Booked a car several weeks in advance and paid in full. My 80 year old parents were stranded at the airport in Denver late at night because "no cars were available". Just sat on hold for 12 minutes with customer service to be hung up on and told to call back later. Unbelievable. Stay away from this company. No car and no refund issued. read more

Not a fan of this company at all. I was with a few friends and I went along for a ride with them from North Scottsdale to the airport because I guess they had some kind of coupon or something. In any case the way that this company has you do it is that they give you a window and then you have to be ready and wait for them to show up and you have no idea when they're showing up. I mean it's sort of ridiculous for the price that you have to pay because you could easily get a taxi for the same amount and not have to wait on them. Anyways when the Van finally showed up which was basically at the last minute the driver had a bad attitude and needed a shower. I asked the driver but how long it would take to get to the airport at he was rude to me and said "how should he know?" What a rude inconsiderate jerk. Because I had no choice and basically was forced to use this Van which was jammed with a bunch of other people and so everyone was on top of each other with all of the luggage stuffed into the back we were on our way to the airport. And of course the air conditioning was not working and so it was so hot and uncomfortable. Not only did she not help, but claimed the company didnt have service to a location that I was looking at on their website. She was not professional in any manner and was extremely rude. I am so disappointed with the Phoenix Sky Harbor Super Shuttle. They take your flight information & yet, here I stand an hour after my so called reservation. I get busy times, but you have to honor the reservations first. And if you're having a hot spot, call the damn supervisor or manager in. After a very long day of travel, this is the last thing someone wants to deal with, standing for over an hour. Not to mention the large amount of elderly & handicap customers just sitting around. To make matters even worse, they started playing the game of telling you that you have a vehicle assigned & you can stand outside. It's freaking 97 degrees outside - no thanks Im going to stay in here where the air is. Terrible time management & leadership. We ordered SUPERSHUTTLE online for pick up from Sky Harbor Airport to our destination and stuff was unbelievably rude! We arrived 1.5 hours early than our original pickup time and we asked them if there was a chance we could get seats earlier but stuff didn't give us clear answer and told us that we could wait and see, so because it wasn't clear whether we could get a seat or not we decided to wait in the food court until our original pickup time, so after we came back stuff told us that our bus has already left and that we had to order and pay for a new service, they didn't give us any other options and one of the representatives was very rude, as i was explaining our situation she turned her back towards me and wouldn't respond to any of my questions..  I WILL NOT RECOMMEND SUPERSHUTTLE TO ANYONE at least not this location(Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, Terminal 4, Door 8) They need to teach their desk workers how to treat customers. Very disappointing. After all we ended up ordering UBER and we paid 22$ while SUPERSHUTTLE charged us for 33$. read more

I had a great experience with the Super Shuttle located at the Phoenix Airport. I had arrived at 9 p.m. on Dec 21st and went through the ordeal of finding my luggage at the extremely crowded baggage pickup. Then I called my daughter who was trying to find a ride for me to where I was staying in the Chandler area. She was unable to find anyone and her own car was not working so I was doing some research of what an Uber or Lyft might cost me. It was looking like it would be over $30. I saw the Super Shuttle counter right across from where I was sitting with my luggage and walked over to ask them what they would charge. The girl typed my destination into the computer and told me it would be $26. That didn't sound too bad considering I had no cheaper alternatives. I think there was about a 15-minute wait before the van pulled up which was not long. She even let me plug my phone in to charge it while I waited because it was nearly dead . The young driver was very pleasant and we had a great conversation that quickly moved into health foods and healthy alternatives while he drove me to Chandler. He dropped me off right in front of my location and helped take the luggage out. I thanked him and off he went to help someone else. He was a very careful driver and I felt totally safe and comfortable the entire trip. I would definitely use them again if I couldn't drum up a ride with a friend. read more

There was a shuttle here, but I was told I wasn't allowed on that one she was tasked for someone else 45 minutes from now and she was here "shooting the shit" with another employee. So a vacant van is parked in front of me while I'm told I have to wait another 1/2 hour? Update. Re-assigned to another van, but that van left 10 minutes ago. Now I wait for it to return from Mesa. Don't use this company if you expect a convenient and affordable shuttle to/from the airport. They don't maintain their vehicles whatsoever. Most recent trip the newer van broke down on way to the airport in the PHX tunnel - so dangerous. The return trip was not much better. After waiting 40 minutes to be picked up the van's A/C was pumping out warm stale air. This is PHX folks and 108F. Hey charge more than any other service per person and still don't utilize the revenue to keep their vans running. The drivers will sit and wait to see if they can fill the van and you never know just how long your journey might be. Lyft and Uber will be putting SuperShuttle out of business soon. read more

