It was a very long day so be prepared if you want to go. The seats in the van are small so a large person probably could not do it there were 10 passengers. The passenger seat seats were like this: front row seats-3 across, 2nd row-2 across, 3rd row-2 across, back row-4 across. There was 1 cup holder per row and there was wifi and phone chargers. An ice chest with bottled water was also provided . gratuities are not included. We had a nice day but you are in the van traveling most of the day

Being at the Grand Canyon was wonderful and beautiful and just a feeling of wow. Our tour guide, Patrick, was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient and a lot of fun. He made the tour including lunch on the Navajo Reservation very special and enjoyable. He took us to all the good viewing spots at the Grand Canyon and even helped us get very good pictures. Around 7:30pm after not hearing back, I contacted them again and was notified "the bus wasn't fixed in time so we won't be leaving until SATURDAY". It's not only unprofessional to withhold information like that, it's unprofessional a customer has to hound the business after the bus is delayed six hours. I will be asking for a partial refund and I'd highly suggest not being in this industry if you do not know how to properly manage clients nor communicate which are the TOP two minimum requirements in the hospitality industry. I wouldn't book with this company if you want to just be hanging with little to no information to a company who has no problem taking your money. Never.again.
