There really isn't much to say here. This is a budget SuperShuttle. Their vans aren't as new and shiny, but the A/C works and the drivers are friendly. And you save 10% compared to SuperShuttle. What more could you want? I paid for a round-trip, so when we returned all I had to do was call the dispatch number and let them know we were at baggage claim. Not getting off to a very good start. I'm here for my first shuttle ride from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Prescott Valley. My reservation is for the shuttle that leaves at 615 am. It is now 625 am and there is no one at the desk, not is there any shuttle can in sight. There is a sign at the desk giving a phone number to call if I need assistance between the hours of operation and telling me to call "7 days a week, 24 hours a day" but it just rings and rings. At almost 630 a girl walks up and tells me the shuttle doesn't usually get here until "about this time." I informed her that the person who I personally spoke to the day I made my 6:15 am reservation probably should have mentioned that. The website says passengers need to check in 15 minutes prior to departure. My departure was scheduled for 615 am. The desk doesn't even open until 615 am and the shuttle doesn't "usually" arrive until 630. This means I'm sitting around for 30 minutes. Not ok. Shuttle finally departed at 633 am. The driver is super friendly and got me there in 90 minutes. So, ended up ok! read more

I can't even give this service one star! What started out as a $60.00 round trip price, and they took out $180.00 taken out of my checking account! Before realizing that, I called them the day after my scheduled appointment because I couldn't remember if I tipped the driver. I wanted to give a $10.00 tip. They used Uber to pick me up the morning of procedure, and said additional cost was $22.00, so $52.00 oneway!!! Well, for that transaction they took out $132.00 from my checking account!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Used them in November of 2018, driver had a flat before they got to us; they ended up sending a rude UBER driver in a vehicle that was too small - we had to hold our luggage on our laps. Driver wanted to take us to the wrong terminal. 6 months later I noticed my credit card was being charged by Arizona Shuttle for the same amount I was charged in November; I was NOT IN PHOENIX then. Half a dozen phone calls to them and my credit card company later, and they have not refunded the money. My credit card company is initiating FRAUD charges and cancelling my card. read more

DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I wish there was a minus ten scale. We paid for a round trip pick up and delivery from home to Sky Harbor and pick up from the airport to home Sounds simple right - not with this bunch. Pick up went with out a hitch but return pick up from the airport was a bust - we never received a call from this company confirming our flight in or where to meet the van. After arriving at 1522 we called the 480-217-2502 the only number we where given and all we got was a vm - we left several msg (6 calls - about 4-5 msg.) over the course of 45 min. never got a call back -zip. We ended up taking a taxi to get home . I know we where in the right place as super shuttle, Flagstaff shuttle , Tuscon shuttle - every other shuttle was there picking up people . We even told them on one of the msg where we were!! My husband was so pissed - he called them the following night - and the person answering the phone was a jerk- he insisted that this employee call us "several Times " and waited 30 min ( where??) He Then em'ed me a pic of a 10 sec call to my number that was never received . This was multiple times and you don't leave a msg???? You don't follow up with your customer to see what went wrong?? Please pay a little extra and go with one of the other companies and save your sanity. read more

Booked a shuttle online 2 days before going to Sky Harbour Airport from Gilbert Arizona. Pickup booked for 9am and made the mistake of prepaying. Received email confirming shuttle and payment on my Visa. No communication the morning of trip and at 9 am no shuttle. Phoned them and they said driver would be there at 9:30 - I have email confirming 9 am. At 9:30 am there is no shuttle and no phone call to let us know what the problem is. We call again and we are not happy at this point. The dispatch says may be another 15 minutes and hangs up on my wife. We attempt to call back to dispatch and either put on hold, not answered or if answered then hung up on. Dispatcher was extremely rude We called a cab at this point and then the shuttle again but the shuttle would not answer our call. Cab arrives, takes us to airport and we miss our flight. At airport called shuttle again and they put us on hold and/or never answered the phone. Pretty unbelievable. Have used Super Shuttle with no problems before but a friend said we should try the sw guys. Horrible experience ! Never use Arizona Southwest Shuttle!!! If they had told us at 9am they couldn't get us a shuttle we would have had time to call a cab !! read more