This was my very first time using this service. I took the shuttle from the Phoenix Sky-Harbor airport to Peoria, and I must say it is a great value for the dollar. The mobile application makes sign-up and check-in easy as can be! The instructions through and through are clear and concise, even for a 1st time user! The cost for the service is great! No ride to pick you up, then this is a great alternative and it's not expensive! My only suggestion would be for the drivers. As Customer Service is a huge thing, and the vast amounts of different people riding on a commuter / ride-share van, it is important to be careful on the topics discussed. My recommendation is for the drivers to always uphold professional yet friendly conversations, and remember your not giving your "Homie" a ride to his crib. read more

I recently call SuperShuttle to get some quotes on translation for a later vacation the person on the other end of the line seemed as did she did not want to be there as you can hear things in her tone. I was simply asking some general questions that were not listed on the web site. Her response was what you see is what you get you don't like it don't use us. What is sad is the fact that she is completely and utterly disengaged in her job and that is reflective with her body language and her tone. Perhaps she is right we should check with another shuttle service for our future trip. I hope the call was recorded so that the executives can hear first hand how this employee did not care to help So have a voucher to use however when trying to make a change for our pick up and drop off location staff is rude unfriendly unwilling to help. I've been using SUPER Shuttle for many years to be transported back and forth to the airport in various cities. The vans are always clean. Always on time. The prices are decent. I am giving them a solid 5 stars for a seamless process for catching a shuttle. I went on the website, paid for a round-trip ticket a few days in advance. The day before my trip, a reminder text and email were sent to me confirming the 15 minute window pick up time. The next day, about 30 mins or so before my pick up time, SS sent a text confirming the driver was coming for me with a link to view the driver's progress on a map. I could see how far/long before the driver arrived. I went outside when I saw the driver turn on my street. I am then whisked away to the airport. The return is exactly the same. About an hr before landing, I got a text message (I was using the plane's WiFi) asking me to check-in once I had my luggage. The check-in link told me exactly where to go to wait for the shuttle. The check-in page told me the identifying number of my shuttle and provided that map so I can see the shuttle approaching. 5 mins after I walked to the shuttle pick up location, my ride appeared. Seamless. Everytime I thought I needed to look up how to do something, Super Shuttle read my mind, apparently, and sent a text and email that answered the question. Bravo. The company needs to make some serious customer service improvements. I was shocked as to what took place this morning. The driver showed up to my house early and when my wife told him that he was early and that I would be ready in five minutes, he yelled at her 545! I came to the door three minutes later and he was gone. He then came screeching down my street another five minutes later came to my door and started yelling at me and said are you ready now! I told him he was early, he yelled back no I was not. You can read my screen. He said this is my van and I can do what I want! We then exchanged expletives as I told him to let go of my bags. I was pretty nervous about relying on a shuttle service to get to Sky Harbor, especially since I needed to be picked up in Buckeye at an obscene time of the morning. Wow, was I impressed with SuperShuttle! I checked through their website at 4:25am and found my van was just pulling into my neighborhood. My pick-up time was 4:30-4:45am. I hopped into the van, and he picked up one other fellow on the way into Phoenix. The driver was courteous, pleasant, and a very safe in how he drove. My return trip that night was just as straightforward, which was good, because I was beyond exhausted. The directions to find their station at terminal 2 were very easy to follow. I got there and finished checking in via my phone. Within about 5 minutes, I watched on my phone as the van pulled out of the lot on the far side of the airport and came my way. We did a quick tour of the airport to the other Shuttle stops to see if any other riders were coming west. None were, so I ended up being the solo passenger! I will definitely use SuperShuttle again and I am already heartily referring family to use their services, too. read more

While riding the Supershuttle from the airport to Sun City West I realized how we not only judge people by how they look but also by movies. I sat next to this guy who upon first sight made me uneasy. Now I don't know this stranger he could be a big humanitarian but riding in a silent van next to someone who looks like Javier Bardem, the villain from No Country for Old Men, my mind can't help but wonder when he's gonna pull out the captive bolt pistol and murder us all. The Good: Relatively inexpensive way to get from point a to b without hassling friends, family or hitchiking. Easy to pay online and directions to pickup location were understandable, and close to baggage claim. The Bad: Loud whining coming from the rear of the van. If you have em, turn the hearing aids down for sure. If you have a dog it may not respond to you in a few days. The Ugly: Potentially the person sitting next to you. Do yourself and everyone a favor and wear deodorant or at least spray yourself with something nice. I'd take bug spray at this point. read more

