Five stars all the way! I've used this car service a couple of times and each time the communication was great, the service was extremely reliable, and the drivers were professional and friendly. The SUV's were pristine as well! I highly recommend Top Notch Transportation to anyone looking for a dependable car service and a truly customer-focused experience! read more

We had a great experience with Tony from Top Notch Transportation! Tony was very professional, courteous, and arrived early to take our daughter and her friends to prom. They had such a great time and really enjoyed the limo! He also kept us informed throughout the evening as they arrived at different locations which was great as a parent. I would highly recommend Tony and Top Notch Transportation! read more

We have used Adam's company, Top Notch Transportation twice now. Once for my Dad's retirement celebration and the other for some bachelorette "research" in old town Scottsdale. Both times, the experience has been 10/10. The attention to detail and timeliness is spot on, definitely will be using this company for our wedding weekend and many events in the future!!! read more

Booked a limo Sprinter to surprise my kids on the last day of school, so now I've officially peaked as a parent. Adam was phenomenal. He arrived early and offered to help setup, had the cooler already stocked with ice and drinks, and showed the kids how to connect with bluetooth so they could DJ the whole way. I have never ridden in a sprinter before, and it was honestly pretty great. We had 9 people and plenty of room to spare. The sound system was phenomenal and the LEDs gave everything a modern party vibe. When it came time to drop everyone off, Adam was out there opening doors like we were rolling up to the Grammys. He made sure each of our kids felt like a VIP. I have no idea what they will actually remember from this school year, but I have no doubt they will remember today's ride. Adam, thanks again for giving our kids a great experience. 10/10 would book with Top Notch again read more

We had an amazing experience with Top Notch. We needed a sprinter last minute and called these guys up, we got a great price and got all the details locked in the night before our ride. Our driver, Raul, was great and we couldn't have asked for an easier process. Top Notch will be at the top of my list next time I need a ride. read more

Fake reviews. Misleading fleet. Unprofessional. Rude. Robotic responses behind the scenes. I wish I could give this a -5 star review. I'm a Local Guide and I've been booking with limo companies for over 18 years, so I don't write this lightly. I don't even know where to start. Booking with this company was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I scheduled a round-trip to a concert a month in advance, and the day of the event, they suddenly tell me the driver can't pick us up at the designated limo zone. We'd have to walk an entire mile in 110-degree heat through a sketchy area to get picked up. Seriously? When I brought this up, instead of trying to fix it or offer any help, the owner CANCELED my reservation outright. No refund. No alternative. Just a "take it or leave it" attitude like I was the one being difficult. Let's talk about Adam for a second. This guy is beyond unprofessional. Arrogant, dismissive, and acts like he's running some luxury "empire" when in reality, most of the vehicles he advertises AREN'T EVEN HIS. I've seen the exact same buses, Sprinters, and limos on other companies' sites. Either they're stock photos, or he's using vehicles from someone else's fleet. And Casey, his assistant, is just as bad. Cold, rude, and condescending. Every time she responds, it's like talking to a wall. Same canned replies, no accountability, no effort--just attitude. It honestly feels like their entire customer service script was generated by AI. As for their reviews--just read through them. You'll notice a flood of nearly identical 5-star comments, all posted in short timeframes. They're vague, repetitive, and clearly designed to bury real feedback like this one. BOTTOM LINE: This place is all image and no integrity. They overpromise, underdeliver, and the second anything goes wrong, they'd rather cancel than take responsibility. You'll get more professionalism from companies that don't pretend to be something they're not. I ended up rebooking with another company that had the ACTUAL VEHICLES pictured, picked us up on time, and treated us with respect and professionalism something this business clearly struggles with. Spend your money elsewhere unless you enjoy being misled, talked down to, and left stranded by people who think they're above doing their jobs. read more

We just used Top Notch Transportation this weekend for my husband's birthday. The owners responded quickly and had wonderful customer service. The prices were extremely fair and they were easy to book with. The driver was extremely professional and helpful. The bus was extremely clean and functioned as promised with music and ice/drinks. I will definitely be using this company again in the future for transportation needs! read more

We hired Top Notch Transportation to take our wedding party from the reception to Old Town after our reception! I can't speak highly enough about our experience. Our driver was very patient and waited for us as we said goodbye to all of our guests. The prices were VERY reasonable. 10/10 recommend!!!! read more

