I was visiting Phoenix for my one of my girlfriend's birthday and we booked with AZ Sedans. After shopping around and reading their reviews on Yelp we decided to book. Definetly well worth it and at a reasonable price! The service was very professional and on time. We got one of the limos and it accommodated our group of 7 just very comfortably. Came in to Phoenix this weekend and needed car service from the airport to Scottsdale. Ben picked me up at the airport, with a greeting sign, had bottled water in the Mercedes sedan and mints. He told me about some cool places to check out including restaurants and night life in Scottsdale. He was so nice and friendly I decided to book my next airport trip on my way back to sky harbor. He showed up on time, car was clean and of course had water waiting for me, he also did ask if he should pick up anything else even tho I didn't need anything it was really nice to have someone to the extra mile. read more

It's been a month and a half now, and only small progress has been made. Now I've been able to dispute part of it, two of the four times they ran my credit card. But apparently the charges they ran for $715 and $450 are still posted to my credit card account, and only the smaller charges AZ Sedans ran on my card got worked out. Found AZ Sedans through Groupon, it was cheaper than Super Shuttle and way more convenient than parking at the garage. Dispatch was super professional and courteous. Calls were returned promptly. I had requested a very early airport pickup. Ben, my driver, was early and instead of ringing my doorbell, he waited patiently outside until I was ready to leave. He made sure my child was safely seated in the car before loading all the luggage in the car. The car was clean and immaculate. I highly recommend using them for airport runs, special events, and girls' night out! read more

