Thankfully, Mirage was so accommodating and worked with us to make everything happen. I had actually called another company first, and the experience couldn't have been more different. They were very rude and short with me, telling me I would be "very hard pressed" to find anything else and then quoted me an absolutely crazy price. Mirage, on the other hand, was kind, helpful, and actually wanted to work with us. And a huge shoutout to our driver, Scottie! He was so cool and patient, even while driving around a bunch of very loud, excited, and crazy kids. He handled everything like a pro and made sure everyone got where they needed to go safely and on time. We truly appreciate the great service and would absolutely use Mirage Limo again. Thank you for helping make the night so much fun and stress-free!

After reading other reviews, we contacted Norberto. He was extremely responsive and let us know exactly what to expect, including a text the night before so we were assurred we were on his schedule. We left on an early flight so we needed to leave at 4:30. At 4:20, he sent a text saying he was in the driveway. As others stated, his car was immaculate and the carseat looked like it was brand new. When we landed after our return flight, I had a text telling me he saw we landed early and was already at the airport, to text him when we had our bags and exactly where to meet him. The airport was chaos and he pointed out the long line of cars stacked up on the westbound side and took a different route to get us home. Norberto made one of the most stressful parts of traveling so easy. From now on, anytime we book a flight, we will book Onyx Ride immediately after.