PLEASE DO NOT USE!!! Paid for and NEVER SHOWED UP! I called to confirm twice but in the end never showed up! When I called to report that it was 20 minutes after the pickup time, the lady told me she would contact the driver and call me back. Another 20 min later she still didn't call back. I called them another 6 times only to be sent to voicemail after 1-3 rings. I left 2 voicemails, no return calls. Possibly avoiding me? I ended up calling Uber. read more

Mom in town. Needed a ride. Reservation number given with printed confirmation and credit card charge made Saturday night. Monday morning, called number - answering service" - no one heard of her reservation. No ability for "answering service" to correct this error. If a guaranteed ride is needed in this instance it was not provided. read more

Going to the airport, we waited over an hour and almost missed our flight. On the way back, we waited almost 2 hours to get picked up in freezing weather. The same person answers the phone claiming that the driver will be there "very shortly", even after calling 3 times. Would not recommend. read more

Horrible Experience. Paid for a door to door ride. Driver late to house to pick me up, had to call and inquire. Driver had a different pick up time on his sheet than what was printed on my reservation. Worst of all I waited an hour to be picked up from Sky harbor Airport on my return ,calling the shuttle service, only answered once, said they were on the way, waiting , waiting waiting, calling to check status, no one would answer their phones at this shuttle service. Okay, I was ready to cancel my reservation with Arizona Southwest Shuttle because the customer service over the phone is absolutely horrible!! BUT, JJ the driver ended up being so prompt, friendly, and pleasant it made up for the unorganized customer service. He's the nicest guy! Whoever answers the phones is rude, unorganized and very unfriendly. After speaking with him, you feel very uneasy about the reliability of the company. Ended up being very reliable. This was the worst experience I have had with a business. They did not show up to pick us up. Then when we missed our flight and had to purchase new tickets we got nothing. When they charged my credit card I finally had to do my refund myself through credit card as they charged me twice. They do not answer emails unless I call. After a month still have not got an answer from them. No physical address so you can talk to someone in charge. read more

Price was great. They were on time and they got me to the airport in plenty of time for my flight. For the return trip I called after I got my luggage from the baggage return and they were their to picked me up within minutes. I will definitely choose this shuttle service next time I travel. Do not use this shuttle service. They cram you into a van with 13 other people and our van didn't even have air conditioning. In 100 degree weather. We got stranded 30 miles outside of Prescott while waiting for another van. And all this for the low price of $50. read more

Driver arrived one hour early and when driver called dispatch he got an attitude. I was requested to leave early and was required to wait an extra hour at airport. Driver use profanity several times toward other drivers on road and toward his dispatcher. Will use another transport in future. read more

I called and asked where I can meet the shuttle, I was told that it will have 45 minutes delay due to traffic, asked me to find another company and will refund the money back to my credit card. Two weeks have gone, the money was never refunded, so is under investigation and dispute with the credit card company now. Cannot trust and never use them! read more

My plane was an hour late and no one to pick me up,,,,I was "hung up on" 3 times trying to get my pre-paid ride home, I had to take a cab! Don't bother using them. Both to and from the airport they were late and going to the airport they forgot the car seat booking that we had made. As a result we used our car seat and the delay meant we nearly missed our flight. Totally unreliable, not what you need wen heading to the airport or heading home after a long flight. read more

They make sure that when i use them for s departure im at the airport in plenty of time for my flight. The drivers are always pleasant and help me with my luggage. Update: Finally had to contact the BBB, Joe Ducey and the Arizona Attorney General's office in an attempt to obtain a refund for the prepaid pickup that they failed to perform, and wouldn't refund. Each of them contacted the A.S.S several times over the course of a few weeks, and were told by the business it was resolved, or that they were going to resolve it, or the like, but eventually, they did send a money order reimbursing the missed pick up. It was over 2 months of calling them before they resolved our issue. The Yelp Sort reviews put first the review from 10/22/2014. Likely because they have posted several reviews versus myself having posted only this one. Unfortunately, that other review seems unrelated to this business, as A.S.S has no "desk" at the airport. Super Shuttle does, but A.S.S. does not. So, our review may not be currently recommend, because, as they say, we are a new reviewer, but we are sincere, and really want to give fair warning, that this company is not to be trusted. They also contacted us in May 2017 to try to improve their customer service record with the AZ Attorney General's office by telling them they followed up with us, and we do notice they seemed to have all of the sudden gotten a bunch of glowing reviews in late May 2017, so clearly they are trying to improve their image. Good for them, but just be warned, they were difficult to deal with, and verbally abusive on each phone call. read more
