Booked a limo Sprinter to surprise my kids on the last day of school, so now I've officially peaked as a parent. Adam was phenomenal. He arrived early and offered to help setup, had the cooler already stocked with ice and drinks, and showed the kids how to connect with bluetooth so they could DJ the whole way. I have never ridden in a sprinter before, and it was honestly pretty great. We had 9 people and plenty of room to spare. The sound system was phenomenal and the LEDs gave everything a modern party vibe. When it came time to drop everyone off, Adam was out there opening doors like we were rolling up to the Grammys. He made sure each of our kids felt like a VIP. I have no idea what they will actually remember from this school year, but I have no doubt they will remember today's ride. Fake reviews. Misleading fleet. Unprofessional. Rude. Robotic responses behind the scenes. I wish I could give this a -5 star review. I'm a Local Guide and I've been booking with limo companies for over 18 years, so I don't write this lightly. I don't even know where to start. Booking with this company was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I scheduled a round-trip to a concert a month in advance, and the day of the event, they suddenly tell me the driver can't pick us up at the designated limo zone. We'd have to walk an entire mile in 110-degree heat through a sketchy area to get picked up. Seriously? When I brought this up, instead of trying to fix it or offer any help, the owner CANCELED my reservation outright. No refund. No alternative. Just a "take it or leave it" attitude like I was the one being difficult. Let's talk about Adam for a second. This guy is beyond unprofessional. Arrogant, dismissive, and acts like he's running some luxury "empire" when in reality, most of the vehicles he advertises AREN'T EVEN HIS. I've seen the exact same buses, Sprinters, and limos on other companies' sites. Either they're stock photos, or he's using vehicles from someone else's fleet. And Casey, his assistant, is just as bad. Cold, rude, and condescending. Every time she responds, it's like talking to a wall. Same canned replies, no accountability, no effort--just attitude. It honestly feels like their entire customer service script was generated by AI. As for their reviews--just read through them. You'll notice a flood of nearly identical 5-star comments, all posted in short timeframes. They're vague, repetitive, and clearly designed to bury real feedback like this one. BOTTOM LINE: This place is all image and no integrity. They overpromise, underdeliver, and the second anything goes wrong, they'd rather cancel than take responsibility. You'll get more professionalism from companies that don't pretend to be something they're not. I ended up rebooking with another company that had the ACTUAL VEHICLES pictured, picked us up on time, and treated us with respect and professionalism something this business clearly struggles with. Like I said, as a business owner, you should be used to taking feedback, and when someone is calling you Rude AF, 9/10, that's probably what you are. And seriously, who sends a text like this? Top Notch is an understatement! They should be called above and beyond!!! We scheduled transportation for our entire weekend and we're never disappointed. On our first day we enjoyed the white bus from the airport to our hotel and then to a fun dinner at Top Golf. Tony took great care of us and all our needs! The next day on our adventure to the Salt River tube float Brian was super knowledgeable about the area and we enjoyed the large black party bus with plenty of room for us and our necessities. Thankfully Top Notch didn't ruin my sister's wedding, but they came very close. My sister hired Top Notch to transport the bride and grooms families from a local resort to the wedding location and after confirming the pickup date/time/location multiple times (... including texting the morning of the wedding), Top Notch was a NO-SHOW! My sister had to scramble to find transportation for her entire extended family while all of the wedding guests waited for the ceremony to begin. I rented the Chrysler limo for myself (a bride) and my dad to be transported from my hotel to church on my wedding day this past weekend. The limo never showed up. After 10 minutes my photographer called Top Notch, they said they were running behind and wouldn't make it. She asked if they had anything available and they told her that nothing else would make it on time. I called Top Notch at the last minute for a bachelor party. We needed a standard limo from 12:30pm - 2:30am. The reservation was so quick and easy I wasn't sure if someone would actually show up! The driver arrived around 12:20pm, called to tell me he had arrived, and waited outside the club until we all made it outside. The limo was your typical black stretch town car. The inside was lit up, looking fancy, adorned with various assorted beverages for us to consume. The driver knew the owner (or bouncer?) of the next club, so he came inside with us to comp our cover charges. Even though we were all drunk and not as happy upon departing that night, the driver was a consummate professional - apologizing for our bad time, but never letting it affect his treatment of us. He got us home safely and let me charge my credit card. The reason I give 5 stars is that I tried to make arrangements with two other limo services before Top Notch. The first one never called me back to confirm my pick-up time and location. The second was not only too expensive, but also rude and uncooperative. Top Notch took the order and delivered! read more

