We rented this bus for my sister-in-law's 50th birthday party and it did not disappoint. Sound system was great as we rocked out to our personal Spotify playlist. Absolutely loved and utilized both stripper poles. Probably not wise considering all of us were in our 40s and 50s. Once in a while, you gotta toss caution to the wind and just go wild. They had plenty of water and ice on board and they greeted us with birthday balloons and a carpet for the birthday girl to enter the vehicle. There were only 10 of us along with a cooler that we brought and some food but it could've easily have accommodated 18 to 20. This business could not have been any easier to deal with. They responded to all of my questions timely, and sent pictures of the party bus when asked. Jacob Transportation, thank you so much for making our day absolutely memorable! Birthday girl was happy and so were we!

I can't recommend them enough esp for big groups. We had an amazing time and I'm so glad you were available on such short notice! Hope to work with you again if we're back in town.

Rented a party bus for my wedding and had a very seamless experience with Scottsdale Party Bus. The…read morereviews online spoke for themselves. What I appreciated most was that they are SUPER fast at communication and it's all done via text (which for a busy bride-to-be is truly ideal). I booked this as soon as I had confirmed our wedding date and I believe I owed a deposit (maybe $100?) I paid the rest the day of the wedding. Our driver showed up promptly and drove us girls to the church, then the whole party to the Botanical Gardens to take photos, then to the reception. For the amount of time we had him, it cost about $2,000 (which includes tip). The only constructive piece of feedback I have is that when we were inside the church (which was awhile because we had to get there around 12:30 and the ceremony didn't end until 2:30), the driver texted me and said "If you're okay with it, I'm gonna go and grab lunch." I obviously didn't see it when he sent it because I was getting married and all! But when we walked outside, I initially didn't see the bus. I looked at my phone and saw that text and my heart stopped. I was so scared that he left to grab something to eat when we needed him to get us to the Botanical Gardens ASAP! Luckily, my bridal party had asked him to drive behind the church so they could load the bus with drinks, so he wasn't far away. But all this to say that if a driver wants to grab something to eat, take a break, etc, they need to coordinate with the main contact ahead of time. There is no way me (or any other bride or groom) is going to text back. I would of course have told him yes had I known the timing--- it's just not a text I wanted to leave the church and see. Again, to be clear, he wasn't far away and the only reason he was not at the front of the church was because the bridal party had asked him to relocate for ease of transferring items. But it was certainly a 2 minute massive panic moment that (as you can see), I'm still not forgetting 6 months later. lol! But truly, I highly recommend Scottsdale Party Bus and have since seen their busses all over the city. Will always remind me of my special day!

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst party bus experience I've had, primarily because of the…read morecustomer service and how the reservation was handled. Our reservation was from 8:00-11:00 PM for three hours, yet with about 15 minutes still remaining, we were told we needed to "GTFO." One of the women on the bus told a member of our party that everyone needed to leave because we were "blocking traffic." We did not ask them to block traffic, and the way this was communicated to us was extremely unprofessional. The driver also stood up, looked through the window, and began yelling at us. There was also a major issue regarding our scheduled stops. Before our reservation, I had spoken with a team member from Wild West Party Bus who recommended two specific stops where we could get out and use the restroom. We had planned our route around those stops. However, the woman on the bus repeatedly argued that our reservation ended at 10:00 instead of 11:00. She was showing me the reservation on her screen, which clearly stated "3 hour reservation" starting at 8:00 PM. I had to repeatedly point out that 8:00 + 3 hours = 11:00. Another major disappointment was that I was under the impression that a party bus would actually drive around and cruise between stops, which has been my experience with every other party bus I've used. Instead, we were essentially treated like an Uber going from point A to point B. At one point, we were at our second-to-last stop with a significant amount of time remaining. The staff told us they were about 15 minutes from our final destination and asked what we wanted them to do for the remaining time. I said, essentially, "Drive around?" and was told that they don't do that. I asked what they do between stops, and ultimately they remained parked at the stop for roughly two hours. That was incredibly disappointing, especially for a party bus experience where the entire point, in my opinion, is to enjoy the bus and the ride--not sit parked for hours. I will say that the bus itself was beautiful and visually was exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the poor communication, argumentative interactions, being yelled at, and overall customer service completely overshadowed that. I would strongly recommend making sure you fully understand how their transportation works before booking, because if you are expecting a party bus that cruises around between destinations, this may not be the experience you're looking for.
