Since everyone was traveling to Scottsdale for our wedding we figured having transportation would allow everyone to fully enjoy our wedding and pool party. After sending numerous emails, text messages and receiving photos of the bus to be used to shuttle our guests, we signed the agreement. Fast forward to the day of my wedding and I'm in the desert, having photos taken with my family and the bus driver calls to inform me he's at the pick up location but the air conditioning isn't working. There was not a back up plan he said and nothing we could do to remedy the issue. The guests were picked up and then began to inform me of the lack of air conditioning, ripped and dirty seats and the driver hadn't even bothered to open the windows of the bus. This was not the bus Shansan the owner sent me photos of either. I tend to think they knew the AC was broken because the driver of this supposed luxury party bus company showed up in gym shorts and a t-shirt to deliver my guests to a wedding at Troon North. The driver also didn't have directions or a working cell phone to navigate to the venue. My guests had to provide that as well as their own music...on a so called luxury party bus. After hearing from our guests that they didn't want to take the bus again, I contacted Shansan to say we'd like to speak about the final remainder due. Instead of responding he promptly charged our card for the remainder and went silent. After weeks trying to gain a resolution I finally got ahold of this James guy who strung me along on numerous emails stating he is working for someone who bought the company and if I am patient we will have a resolution - but make sure not to write a social media review or there will be no resolution. Honestly, I think James is actually Shansan and the change of ownership is a hoax. I think they were hoping I would eventually forget and not proceed in this manner. Needless to say, there was no resolution - we did not receive a refund and after sending them one final email last week to give them one last chance, there is not a response from Shansan or James or anyone. All I have to say is buyer beware!

The company I used to book the party bus "platinum ride limos" apparently just like to rip ppl off and take there money. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I was late 15 mins from being dropped back off which the driver was aware of and stated not to worry. I checked my credit card and They charged me an additional $135, which was a full hour fee for services they DID NOT provide. Once I saw this additional charge on top of all that I spent for there services not to mention leaving the driver a Big Tip Just to basically be dropped off. I called the owner who basically implied that money meant more to him then his customers or future business of others would. I personally will spread this throughout Arizona. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM TRUST ME. We used them last weekend for our annual Christmas event…read more Reserved their largest party bus- a "42" person party bus. LUCKILY, we had 8 people who were sick and couldn't make the event. There was barely enough room for the 34 people we did have. We might have had enough room for two more very small sized people, but nowhere near 42 people would've fit on that bus. The driver did a good job getting us to our different stops. He was nice and polite. The only issue that is out of line and ridiculous as all heck is the mandatory 20% tip that is due BEFORE YOUR EVENT EVEN HAPPENS. (Approx $350 for our event) If the service is not stellar, it doesn't matter, because we've already paid the tip-they've really got no incentive to do a good job. Luckily we had no problem. Please note that on the contract, the tip is referred to as the "tip". On the receipt, the tip is referred to as a "service charge". The driver may or may not try and tell you that there was no "tip"applied, and request a tip in cash at the end of the night. We almost double tipped our driver because he said there was no "tip" added on the card...... That's because the wording is changed from "TIP" to reflect a "service fee" on the receipt instead. Then we were told the "service fee" was actually a "delivery fee", NOT a tip. Wait, huh?! That seems a little shady to me. Maybe this is normal practice in this line of business. Or just this company-- Bottom line- 20% TIP IS MANDATORY BEFORE YOUR EVENT, so don't get confused after a rip-roaring night on the town and tip additionally, unless of course, you want to. Now you know. Overall they did a good job. But I will admit, I had already been practicing my small claims court case inside my head for bogus tip charge and bad service. Luckily, we won't be going to court.

We rented this bus for my sister-in-law's 50th birthday party and it did not disappoint. Sound system was great as we rocked out to our personal Spotify playlist. Absolutely loved and utilized both stripper poles. Probably not wise considering all of us were in our 40s and 50s. Once in a while, you gotta toss caution to the wind and just go wild. They had plenty of water and ice on board and they greeted us with birthday balloons and a carpet for the birthday girl to enter the vehicle. There were only 10 of us along with a cooler that we brought and some food but it could've easily have accommodated 18 to 20. This business could not have been any easier to deal with. They responded to all of my questions timely, and sent pictures of the party bus when asked. Jacob Transportation, thank you so much for making our day absolutely memorable!
