I can not recommend this company enough. They are very responsive, great rates, super clean vehicles and very professional but friendly drivers. We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area. read more

We recently going on an international trip. We have twin boys who are 18 months and my parents were also coming along. We needed a ride to the airport. I informed Steven who was our driver but is also the owner of the company about the number of ppl and large amount of luggage. We were four adults, two babies, 8 suitcases and 2 strollers. He brought the biggest SUV he had and was able to fit it all in. He also provided the car seats at no charge. Steven was extremely professional. He arrived on time and loaded the car in less than ten minutes. I was amazed how fast he was able to get it done. He had cold water for the ride if needed. The drive was very comfortable. Amazing service!!! My son was flying into Phoenix for the first time by himself. He's 22 and has high functioning autism. Due to COVID restrictions, I was not allowed to fly with him (I'm military). Although he has flown alone before, he's never arrived alone and had to maneuver his own way back to his school. I called Dial and asked if they could help. They were on it. The driver, Brent, met my son at baggage claim with a sign with his name (which completely made my son's day) but even better, my son had a text on his phone as soon as he landed letting him know Brent was there, he even tracked the flight as it was delayed. I hire airport limo services a lot for my business travels, and Scott is one of the best drivers I've ever had! On time, friendly (but gave me my space and didn't talk my ear off) :-), and MOST importantly, I felt super safe in the car with him. This Taxi Service is incredible!!! Steve was not only better priced, and incredibly polite, compared to other taxi's I called. This is not a cab, it's truly a personalized experience, and he's incredibly professional, with an incredibly beautiful/clean car. He's flexible on timing if you aren't certain exactly when something starts, and we didn't have to wait around an hour or more for some cab in the night. This is the kind of taxi you feel safe and comfortable in, like you are in a beautiful luxury car (Black Escalade I believe), with 7 person seating. He comes pre-stocked with alcohol, and has a license to serve it. I believe you can bring your own drinks in the taxi as well, so you can enjoy ramping up for the evening in this 'Limo licensed taxi' We partied like crazy that night, and the ride was comfortable, and pricing great. He's all about service, and was great to converse with. He even offered to hold some of our stuff until he picked us up, since we couldn't take some of it in, and said that option is always available, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my stuff in the car. I absolutely loved this service! And Brian was just perfect: knowing that I did not have a U.S. number during my trip, he stayed in touch while I was en route using Apple iMessage. Everything else went just as promised, with him waiting where he was supposed to be. I appreciated that he retrieved my bags from baggage claim and the offer of water. There was no problem with me having a dog in the vehicle. He was a great driver and a lovely conversationalist (listening and speaking [unlike some drivers I have had]). He had no problem lifting and taking my bags out. And then, when I had trouble getting into the house, he waited patiently -- even though it was late -- as I got our neighbor to help. The car was a big beautiful SUV and I was offered cold drinks. The driver was really nice and brought us to a house in Gilbert where I had to find the key in the dark in the back yard.