Terrible Service Provider, Find Another Ride I have been trying to use this stupid groupon I purchased with absolutely no success and lots of frustration every time I have tried to arrange a pick up with their useless "reservations department". I have given up on even being able to use the Groupon I purchased for the cash value as they give me the run around saying it would be cheaper to pay full price again for service rather than using the value of my groupon towards a ride from the airport, siting current "promotion", fuel surcharges and gratuity and so on... Give me a break I just need a ride from the airport for the love of Pete! She sent me pictures of the party bus and a written email quote was also sent to my email right away. I told her I would like to stop by and inspect the vehicle before booking. She set up an appointment the following day for me to view the bus. After viewing I booked the new sprinter they offered. The driver Jessica was polite and very professional. I needed a ride to the airport. Right now I can't remember how I made the reservation...online, via e-mail, or on the phone. In any case, no one ever asked me if I had luggage or how much. Even in these days of people carrying as much as they can on board in order to avoid charges for checking it, generally, people who need to go to the airport are going to have some luggage -- right? So anyway, it also just so happens that I was having some back strain and could not put luggage in the trunk. The driver, Keith, feigned shock that I could not put my luggage in the trunk. Keith is also not a small guy and said that he could not put it in the trunk. Wha??? That did not get things off to a great start, but I really do not like conflict and just went with it. Anyway, when we were still at the house and figuring out what was going to happen with this luggage, my mother had made the mistake of mentioning my job. I have a good job, a very interesting job. This pickup was for something like 4:00 a.m. Very early. I get in the car, once the luggage somehow got in the trunk, and Keith decides to share all of his opinions about my profession and its state of affairs. I got to the airport, I got my luggage out of the trunk -- somehow -- and I heard all of Keith's opinions. Not really excited about using this car service anymore. I recently hired AZ Sedans for a corporate event in Phoenix. I called a few companies to ask questions about vehicles and pricing but after all the research AZ Sedans was the company I choose due to their reviews and new fleet. I've been burned in the past with no shows, vehicle break downs, unprofessional drivers and this time I wasn't going to let that happen so I went down to their office met the owner and he was able to show all the vehicles they had available and answered all my questions. The next day, I reserved their 28 passenger mini bus for our event. About the service.. Keith, showed up 15 mins early, was very well dressed and very helpful with getting everyone on and off the bus that evening. I was above and beyond impressed with the level of service and how beautiful there vehicles were. I guess we do get what we pay for.. I was super hesitant to purchase the Groupon deal that was affiliated with AZ Sedans, considering I've never used their services prior. I'm soo glad I went ahead and purchased! I have to say it was top notch service. I had no issues redeeming my Groupon deal. So i'm not sure why Zac B is ranting, perhaps he wanted a free ride? Anyhow, back to AZ Sedans! Their driver showed up on time, courteous, and professional. The limo is well kept, clean, stocked etc. The drive was nothing but luxurious! I would recommend AZ Sedans to friends and family! I used AZ sedans a couple years ago for the first time for a corporate event we did in Scottsdale. It was a very demanding week long event with lots of varied and complicated transportation needs. Ben and his team did an amazing job of lining up all the transportation we needed and being very flexible to accomodate our very demanding clients. The next year I had a similar event in San Diego and hired Ben at AZ Sedans to come out and manage the transportation again. Again he did a spectacular job and frankly made my job easier knowing he had that portion of the event covered. I've been in the hospitality industry since 1981, and have been arranging limo service for 3 decades, and have never had a problem until now. DO NOT arrange limo service with Arizona Sedans....they lost my passenger for over an hour in Glendale when a downtown Scottsdale location was requested. First, they were not entirely bad. The manager (David) was willing to work within our budget of $1000 for 10 hours of service, broken up into a 6.75 hour block in the morning (10:30am-5:15pm) and a 3.25 hour block in the evening (10pm-1:15am) for our whole-day long wedding. The executive bus was nice and comfortable. Tip was extra, and we ended up tipping the driver $140 in cash even though he messed up and caused us to be more than half an hour behind schedule -- we had to cut our photo time short as a result. The problems were related to the driver's schedule mixups. For one thing, he did not know that our wedding guests were staying at 2 different hotels, and was at one point refusing to take my husband's godparents to their hotel at the end of the night. I'm extremely organized and had sent detailed timelines and maps of the entire day to David. The second hotel was in every communication we had, so why this information was not relayed to the driver is beyond me. It's embarrassing that our godparents had to experience that. My husband and I happened to be passing by and saw this encounter. Rather than enjoying our wedding, we had to google the address of the hotel to give to the driver. The second problem was that the driver somehow misunderstood the schedule and went to the wrong location, causing us to be 30mins-1 hour behind schedule. Less than 24 hours after the wedding, I received an extra $50 charge from AZ sedans because we went half an hour over schedule. I informed David that the overage time was caused by his driver going to the wrong location and not following our itinerary. Instead of apologizing for his driver's error, David proceeded to lecture and yell at me over the phone, saying that this is the best driver he has and that his driver told him that I told his driver to go to the wrong location (which never happened, I reminded the driver to go to the right location, yet he somehow misunderstood and went to the wrong location). This is the only vendor I cannot recommend from over a dozen vendors I hired for this event. David did refund the $50, but this experience has left a sour taste. Update after comments from david below: Yeah that's not what happened. I didn't want to go into details but I feel the need to given the outright false story stated in David's comments. I told the driver to go to Chandler per the itinerary when he dropped us off in Gilbert but the driver ended up going back to Tempe for no valid reason. It was not in the itinerary and no one told him to go back to Tempe. Jeff didn't even speak to the driver that day. Interestingly, when I spoke with David on the phone he told me that Ed the best man spoke to the driver. Now in his comments he's bringing up Jeff my husband. No one ever told the driver to go to Tempe. The itinerary stated that after he dropped us off at Gilbert, the driver was supposed to go to Chandler to pick up the bridal party and then return to Gilbert to pick up Jeff and I. Instead he went to Tempe. No one told him to go back to Tempe. Ed called him to rectify the situation when we saw that the driver did not show up in Chandler. The driver then told Ed that he was in Tempe. Ed explained to the driver that he was supposed to go to Chandler. We were all confused why the driver went back to Tempe. My suspicion, which I had explained to David, is that the driver confused going back to Gilbert (after the Chandler pickup) with going back to Tempe. However David can't process that his driver could make such a mistake and kept reiterating that this is his best driver. After the bridal party was picked up in Chandler, Ed then told the driver to skip the Gilbert pickup because after Jeff and I heard about the delay we had decided to drive to the venue in order to make up some lost time caused by the driver's delay. Mistakes happen, like David said, and had the driver just accepted that he made a mistake and misunderstood the itinerary for some reason, that would have been the end of it. Instead,David was literally yelling at me on the phone and saying it was my fault, over $50. That's poor customer service. As I had noted, David did refund the $50, but I did not appreciate being yelled at over the phone. I gave credit where credit was due in my review. The bus was nice. The driver was polite for the most part. But being yelled at by the manager is unacceptable. And the driver's mistakes caused us to be behind schedule. The driver's lack of knowledge of the second hotel, which was communicated in all my emails with David, caused problems for our godparents when they had to leave. All this led to the 2* review. There's no sense in me arguing with your company at this point. Best of luck to your business if you continue to yell at customers over the phone. read more

