The company reached out to me the day before to confirm flight data and gave exact instructions on where to meet them when I landed at the airport. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 and my shuttle pickup time was scheduled for 9 pm allowing time to claim luggage, etc however my driver, Steven called when he was on his way and was able to pick me up earlier than scheduled which was perfect as I didn't have to wait around until 9. Shuttle was clean and we had a smooth ride to Surprise. Steven offered help if needed to board and bottled water. This service was recommended to me by a neighbor and I will definitely recommend to others. Price of the service was reasonable as well.

I don't use a lot of taxi companies anymore obviously because of RIDESHARE but once in a while when…read moreI really want to make sure that I need to get somewhere on time and I don't want to roll the dice with an app on my phone I think it's really best to call a legit traditional taxi company. So when I am thinking about a taxi company I'm thinking about a company that's local that provides good service with good drivers and decent vehicles. When I went looking for a taxi company in Scottsdale I immediately noticed that Scottsdale Cab company had plenty of reviews and that they had been around for quite some time and had a track record of providing good service. I felt that would be the safest route to take and boy was I right. The taxi that arrived was clean the driver was very well dressed and polite and the car actually got to my residence about 15 minutes early. The driver knocked on my door and assisted me with my luggage and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. And just so you know I gave the driver a huge tip because I really appreciate the excellent service that I received from Scottsdale Cab Company.
