I can not recommend this company enough. They are very responsive, great rates, super clean vehicles and very professional but friendly drivers. We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area. read more

The service was impeccable! Robert, our driver was such a professional and a gentleman. He made our trip so fun and everything ran smooth. The communication and follow through of this company was by far the best. Thank you for making our birthday surprise party so unforgettable. We highly highly recommend using Dial Transport read more

I was very, very impressed with Your Personal Driver and their services on a recent trip to Arizona for a business conference. There was an evening to explore the city that Steven was particularly accommodating and knowledgeable for our needs between a restaurant option for dinner as well as where we might pick up some fixings for drinks and snacks back at our resort. I found it exceptionally hospitable that he offered to drive us to a local shop to pick up the supplies and bring us back to our hotel. I also needed to have a car arranged to pick up a colleague that was arriving at the airport late one evening and was able to coordinate the passenger pickup and digitally handle all of the payment and gratuity prior to the service. Fast, efficient and reliable service. Would highly recommend and definitely my go-to for any visits to the Phoenix area. read more

I was very pleased about the professionalism that the driver demonstrated during the ride. I took a ride my house to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The driver was early, professional, and even offered complimentary Starbucks Mocha Frappachino coffee's for the ride. The vehicle was impressive, clean, and sparkling. I plan on using the company's services again in the future for all my personal transportation needs. Thank you. Richard read more

My husband and I chose this company to drive us from our wedding venue to our after party. Our driver, Scott, was AWESOME! He was prompt, quickly greeted us with a smile, and offered us beverages for the drive. We truly appreciated his professionalism, courtesy, and great conversation. We highly recommend this company and will be using them again! read more

We recently going on an international trip. We have twin boys who are 18 months and my parents were also coming along. We needed a ride to the airport. I informed Steven who was our driver but is also the owner of the company about the number of ppl and large amount of luggage. We were four adults, two babies, 8 suitcases and 2 strollers. He brought the biggest SUV he had and was able to fit it all in. He also provided the car seats at no charge. Steven was extremely professional. He arrived on time and loaded the car in less than ten minutes. I was amazed how fast he was able to get it done. He had cold water for the ride if needed. The drive was very comfortable. We went from Scottsdale to sky harbor. Would highly recommended especially if you have a larger family and a lot of luggage. Will definitely be using this service again in the future. read more

Amazing service!!! My son was flying into Phoenix for the first time by himself. He's 22 and has high functioning autism. Due to COVID restrictions, I was not allowed to fly with him (I'm military). Although he has flown alone before, he's never arrived alone and had to maneuver his own way back to his school. I called Dial and asked if they could help. They were on it. The driver, Brent, met my son at baggage claim with a sign with his name (which completely made my son's day) but even better, my son had a text on his phone as soon as he landed letting him know Brent was there, he even tracked the flight as it was delayed. Brent helped him with his bags and they engaged in great conversation on the way back to school. Dial helped when I was in a panic and really took the time to make my son feel comfortable. They will be our go to company from now on. Thanks to Dial and Brent for making what might have been a scary situation a great experience!!! read more

Excellent car service all the way around. My driver, Steven, arrived right on time in a spotless new SUV. He loaded my bags and offered me a drink for the road. Once we were rolling I was impressed with how well he drove. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I'll definitely use them again in the future. read more

This Taxi Service is incredible!!! Steve was not only better priced, and incredibly polite, compared to other taxi's I called. This is not a cab, it's truly a personalized experience, and he's incredibly professional, with an incredibly beautiful/clean car. He's flexible on timing if you aren't certain exactly when something starts, and we didn't have to wait around an hour or more for some cab in the night. This is the kind of taxi you feel safe and comfortable in, like you are in a beautiful luxury car (Black Escalade I believe), with 7 person seating. He comes pre-stocked with alcohol, and has a license to serve it. I believe you can bring your own drinks in the taxi as well, so you can enjoy ramping up for the evening in this 'Limo licensed taxi' We partied like crazy that night, and the ride was comfortable, and pricing great. He's all about service, and was great to converse with. He even offered to hold some of our stuff until he picked us up, since we couldn't take some of it in, and said that option is always available, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my stuff in the car. Support this awesome business, if you've used him, rate him, and if you haven't treated yourself to the ideal taxi experience, call him today, and give him your 5 star review :) Thanks again Steve!! read more

Great company! Bret was so very helpful, patient and had a great personality. He was a great driver, focused and great conversationalist! We will continue to use this service every time we visit Phoenix. Thank you, Bret! read more

This is only the second time that I've ever felt passionate enough about a service to write a review. I needed transportation from the Phoenix Airport to Wickenburg and after researching my options of renting a car, this definitely seemed like the way to go after reading all the excellent reviews of Steven and his company. The process was incredibly organized with a confirmation text and email when I first made the reservation. Then I received a text the day before my trip and another text upon my arrival with complete instructions on how to locate him. The vehicle was beautiful and Steven could not have been more courteous and patient. I would definitely utilize his services again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone needing transportation in the Phoenix area. You will not be disappointed! read more

Awesome service they just pickup my wife she said great service wil be using them again thanks

Scott is the best! I honestly don't normally write a lot of reviews, but I've used Your Personal Driver a number of times the past few months, and I had to get on to rave about him. I hire airport limo services a lot for my business travels, and Scott is one of the best drivers I've ever had! On time, friendly (but gave me my space and didn't talk my ear off) :-), and MOST importantly, I felt super safe in the car with him. I'm a very nervous passenger, but I was able to lean back and enjoy the scenery and was very relaxed during the drive. I felt like I was in great hands! The online booking is always really easy and the one time I had a follow-up question, Steven got back to me quickly and was super helpful. Highly recommend them. I plan to use them for all my future trips to Phoenix! read more

