Absolutely the best. On an otherwise awful and challenging day, Tom of Way 2 Go Transportation went so far above and beyond what was asked, I have to rave about it. My wife and I are moving from Phoenix to Virginia with our 3 cats and a dog. When PetSafe cargo told us that our carriers were too small, all hell breaks loose. We cannot make our flight, we need to get to a pet store, kill an hour, go back to cargo, then get to the airport. Unbelievably, Tom stuck with us the whole, waited until the store opened, and took my wife to get new carriers. He then took us back to cargo, waited 45 minutes while the cargo crew moved at the slowest pace possible, and then took us to the terminal. At almost any point, he could have bailed on us, but instead was nothing but as helpful as humanly possible. No way would we have eventually made it to our flight without him. And get this, the grand total with tip for all that in a full size Escalade, $140 for nearly 5 hours of above and beyond service. I will use Way 2 Go every time I get back to Phoenix, and recommend them to everyone I know. Bottom Line- Best Customer Service Ever! read more

New to the area, I did not trust driving self or have husband take me to Sky Harbor airport. After looking for shuttle services on line I decided to call "Way To Go". Mr. Hill took my call, made all the necessary arrangements over the phone. I had never used a right-to-the door pick up service and was so relieved with the on time driver in a new, Town Car type sedan, with cold water for us. Our driver was dressed in long sleeved, button down dress shirt, nice slacks, a hat (not baseball cap), and was very professional. During our drive in busy crowded freeway conditions, the vehicle ahead of us lost the entire rear axel and wheels from a flatbed trailer. Because our driver had a good space cushion between our vehicle and the axel now in the driving lane, he was able to take quick and safe evasive action into the adjacent lane avoiding what would have been a terrible collision. I have happily used the Way To Go shuttle a number of times now. Always on time, professional neatly dressed drivers in new comfortable cars. I recommend them to anyone thinking about using this service. It is also very reasonable priced. read more

Tom and Way 2 Go Transportation was awesome! We used to be flexible with our airport transportation (park, shuttle, light rail, ride-share) but now with 3 kids, 2 strollers, 2 car seats and luggage for a week away, we need transportation help! We needed a reliable service, a pre-scheduled pick up to and from the airport (departure very early and arrival very late), at a pre-determined rate (budgeting, amiright?). The only way to meet all our needs was with a legit transportation company. Tom was on time, communicative, right price, nice, safe, big vehicles for all our people and stuff. On the ride home, our ride was just before a large party so we were surprised with a ride in a limo van/party bus! ....which my kids thought was super cool! Totally recommend Tom. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I planned a pickup for my parents who live in AZ (I live in IL). Early 5am pickup. I called Tom ahead of time and he immediately knew my parents reservation and could talk to the reservation (even the small details I added in my comments). The driver called my parents ahead of time and let them know he was there (but lost in the complex- it's complicated). Point being- he was a great communicator. So polite and helpful. Way 2 Go in Phoenix exceeded all of our expectations! They call you and confirm everything and are very responsive with all calls and e-mails. We were traveling with a baby and not only did they have a carseat available for us but had a kids movie playing when we got in!! This was our first booking with Tom and we couldn't have picked a better car service. We had a group of 8 golfers in Phoenix for a week of golf. Tom provided us with pick up and drop from the airport and each day we golfed. He was impeccably on time, well mannered and very professional throughout the week. Based on the excellent reviews I read on Yelp for this airport transportation service, I called and made a reservation for both outbound and inbound transportation. I was overwhelmingly impressed with Way 2 Go from my initial phone conversation to the promptness, professionalism of the driver - a lovely, intelligent man - and overall experience. And what's ridiculous: the cost for a private car was no more than I would have paid for Super Shuttle, which received bad reviews on Yelp. We are always fearful of using an app to get us to the airport as there is never a real person to make the arrangements and never a guarantee the driver will show up or be driving a car that will accommodate our luggage. Way 2 Go took the worry away in one phone call. We hired Way 2 Go Limos for a 50th birthday celebration for our friend last week. They picked us up and took us to Cave Creek to check out the bars. Tim was very nice and on time and we had a great time....maybe a little too good of a time because the birthday girl "lost" her cell phone in his limo (between the seats). Well, a couple of days later Tom contacted me and said they had found the phone and they even brought it up north to where we were staying! We were very impressed and would use them again for sure! What a great way to go....we did airport shuttle to rental house in a sprinter limo van and since there was so many of us (11) Tom added on a trailer to the back for all our luggage! The limo was super nice and clean. The service was impeccable! Tom was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions I had in a timely fashion! They made sure to keep in touch with my parents and myself regarding the status, made arrangements for wheelchairs at the airport, helped them with checking their luggage, followed up with me after dropping them off, and cared enough to text me to see if they made it to the plane on time. I have used Way2go three times for airport pickups and their service is impeccable. Last week, Crusoe picked up my elderly parents. His care and attention could not have been better. He even agreed last minute to meet me to drop off groceries even though it interrupted his trip and caused him extra parking charges.
