He was also looking at his phone, searching for music while driving 85 MPH in the high speed lane. Sure, he was quite knowledgeable about Sedona and Jerome but, our lives were at risk. Around 7:30pm after not hearing back, I contacted them again and was notified "the bus wasn't fixed in time so we won't be leaving until SATURDAY". It's not only unprofessional to withhold information like that, it's unprofessional a customer has to hound the business after the bus is delayed six hours. I will be asking for a partial refund and I'd highly suggest not being in this industry if you do not know how to properly manage clients nor communicate which are the TOP two minimum requirements in the hospitality industry. I wouldn't book with this company if you want to just be hanging with little to no information to a company who has no problem taking your money. Never.again.