Used Top Notch to transport my family and friends around on my college graduation night, it was absolutely perfect and the best decision we could have made! Being in the sprinter was funner than being at the restaurant! We felt very safe (and I had a few worry wart mothers and my 85 year old grandfather on board who kept calling it a fancy bus and had a blast). Adam and Eric saved the day today. They are literally superheroes as far as I'm concerned. I had an event scheduled a whole month in advance with another party bus, (you can see my review on yelp for that one too) The owner of that business texted me today, the day of my event, four hours before my event and canceled on me, stating "the bus broke down last night". I was in the grocery store getting last-minute party items at the time and I literally almost had a breakdown in the store. I quickly called three other companies. Two of those dispatchers (kindly) laughed at me because I was asking them if they had a 30 person party bus readily available, on the most dedicated Christmas party night in December, oh! and I need it for four hours and I need him here in two hours. Adam was unbelievably quick and responsive to my distress. He said he needed to call me back in one minute and let me know what he could do. He truly called me back in one minute and said he had a driver getting back from Prescott very soon, and that he could be at my house by 5:15, AND we could have the bus until 9:15pm, and he agreed to pick us up and drop us off exactly where I requested AND he even gave me a more competitive rate than what I had paid for a month in advance with the other company. My party was a huge success. We all had a wonderful time . The bus was beautiful. It had a huge FAUX fireplace, and all the fun swirling lights and fabulous sound system. Bring your own Pandora music collection and hook it up on their state of the art sound system. Everything was wonderful and everything went as smooth as a babies bottom. I highly recommend them. I could tell right away that Adam operated by a completely different business caliber, far beyond what other people that I had spoken to earlier today possessed. The bus was gorgeous, it had a huge faux burning fireplace on the back wall And it had space for coolers, beers, wine, soda and ice etc. Eric our driver, did everything that Adam said he would, In terms of picking us up, dropping us off, being on time, being professional and very courteous, and everything else that goes along with being a professional and responsible employee. UPDATE: After posting this review on Top Notch Transportation last night my phone was blowing up at 10:30 PM and again this morning. I then received the following message from Adam, the owner: Steve and Diana/Marchant, Why are you continuing to harass my company weeks later? Your response is full of nothing but lies. First of all you never requested a " party bus" or party van. You originally wanted a 25 person party bus but then decided you wanted our executive Mercedes sprinter. Unfortunately we had over 50 bookings for that executive sprinter that you had booked with the 13 seats and executive table in it. When my vehicle got hit by a red light runner I asked my assistants to go through all the scheduled jobs and let the clients know what had happened and to offer another reputable service in town or try and upgrade them to our sprinter limo or party bus if it was available. I stayed up for 24 plus hours after the accident happened and happened to find a white executive sprinter in New Jersey that was definitely not comparable or as nice as my executive Grech sprinter that got hit but it could at least do some of the jobs that had 11 or less people instead of just cancelling last minute jobs on people. Unfortunately my back office didn't notify you about the vehicle change as we had over 50 plus bookings for that vehicle so you wern't notified. When I spoke to your husband you pretty much called me a liar and continued to scold me. I was actually upset at myself and my staff for not notifying you as we missed your booking as it said executive sprinter and didn't have the head count down under your reservation. In the 16 years in business I've never had a car wrecked like this as this was my only executive sprinter in my fleet that we use multiple times every day. When you text me back 5 days later that wasn't me responding that was my assistant Marena. I read it when I got home and I wouldn't have responded the way she did but you're coming back harassing us 5 days after the event after we took $200 off. You called me a " douche" bag which really tells a lot about your character/ professionalism . What could I have done to fix this? We got hit by a door dash driver and we're down a vehicle that we use 20 plus times a week. My assistants didn't notify you which was an honest mistake so I take full responsibility for that. It's not like we were trying to full a fast one and show up in a car you didn't reserve. The reservation said executive sprinter and said nothing about how many people so my assistant must of not caught it. Go look at all my reviews online and you can see what kind of operation I run. Over the 16 years I've been in business I have 10 1 star reviews after probably 40,000 clients over the years. We're a small business and will make mistakes unfortunately just like every business. We're human and make mistakes every day. My sprinter was NOT dirty and you never ordered a " party bus". You ordered an executive sprinter!! If you read your response you're actually the condescending democrat as Casey stated. You never order a 14 person " party bus" you originally ordered a 25 person party bus and then said you just wanted the 13 person executive sprinter on my website. I didn't make any excuses as you mentioned I simply told you exactly what happened and that my back office didn't notify you about the accident and that we would have a different sprinter that only seats 11 people. I never yelled at your husband as you stated. I said I would cancel the van since you wern't happy and wouldn't stop attacking me about the situation so yes I probably got a little defensive as all I could say was sorry. I didn't plan of having my main vehicle totaled in an accident and having to sort through 50 reservations and notifying them that we have to cancel or to see if they would be okay with the white sprinter I ended up buying across the country. It's unfortunate you've taken it this far and I gave you $200 off which I thought was fair and you still are continuing giving me 1 star Yelp reviews weeks later. I'm laying down my Yorkie of 15 years tomorrow and I'm sitting here writing this message to you wasting my time on energy on something that was totally out of my control. Please take some time and read ALL my reviews. We maintain our name Top Notch and provide the best service in town as you can see from my numerous 5 star reviews.