Steven is a great person. Very professional and always on time. I used him on a few occasions and every experience was great! I recommend him to a stranger at the airport in Fargo, ND and when we arrived in PHX he was waiting at the gate for us. Amazing guy! read more

We have used Your Personal Driver for over two years for all our travel needs particularly to and from Sky Harbor Airport. They are always on time, have clean vehicles, watch flight schedules and adjust if needed, pleasant, send reminder text messages, and are a stress free way to get from place to place. We have used other services before them and were not pleased. Once we found Your Personal Driver there was no need to look for anything else. They are our go-to service for travel needs. Excellent service from arranging service to the very end of drop off. Quick to respond to online reservation, confirming the pickup the day before, the day of and identifying driver (who was the owner). The SUV was VERY clean!! Thank you for a great first experience and I will definitely use this company again! (Actually, I already booked my next service). read more

I'm so grateful to have found this company. I'm new to Phoenix so finding a reliable car service you feel safe with is key. I was lucky enough to have met the owner Steve on one of my trips and I have to say he was as professional as he was charming. What a great ride to the airport it was. I really enjoyed our conversation and of course the car itself was top notch. Steve provides the complete package..luxury, professionalism & amazing hospitality..you can't go wrong! I would most definitely recommend "Your Personal Driver" to everyone I know. read more

5/26 Update 2: I received a call from Steven and he was able to update my card in his system. The call evidently went to a call service. Steven will follow up on the call with the service. I'm sure it's an educational opportunity. 5/26 Update. Brian was my driver last night. He was great. I originally made my reservation with another credit card since my Rewards card was still in the mail. Brian said to call today, so I just called. I wanted this new card on file to save me time later. The guy who answered said he couldn't do it. Use the card next time. Well that defeated the purpose of trying to be efficient. They need to be able to do this in their system. 5/22 Awesome experience. Sean was on time, good conversation, a cold bottled water in hand and no hassles. I will definitely use them again. Thank you, Sean! read more

You can book online and you will get both email and confirmatory texts. When your driver arrives, you will also get confirmatory texts and your driver's phone number in case you want to contact them. I travel often and I continue to use this service and have been over impressed every time. I recently had a need to book a pickup for my wife at a very early time so she could meet a 6 am flight time. They were prompt and she felt very safe - this is important. Those other on demand services have a place, but NOT at 3 am. If you want reliable, professional, clean, friendly service - there is no other choice. Thank you again for dependable and a great experience. read more

Steven was professionally dressed and his full size SUV was meticulously detailed. He picked up my family for a surprise trip to the airport. He offered refreshments and was sure we were very comfortable with music and temperature. Using his service made the stress of making an early morning flight with my family go away 100%. I was able to record my daughter as she opened the card that said she was going to Disneyworld instead of Disneyland! I will be calling Steven directly for future occasions. And now that I know you can drink in his vehicles, it will most likely be for a night on the town with my wife and friends. Thanks Steven! read more

I decided to give them a try based on Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. It was a wonderful experience...no headache or confusion whatsoever. I will use them instead of Super Shuttle from now on. read more

Steven was fantastic. Arrived early for pick up for our family of 6 to the airport and was waiting for our arrival back into Sky Harbor even though we were 90 minutes late. Cold drinks were waiting for us in the Escalade. I highly recommend using his services when you just don't want to park your car at the airport for an extended period of time. You won't be disappointed!! read more

I absolutely loved this service! And Brian was just perfect: knowing that I did not have a U.S. number during my trip, he stayed in touch while I was en route using Apple iMessage. Everything else went just as promised, with him waiting where he was supposed to be. I appreciated that he retrieved my bags from baggage claim and the offer of water. There was no problem with me having a dog in the vehicle. He was a great driver and a lovely conversationalist (listening and speaking [unlike some drivers I have had]). He had no problem lifting and taking my bags out. And then, when I had trouble getting into the house, he waited patiently -- even though it was late -- as I got our neighbor to help. I realize that I sound super high-maintenance and I swear that I am not usually "that person," but I was this time and thank Brian for all of his assistance and patience! I would definitely use Your Personal Driver again. read more

Your Personal Driver deserves more than five stars! We were traveling with an infant but did not bring a car seat because my nephew had one for us to use while in Arizona. Unfortunately, we did not think about how we were going to get to the airport without a car seat. The hotel had a shuttle but would not take us without a car seat. I found Your Personal Driver by accident while searching for a taxi and when I checked their reviews I knew this was the company to use. My only concern was, did they have a car seat we could use? And yes they did! After talking to Steven, I felt very comfortable and relieved. I honestly felt like a part of their family! I was kept up-to-date via text and email as to when the driver would arrive and any phone numbers and other information I needed. The driver arrived early and was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The SUV was clean, shiny, and comfortable. All around, A+++++++ service! I would definitely recommend Your Personal Driver! Thank you!! read more

This is a great Limo service. Worry free as they confirm, give you your personal driver's contact information and then your driver will text you. You receive email confirmations, and they are there when they say they will be as well as they arrive looking fresh with an immaculate car and fresh water for you as well! Very reasonable rates and no drama! The two drivers we had to and from the airport were informative and they were positive about their work and their company! My husband agrees that we will use no one else going forward! Please stay in business! read more

Stephen is a super nice guy. Very friendly and helpful. I got a text right in time with information about my driver's name and phone number. The car was a big beautiful SUV and I was offered cold drinks. The driver was really nice and brought us to a house in Gilbert where I had to find the key in the dark in the back yard. The driver would not leave until we found the key and got into the house safely. I would absolutely recommend using this service and I will definitely use it again anytime I need a ride from the Phoenix airport. read more
