At the end of the day, though, everyone in our group agreed that it was well worth the price (and, particularly if you're coming from the East Coast, you're going to be awake early anyway!). Our guide, Jon, made sure that everything ran as efficiently as it possibly could have. Not only did he ensure that we hit all of the Park highlights, but he took us away from the biggest crowds to show us views that were true " hidden gems." Jon was so knowledgable on the history, the environment, and other facts related to the area that we could not have enjoyed it more. Truly an experience of a lifetime! We opted to wait til the next morning and Rene showed up at 6:30AM, replaced our AC unit's motor (quicker than expected), hosed down our unit, and offered great advice for maintenance and what to expect moving forward. Last time (a couple years ago), Flores also showed up quickly and repaired our unit, was so helpful and did a great job accommodating our budget as best as he could. Both experts felt safe and professional. With unbearable summer heat causing so many AC issues around the Valley, it can be hard to get someone to fix AC units to the house quickly, and they haven't disappointed yet. If you're looking for someone to help with your unit, I suggest giving them a call first.

Arizona Adventure with 100 Youths and an Unforgettable Driver Our Arizona adventure with a group of 100 energetic youngsters wouldn't have been the same without the amazing Denise, our bus driver from Divine Charter. Forget the standard "bus driver" experience - Denise went above and beyond, making our trip truly memorable. Imagine wrangling 100 excited kids on a long bus ride. Denise did it with a smile! Her patience was superhuman, and her understanding of their energy kept things calm and fun. She treated each child with genuine care, fostering a sense of warmth and respect on the bus. But Denise wasn't just a calming presence. She was also a ray of sunshine! Her engaging personality kept the kids entertained, and her flexibility with our ever-changing schedule saved the day (or rather, the trip!) on more than one occasion. By the end of the journey, Denise wasn't just our driver; she was part of the group. My son goes to Legacy Traditional School and they had a field trip where the location got changed due to weather issues. The driver was awesome with the change to drive him and the school to the Arboretum in Superior at the last minute.