I cant remember how I found these guys, but anything beats leaving the car at the airport in the summer time AND having to pay for it. I have used these guys several times, and have had a mixed bag of experiences. Nothing terrible, but nothing outstanding either. I will list the pros and cons of these guys so you can decide for yourself. Ok, the good first: A) if you make reservations online, and you have a US Airways frequent flier number, you get 50 miles put in your flyer account. This is only valid online, and not over the phone! So, get your miles on and book a reservation on thier website. B) Shuttles so far for pickup at my place have been ontime. They show up in their 15 minute window as promised. C) vans are clean, drivers are friendly and helpful. D) they load your bags in and out of the van for you, and take you right to the terminal at curbside. E) I think thier prices are fair and reasonable, and I love that. F) If your coming into sky harbor, you dont need a reservation to take a blue van. You can go to the curbside and just wait for a van to get you. Awesome if your flight gets into late (like a 3am arrival) and you cant get someone to pick you up. G) if your a nurotic traveler like me and like to be at the airport super early, and you book online, you can alter the flight times if you want to get there a little early. I did this recently when flying back to Detroit at Thanksgiving tme and wanted the extra hour to make sure I didnt miss my flight,. Ok, now the cons A) I had a crazy lady driver last summer who almost got me killed! OMG she was HORRIBLE. Hard gas, Stomp on brake. Repeat the entire 17 miles to the airport. yea, I was dying to get out of her van since she was driving so bad. B) The vans for taking you away from the airport to your home are decided by location. So, if you live in Chandler, your not going to get in the scottsdale van. The reps there will know what van your going in. Ive had to wait a few minutes as other travelers got into their designated vans before me. Im fine with this for a few reasons. For starters, if it gets me home quicker to NOT have to go through surprise to get back to my place in Chandler, then I will wait. Be patient people, 5 extra minutes on the curb will spare you a long ride home. I reccomend these people, but please always be careful when using ANY transportation company. read more

After a long day of traveling home, get in the van to be told that the reservation is for 1 person and they want to charge me the $85 and add another $50 for my family, for the same trip, with the same passengers that was $85 a week ago. No customer service. No attempt to look at my round trip reservation. Just pay up. Got out and took a cab. Halfway home another of their drivers calls looking for us. Great operation. I'll drive myself and pay parking rather than use this "service" again. read more

I'll admit, when I stepped off of my plane at Sky Harbor, I called Uber. I was bowled over when I saw that they wanted $85 from the airport to Gilbert, plus a 28 cent per minute "wait charge." I called Super Shuttle and within 10 minutes, I had a ride to Gilbert for only $36, very comparable to when Uber isn't inflating their prices. I had a driver named Paulette (van 474) who was very nice and we had a pleasant conversation during the trip. If I ever find myself without a ride to or from the airport, my call will be to Super Shuttle and NOT Uber. read more

Today, Sept. 10, my wife was expecting a Super Shuttle to pick her up at 11 a.m for a trip to BWI airport (Baltimore Washington International) at her hotel in Washington. After 45 min of NO SHOW, I was able to contact Super Shuttle. After contacting dispatch the customer service person said they had NO shuttles! They were calling a cab. Note, the cab called me (in Phoenix) after arriving at 12:02 pm ( over an hour late) I cancelled the service at 11:45 am after learning no shuttle was coming. They never even notified the cab driver who drove from Glen Bunie, Md. ( a long way away). THEy never called my wife about the problem. My wife called UBER... I called VIATOR and asked for a refund. Viator was the broker. We will never use SUPER SHUTTLE again...frightening. They really do not care about providing a legitimate service, obviously. We prepaid and arranged for Super Shuttle to transport us from the airport. After getting our bags from the Baggage Claim, we walked to the curb area and waited 20 minutes for the shuttle. Our destination was only 5 miles away from the airport. But it took one hour to arrive because the driver chose to drop off passengers to the Scottsdale area first. I felt bad for another couple that was still in the van after we disembarked. They had a long ways to go - their destination was Gilbert. I don't understand how the shuttle system did not group passengers going to the same/ similar areas. I overheard a couple saying that they almost missed their outbound flight due to Super Shuttle being late. This does not sit well with me. I ordered a SuperShuttle to take my Mom and her friend to Sky Harbor Airport. I paid $33 for a car to pick them up (I didn't want them to have a problem getting to the airport), so it was passed to ExecuCar. They were suppose to picked up at 3:55 am, they were standing in front of their house at 3:45 am. The car never showed up. My mom called SuperShuttle and then I called and all the lady said was that the shuttle was there, but it was never there, they were standing in front of her house for a half hour. All the information I gave them was correct. The lady from SuperShuttle said I wouldn't get a refund because it was a no show, which is a complete lie! I ended up calling Uber, which only cost $12. She ended up making her flight, thank goodness. SuperShuttle/ExecuCar has terrible customer service! I will never use either one again. read more