Highly recommend! Ashlee answered the phone to Raul, who drove; everyone was fantastic. They communicated well and explained all the options before booking. I will be using Top Notch again. Recommend without hesitation. read more

UPDATE: Adam, who's also the owner apparently didn't like my Yelp review and decided to write me a story via TEXT trying to justify his behavior. Like I said, as a business owner, you should be used to taking feedback, and when someone is calling you Rude AF, 9/10, that's probably what you are. And seriously, who sends a text like this? Not only is it laughable but completely unprofessional. When you're reading his reviews, don't forget about the not recommended section at the bottom of the page.......I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but when you text me right after with all that nonsense on top of how rude you were in the first place, you deserve it. Enjoy your vacation Adam, sounds like you really need it. Just got off the phone with Adam, and while he was not only short with me he priced a pickup and drop off (3 hour max total) for 20 people at 4:00PM, and 4:30PM to go from Desert Ridge to Troon North, and again at 12:00AM from Troon North to Desert Ridge at $1000 When I said that pricing was insane, he immediately got defense and was condescending. Of course I called him out. It's okay if you don't want to do the bid, but as a business owner I would think you'd be used to feedback whether potential customers think your pricing is GREAT, or INSANE. read more

Adam was a pleasure to work with. great process and an even better time. Would recommend him to anyone looking to rent a party bus! Girls night was a success! read more

Top Notch is an understatement! They should be called above and beyond!!! We scheduled transportation for our entire weekend and we're never disappointed. On our first day we enjoyed the white bus from the airport to our hotel and then to a fun dinner at Top Golf. Tony took great care of us and all our needs! The next day on our adventure to the Salt River tube float Brian was super knowledgeable about the area and we enjoyed the large black party bus with plenty of room for us and our necessities. Our final ride was with Adam who safely transported my husband and I to the airport in record time on a Monday morning for our early flight. All I can say is you get what you pay for and I was highly pleased and would recommend them to anyone visiting the area. read more

Adam always delivers the best of the best. We had a night out for a friend's birthday celebration and rented the 16 passenger party bus and had an amazing time! Professional & Accommodating My work required me to fly out of state to Phoenix for a business meeting with a small team at a moments notice. I scheduled with dispatch the day before & was able to book the Cadillac Escalade for an Airport transfer to another facility. Adam, the owner himself was able to pick us up from the terminal in a new body style Cadillac with a clean & nice urban appeal to stand out. We had a brief change of plans to catch breakfast before our meeting & Adam was able to accommodate the additional drive time so we wouldn't be on an empty stomach. Thanks! Coming from the limo industry, Adam & his team is doing it well. Hopefully I'll be back for leisure next time & will definitely use them again! read more

The absolute best experience working with this company. They were extremely responsive, professional and easy to work with. I had to cancel my initial reservation due to COVID and Adam (the owner) was super understanding and allowed us to rebook on a different date. Tony our driver was awesome, arrived early, helped us connect our phone via Bluetooth speaker and was very fun and professional. The party bus was amazingly clean and looked brand new. There was also ice and refreshments already set out for us. We rented this bus for my best friends bachelorette party and I would 10/10 recommend using this company. Thank you Top Notch for an amazing experience! read more

Hired Top Notch Transportation for a round trip airport ride. Felt completely safe and clean. Great drivers and communication the entire time. Perfect car with great AC! Will hire again when back in town! Thanks for the comfortable ride!!! read more

Adam was AMAZING. He was very professional and made sure my friends and I had the most amazing time in Scottsdale for my bachelorette. Having 11 of us we thought we were going to have to take multiple ubers everywhere which would have been a drag. He was prompt and helped us navigate where we should go. I'm so happy we found Top Notch. I was super impressed. Already planning to come back as soon as possible. Thank you! read more

Amazing service and great staff at every interaction. Everyone was really helpful and professional. Highly recommend to anyone.

Top Notch really hit the bachelorette party transportation out of the park. Our driver Tony made sure he was in texting communication with us before and during our ride. He went the extra mile and put our drinks on ice while we were at the karaoke bar so we got picked up with cold beverages waiting for us. We love you Tony! read more

I highly recommend using Top Notch Transportation for any transportation services! A group of us rented a sprinter van for a concert last night. Top Notch delivered a very good experience! Very reliable. The driver was respectful. Highly recommend.

