From now on, this is how I want to start and end every trip. We had a long trip planned over the holidays and needed to find a way to get to and from the airport with a 2-year old. After reading other reviews, we contacted Norberto. He was extremely responsive and let us know exactly what to expect, including a text the night before so we were assurred we were on his schedule. We left on an early flight so we needed to leave at 4:30. At 4:20, he sent a text saying he was in the driveway. As others stated, his car was immaculate and the carseat looked like it was brand new. When we landed after our return flight, I had a text telling me he saw we landed early and was already at the airport, to text him when we had our bags and exactly where to meet him. The airport was chaos and he pointed out the long line of cars stacked up on the westbound side and took a different route to get us home. Onyx really came through for me when another company canceled at the very last possible minute (even though I had pre-arranged the ride several days in advance). I needed a car seat for our ride to the airport and after seeing another yelp review, called Onyx. Even though it was very last minute, Norberto said he'd do his best to get there on time, given that it was going to be a stretch to get to me with the car seat by the time we needed to leave. He pulled up a couple minutes early in a very clean car (with a very clean car seat!). He was very nice, professional, and got me and my two boys safely to the airport juuuust in time. We chose this service as we needed a ride from Phoenix North to Sky Harbor Airport. We needed to be picked up at 4:15 in the morning to be there two hours early for security and check in. The driver arrived on time and dressed in a suit and tie. Norberto was professional and gracious as he greeted us at the hotel. Dealing with him on the phone was very easy and without issue. He arrived in a new Tesla which was spotless both inside and out. It was readily apparent that he took terrific care of his equipment. A very good sign, for sure.
