Best Time Ever !Thank you Laura and Dusty for making my 50th a time to remember ! Highly recommend

Awful awful awful awful awful. Our group had a memorable day to say the least, but not in the way you would want on your bachelorette party. As the bride, I can tell you that I was incredibly disappointed in our experience from the second we stepped foot in the 100 degree bus on the way to the lake. Luke told us the AC was just taking a few to kick on, which we later learned was the first of dozens of lies told to us throughout our time with Luke & Spencer. Turns out, Luke did not know how to work with AC which we later learned from his boss, Laura. To take it back a bit further, we asked Luke if we could please stop at a liquor store on the way to the boat, to which he responded that there is a marina at the lake where we could stop. Lie #2. It turns out, the boat is supposedly banned from the marina, which would have been a great thing to know when we initially asked him to stop. I can only imagine why! Once we made it onto the boat, the vibes were high and we were ready to party, except that it took about an hour for Spencer/Luke to "anchor" the boat, which we now refer to as lie #3. It turns out, Spencer used all the gas the day prior and it was effecting the function of the boat for our day. They kept this one going for hours and it prevented us from utilizing the slide (oh just a heads up, there is a camera under the slide for "safety" but these people are about as trustworthy as Casey Anthony so who really knows). We asked to put the leaf in the water about 7 times before Luke finally said "Oh, you want to use the leaf?" Yes Luke, if we hadn't made it clear enough over the course of an hour, we did in fact want to use the leaf. After floating aimlessly for a few, we made our way to a bathroom in the middle of the lake which seemed to Spencer as the perfect place to grill a few hot dogs. Who doesn't want a side of feces instead of ketchup (which they didn't have). Turns out, we actually docked because as I previously mentioned, our boat was not functioning properly. Captain Dusty showed up out of nowhere with a mechanic and this was the first we were actually told there was an issue with the boat. The culmination of this less than stellar day was when we had to head in an hour early from our trip. We jumped on to Dusty's vessel and headed back to land, which honestly was the best part of my day because I would no longer be lied to and gaslit by a group of men who are clearly very used to women who are bit less intuitive. The day had potential to be great but thanks to the crew of bandits, we have had to spend hours demanding we be reimbursed. Don't let the pink color, Spencer's initial charm, or Luke's cluelessness fool you, these guys know just how to take advantage of a group of drunk women. Proceed with caution! read more

Laura is unprofessional and clearly doesn't care about customer service or clients from out of town. she left my group of 10 in the sun and told us to go f ourselves while holding our belongings with their driver despite their own vendor in person with us confirming the timeline we tried to explain to them: she cursed us out multiple times, left us stranded without our belongings and forced my group to call the POLICE and report grand theft in order for us to get our belogings back. she ruined this bachelorette and i will never come to arizona ever again. read more

If I could give 0 zero stars I would! I do not recommend using this company. We had a great day but it was ruined by the unprofessionalism of Laura and her staff. There was a lack of communication of pickup time. We waited in the desert sun for 3 hours to only be told we needed to figure out how to get back home. Not to mention we did not have any of our personal belongings and were told we needed to pay $250 to get our stuff back. Horrible experience. We rented the party bus/pink party barge for a bachelorette party and the entire day was horrendous. The bus driver did not know how to work the AC on the bus in 100 degree heat for the first 30 min of the ride which was obviously uncomfortable. Additionally, the boat wasn't functioning properly (air in the line) which ruined the whole experience. The captain anchored us to the smelly floating bathroom for an extensive amount of time, which was unpleasant to say the least. The owner Dusty and his mechanic showed up in the 11th hour to asses the situation, however we collectively agreed to get on the owner's boat and head in an hour early. When we asked for compensation for the negative experience and faulty boat, we were told they don't give any kinds of refunds, partial or otherwise. Additionally, my friend who boats on Lake Pleasant often, told me she had to tow Dusty's boat last weekend as it it broke down...again. Do yourself a favor and find another rental company. These people are scammers. read more

Awesome experience all around. Driver was great. We had the bus for a festival at rawhide and we lost one from our group. Our driver waited around until we found him which we really appreciated because it was 2:15/2:30 AM. Highly recommend this company. read more

Do to unfortunate circumstances with COVID19 happening, the event myself and 24 others were gonna attend was cancelled and would not be rescheduled due to large group gatherings not being allowed. Upon reaching out to the company to cancel our reservation we were told our $200 deposit would not be refunded. There was no contract signed stating that deposits are non refundable. It's not like it was a last minute cancellation. Our event wasn't for another month. This is bullshit and will never recommend this company to anyone. Hope the $200 was worth future reservations and a negative review all over social media. read more

Rented a bus for a bachelorette party and had the best night! So happy we did. The best part of the night! Highly recommend!

We rented a party bus for my wife's birthday, had about 20 people and when the bus showed up it looked more like a cargo bus inside than a party bus. Pictures attached show you the bus we rented per the pictures online and the bus we actually got. We still tried to make the most of the experience and I contacted them the next day, shared the photos, and I was told they brought us the wrong bus, they use that bus for college kids, and it was not the bus we rented. Instead of a refund they offered a free 4 hours to give them another shot, so I took them up on it. We planned a birthday celebration for 3 women on the same night. The day of our event they texted me and apologized that their bus broke down and they can't provide the service. No backup bus, nothing, and said they would issue a refund for what they would charge 3 hours of our time. They asked for my Venmo info and everything, but I never got a refund, after several days, then weeks of back and forth, I was told to work with the owner Dusty. After several attempts he finally got back to me, said he would take care of it (see pictures of my exchange with him), he NEVER refunded us anything, and he just stopped responding. I would not trust this company, the owner, I would put your money in another business that has more integrity and actually follows through on what they said they would do. read more

I am being harassed for a tip I will not pay these actions occurred to me I still dropped 1200 I am sorry but it makes sense why you want to sell your business. I am beyond that I think of harassment Very unfortunate and very interesting!? The services was paid in full I do have documented by you Thank You! Now a tip is what you are chasing and is 100 % up to the customer. Services have been in Full now it is unfortunate I paid 1200 cash that night fed your driver and I was fed lies by him. So I am just as much as a business man as you, the action that you indicated of the route is a direction I will be fully prepared for. I find it strange that you call your transportation legit when the following occurred. 1. Driver pressures me at the beginning of the service for a 40 % tip I immediately refused 2. I paid the deposit and was clearly explained that service started at 6:00Pm as that bus arrived at 5:45 we departed the parking lot at 6:20 at the end of the night I got charged at a 5:30 start. Again the driver who assumed the responsibility for me signing the contract communicated verbally and documented that 6 was start time. 3. Based off what your driver and you communicated extended hours would be at the rate of 100.00. After hour 5. This was due because you have 1 bus and I did not need the bigger one is specifically why the discount was given 4. Driver discussed with me as we both agreed that time would stop at the hotel in PHOENIX, because his route was the same where my car was parked as I made pre arrangements to stay at the hotel but he offered to take me instead I was charged for that 1 hour. 5. As we were dropped off my brother went back to clean there was no request nothing we did it out of good deed to be charged for that 1/2 hour. 6. We stop to eat as I thought it was right to feed him took 45 to get his food alone I paid for party bus services 1200. Cash even after financial communication was very poor. Looking at it all together that is me being hustled. This is tough because I want us to both moving forward proud of our services we provide as business owners I paid out of my own pocket so the littlest thing I pay attention to you would of never drove off with out services being paid in full.