I called Top Notch at the last minute for a bachelor party. We needed a standard limo from 12:30pm - 2:30am. The reservation was so quick and easy I wasn't sure if someone would actually show up! The driver arrived around 12:20pm, called to tell me he had arrived, and waited outside the club until we all made it outside. The limo was your typical black stretch town car. The inside was lit up, looking fancy, adorned with various assorted beverages for us to consume. The driver knew the owner (or bouncer?) of the next club, so he came inside with us to comp our cover charges. Even though we were all drunk and not as happy upon departing that night, the driver was a consummate professional - apologizing for our bad time, but never letting it affect his treatment of us. He got us home safely and let me charge my credit card. The reason I give 5 stars is that I tried to make arrangements with two other limo services before Top Notch. The first one never called me back to confirm my pick-up time and location. The second was not only too expensive, but also rude and uncooperative. Top Notch took the order and delivered! read more

I rented the Chrysler limo for myself (a bride) and my dad to be transported from my hotel to church on my wedding day this past weekend. The limo never showed up. After 10 minutes my photographer called Top Notch, they said they were running behind and wouldn't make it. She asked if they had anything available and they told her that nothing else would make it on time. Thankfully I was able to use a cousins suv, but extremely upsetting when you're emotions are already so high an hour before your wedding and then you have to scramble to find a ride to your wedding right before walking down the aisle. read more

Didn't show up at last minute for transportation to a wedding ceremony. They gave some BS excuse about miscommunication and scheduling error. Unreliable. Cannot be trusted. Look elsewhere for your party bus read more

Used Top Notch to transport my family and friends around on my college graduation night, it was absolutely perfect and the best decision we could have made! Being in the sprinter was funner than being at the restaurant! We felt very safe (and I had a few worry wart mothers and my 85 year old grandfather on board who kept calling it a fancy bus and had a blast). Inside of the vehicle was beautiful, driver was perfectly on time at each pick up point, such a smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend and will use again, worth every penny for the value, thank you top notch!! p.s. ask for ADAM! He made everything flawless for us! read more

Thankfully Top Notch didn't ruin my sister's wedding, but they came very close. My sister hired Top Notch to transport the bride and grooms families from a local resort to the wedding location and after confirming the pickup date/time/location multiple times (... including texting the morning of the wedding), Top Notch was a NO-SHOW! My sister had to scramble to find transportation for her entire extended family while all of the wedding guests waited for the ceremony to begin. A wedding day is stressful enough, if you're considering Top Notch, please save yourself the potential worry and book with another vendor. They left 30 people stranded without any regard for the impact. read more

Adam and Eric saved the day today. They are literally superheroes as far as I'm concerned. I had an event scheduled a whole month in advance with another party bus, (you can see my review on yelp for that one too) The owner of that business texted me today, the day of my event, four hours before my event and canceled on me, stating "the bus broke down last night". I was in the grocery store getting last-minute party items at the time and I literally almost had a breakdown in the store. I quickly called three other companies. Two of those dispatchers (kindly) laughed at me because I was asking them if they had a 30 person party bus readily available, on the most dedicated Christmas party night in December, oh! and I need it for four hours and I need him here in two hours. Adam was unbelievably quick and responsive to my distress. He said he needed to call me back in one minute and let me know what he could do. He truly called me back in one minute and said he had a driver getting back from Prescott very soon, and that he could be at my house by 5:15, AND we could have the bus until 9:15pm, and he agreed to pick us up and drop us off exactly where I requested AND he even gave me a more competitive rate than what I had paid for a month in advance with the other company. My party was a huge success. We all had a wonderful time . The bus was beautiful. It had a huge FAUX fireplace, and all the fun swirling lights and fabulous sound system. Bring your own Pandora music collection and hook it up on their state of the art sound system. Everything was wonderful and everything went as smooth as a babies bottom. I highly recommend them. I could tell right away that Adam operated by a completely different business caliber, far beyond what other people that I had spoken to earlier today possessed. The bus was gorgeous, it had a huge faux burning fireplace on the back wall And it had space for coolers, beers, wine, soda and ice etc. Eric our driver, did everything that Adam said he would, In terms of picking us up, dropping us off, being on time, being professional and very courteous, and everything else that goes along with being a professional and responsible employee. Thank you so much for everything! I added a couple of photos to show you what a fabulous time we had. read more
