that needs a ride with the most fairest price use them as well. read more

I booked Lux Rides for our wedding transportation at the end of the night. From the beginning to end, service was incredible. From answering my emails to the ride itself, everything went perfectly. Our driver Elizabeth came in and introduced herself, offered us champagne and offered her congratulations. We enjoyed chatting with her on our ride and loved that they gave us a free upgrade to an SUV even though we only booked a town car. We had a great experience and will definitely use next time! Thank you Johnny & Elizabeth for a fantastic experience. read more

We could not have asked for better service from our experience with LUX. Johnny was quick to get back to me and very helpful as we decided what we needed. Our driver was Elizabeth and she was an absolute delight. We needed the car for transportation to my Mom's funeral service, so it was very important to avoid transportation worries. We were handled with the utmost care and respect and were even provided a listening ear when we would step outside. It's also worth pointing out that I am a Los Angeles based wedding planner, so it takes a lot to impress me - I have seen it all! It's obvious to me that they take great pride in what they do. Make your life easier and hire LUX! read more

Awesome! Great communication, driver Tom was friendly and waiting for us and excellent customer service. Top notch clean and beautiful SUV. Johnny both emailed and texted me in advance of the pickup date, then advised us that Tom would be our driver when our flight was delayed. Tom had water for us and was patient when we had to go inside at destination to get payment. Very impressed and will use again in the future! read more

We used Lux Rides for our brunch wedding, early yesterday morning and, as you can imagine, I was very anxious that one of our vendors was going to throw off our very strict timeline. Derrick arrived 10 minutes early for our 6:30a pick up time, patiently waited until someone was able to come outside and let him know that we were running about 15 minutes behind, helped my bridesmaids load all of our belongings into the car while I finished my makeup, then got us to the venue quickly and safely. He was professional and kind and the 25 minute car ride was a small reprieve from a wonderful, but chaotic morning. We will be recommending Lux Rides to everyone we know from now on. read more

Great, honest, and dependable! Hired them for my wedding this past weekend and I couldn't have picked a better company. The owner was very nice when I first called and answered all my questions without sounding pushy. Tammy was our driver and she was right on time even with possible rain delays. I would recommend this company and will use them again. read more

From the moment I scheduled until drop off it was a win-win. Very pleased from beginning to end! I rented the Mini/Party Bus for an afternoon teen birthday party, which was incredible. Oscar did an excellent job and certainly delivered with cold water for the girls when we returned after one of our stops. I highly recommend this company for your next event or celebration. read more

Used a Living Social coupon and I totally recommend this company! Our driver was Andy and he was wonderful. He was so excited to hear about our upcoming trip to eastern Europe. He was also our driver on our return and he parked the car and met us at the International arrivals. He did not have to do that because they normally don't do meet and greet. He just knew we took three plans over 15 hours and he wanted to take care of us. I would use them again. Especially now that they change the West Economy lot to Park and Walk. read more

I've used LUX Rides three times so far. Twice for the airport and once for a concert. Johnny and his team are amazing. They were always early, professional, and safe. Plus, when Johnny took us to the concert he made us drinks! Simply amazing! I will always use LUX rides. read more

Took Lux to and from the airport. Rob and Wolf were both top notch! The rides were both in top shape and they had car seats and boosters ready for us! I think they went out of their way to get them for us because they were brand new. Johnny the owner and contact person was always really quick to respond and be helpful. Text and emails about who was coming to pick us up and contact info was always quick and accurate. read more

Absolutely wonderful! My wife and I were visiting Phoenix and happened to pick up a ride from Johnny. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and took care of our rather difficult requests. We had to make several trips back and forth to and from our hotel because we had forgotten this and that, and of course Johnny was understanding of the situation. We don't very often take a car service, but we will definitely be using LUX Rides whenever we are in the Phoenix area. 100% recommended! Thanks Johnny and the rest of the LUX Rides' team! read more

What a great company! So efficient and easy to book. Completely reliable and way more affordable than other car service companies in the area. I used Lux Rides to take my son and new daughter-in-law from their wedding at the Desert Botanical Gardens to their hotel. Very smooth booking and execution. I booked a Phoenix airport pick-up including meet and greet. Rob, the driver, was waiting for us with a sign. He helped with the luggage. I don't normally post negative reviews but I am super disappointed. Yesterday I got married and needed a car service to pick my husband and I up after the reception. I booked a driver to pick us up at 11pm and even spoke with someone directly to confirm the reservation. We had a grand exit with sparklers and when we exited the building, there was no town car there to pick us up! Called the driver and he was still 20 minutes away. (Which means he wouldn't have been there till 1130) So there we were, standing outside of our reception hall with no one to take us home! I was so embarrassed that even our guests were being picked up by ubers and taxis us, the BRIDE AND GROOM had no car! I would have appreciated a heads up so at least we could have made last minute arrangements BEFORE our sparklers exit but I was the one who had to reach out for an ETA!!! Very disappointed. read more

Love Lux Rides! Used them for the first time this month after a disaster with Super Shuttle not long ago. We needed airport transportation from our home to the airport and then picked up when we returned. We travel with A LOT of bags. I had emailed to check they could accommodate us and they were very helpful and got everything booked. 24 hours before the first pickup we got a confirmation text from our driver, Derrick. He was on time, courteous and fun to talk with. We were lucky enough to have him pick us up from the airport. He got there on time and let us know he was waiting for us but had to wait a while coming through International Arrivals and customs. Absolutely amazing service! We've got Derrick's info and will be requesting him again on our travels! Thank you so much for being so helpful! read more

Lux rides took me to my wedding reception. We had 7 people. Driver was on time and everything went smooth. Thank you.

I've used Lux Rides a few times (very successfully) for airport runs in the past. Always on time, professional and courteous. This time I needed a party bus for my daughter's 13th birthday and decided to call them. I spoke to Johnny with my many requests and questions, and he was always so patient, kind and responsive. We ended up booking it and had a great time. The kids had a blast. Johnny ended up being our driver, which we were thrilled about, and he was so obliging. He didn't get upset with crazy, loud kids (as I would have). His only concern was that they had a great time, which they did. Would highly recommend him and his vehicles to anyone needing a ride. read more

Great experience!!! Used Lux Rides for transportation from AK-Chin Pavilion back to Scottsdale. Johnny answered our email request within 5 minutes with availability and exact cost. Jesse, our driver, did a great job of getting to the Pavilion early to secure a spot up front for the Suburban and got us through the traffic quickly. Would definitely use Lux Rides the next time that we are in Phoenix. read more