This is the worst SuperShuttle location I've ever dealt with! At the airport, they had trouble with their computers, and couldn't book the return trip - only a one-way trip to the hotel. Okay, that's weird, but whatever. They told me to call 24 hours before my return flight to get a ride from the hotel to the airport, so I did...only to be told that there were no available pickups in the time range that would work for me. Either I could schedule a pickup time that would cut it way too close, and likely cause me to miss my flight, or I could schedule a pickup time approximately 7 hours before my flight departs. What??? This company has always been my go to when I'm flying anywhere out of town. Love the easiness of being picked up at my home and taken to the airport with no worries. The drivers both leaving and coming back we're prompt (reserved my booking online for this). You will have to check in before each departure which is one click on an email you receive as you arrive in your destination but no worries. Call them up and then just lean back and enjoy the ride!!! read more

This is my second, VERY disappointed review... In prior experience, super shuttle has always been 30-60 minutes late to pick me up. Based on that fact, I always schedule an hour earlier than I need to leave. I attend a university, so I am sure to call Super Shuttle the day prior to my departure to ensure they add in the notes where to pick me up and to confirm the time they are picking me up. My scheduled time for pickup, today was 5:30-5:45am. I woke up about 4:25am and started to get ready, so I could leave my dorm around 5:15am to be there by 5:30am. At 5, I see that my pick up time was changed to 5:15am. I rush to get everything together so I can start heading to the main entrance (where I left in the comments to pick me up). I am rushing, couldn't finish my coffee or anything and I am overall feeling VERY stressed. When I am on my way to the pick up spot, I see on the tracker that the driver is at the wrong entrance, which is about 15-20 minutes away from where I currently was. So, I run across campus, but not super worried because I originally scheduled for 5:30, so I expect them to wait until 5:30am. I finally get to the spot and there is no shuttle... I look on the tracker and see that they're on the freeway headed towards the airport. I immediately called the driver (Eddie) to ask where he was going and that I was on time, waiting where I saw him on the tracker. Yet, he didn't answer, so I left a voicemail and texted him, to which I received no reply. I immediately called dispatch, which was a challenge in itself and they tried to get in contact with him as well, yet he did not answer, and I was able to still see him driving through the airport, while I was still on campus. Keep in mind, I was never once notified that he was waiting on me or that he was going to leave. I just saw him sitting at the entrance on the tracker and five minutes later, he's on the freeway headed to the airport. Luckily, they rearranged my pick up time (which was an hour later than originally scheduled, per usual) to which he STILL went to the wrong entrance, despite it being protocol to enter through this specific entrance, according to the university. I can honestly say that I will NEVER use this service again. I have had nothing but disappointment. There have been two instances in which I was VERY close to missing my flight due to your companies inability to follow through with their commitments and miscommunication. read more

I made my reservation 6 weeks in advance to get a ride at 6:30 pm Christmas evening from Sky Harbor to a private home for a Christmas surprise. I was the one surprised when SS told me it would be 25 minutes before the van arrived to pick me up, even though I had the reservation. What would be the point of a reservation if they have no vans on that day?? After 30 minutes no van arrived, when I asked at the counter I was told they had no idea when a van would be available, maybe another 30 minutes..... but not really sure. Why bother to take a reservation if you can't fill it? Why bother to keep me waiting for 30 minutes with a promise of a van when you really don't have any?? They won't fool me again. I made a reservation a week in advance to get my (older) mother home from the airport because I had a work obligation and a son who needed pick up from a sports event. Two hours after her flight landed, they still hadn't arranged a shuttle for her because "no other travelers were headed to the west valley." I ended up having to leave the west valley and headed to the airport to pick her up myself. The entire point of scheduling in advance was to provide her a safe, quick, comfortable ride.