I had a HORRIBLE experience with AZ Sedans. I will NEVER use them again! I had used their services for a Holiday Lights tour (through GROUPON). When I booked the appointment I was told I had to have a map of where I wanted to go. If you're calling it a Holiday Lights tour, don't you think AZ Sedans should have places mapped out already? Anyways, when the driver came to pick us up I gave him the map I had made. He wasted a lot of time plugging in the next location into his phone GPS, and got lost a few times as well. When the tour was over we shook hands and gave the driver the money that was owed for the fuel charge and the required tip. It's absurd that they can require a 20% tip. I then went on my merry way and thought I was done with AZ Sedans. The next day I was checking my email and noticed I had been charged for the fuel and tip. I immediately call AZ Sedans and leave a message to call me back to explain why I was charged. No one calls after 6 hours so I call back, still no one answers the phone. I then call back using my friends phone and they answer. The gentleman on the phone tells me that he'll talk to the driver and then reverse the charge. I'm okay with that. But then, AZ Sedans calls back explaining that the driver told him that I didn't give him enough money to pay for the charges. I then explain that I paid more than what was owed and I'm upset that the driver would try to take advantage of me like that. I get placed on a 3-way call with the driver and the rep from AZ Sedans. The driver calls me a liar and refuses to believe that I gave him the right amount of money. The rep from AZ sedans does nothing aside from saying "I trust my drivers and if he's saying you didn't give the right amount of money it a case of 'he said she said.'" I explained to him that I am a paying customer and that I should be respected. I asked for a full refund at that point and the rep said that would be money out of his pocket that he couldn't give back to me. It was HORRIBLE!! I still haven't gotten reimbursed... This just shows how awful AZ Sedans' customer service is... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER! read more

We contracted AZ Sedans to provide transportation on a fixed schedule, three days a week. They were consistently late, and sometimes didn't show up. They kept trying to change the schedule to accommodate additional business opportunities. We finally called to cancel the services. We had prepaid for the week. They promised to send a refund and never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We were terribly dissatisfied. read more

I must say my experience with this company has been terrible. I bought a deal on Groupon for this company, they said it was a $290 value for $65. Come to find out it is actually a $225 value because they don't tell you that you have to pay an extra $25 for tax and $45 mandatory grat. Even though on the phone when I called they told me that the only other charge would be $25 for tax AND grat. Then you look on the questions they answered from people about the groupon and see that they say there is NO mandatory grat but most people grat 20%-25%. This company tells me that no I have to pay at least $45 when the Sedan arrives or I will not get the service. I told them that I will grat but it will be after I see the service I am given. They deny that request and say that I should just get my refund on groupon, and end the email with "We pride ourselves with the best customer service in the valley" HA HA yea right. read more

My girlfriends and I used the service this weekend after buying the Groupon. One of us bought the Groupon and used it on Thursday, the other bought it to use it on Sunday. From the moment we got into the car, Ben was awful to us. He repeatedly brought up how awful the Groupon deal had been for him, how it was a poor business decision and how everyone was just trying to take advantage of him. We had seven ladies so it meant he had to make two trips to take us places. He was extremely upset about this stating that the Groupon was for six people. I showed him the question/answer section of the Groupon where he personally stated that seven people was fine. We are not cheap, we tipped him $80 the first day. When he picked us up on Sunday, he laid into us again about how we were taking advantage and abusing the Groupon system. Us ladies are all professions. We had two lawyers, a physician, a hair stylist, a marketing specialist and we all have children under the age of five at home. We are not rowdy low lifes intent on getting something for nothing. I have never had such poor customer service and this doesn't even take into account how he was texting on his phone while he was driving. On the final drives, two of the ladies voiced concern about his behavior. He kept stating it was because he was being taken advantage of, never really apologizing. I give him one star because he refused to accept a tip at the end of the second day. Perhaps he finally realized how poorly he had treated us. read more
