It was a very long day so be prepared if you want to go. The seats in the van are small so a large person probably could not do it there were 10 passengers. The passenger seat seats were like this: front row seats-3 across, 2nd row-2 across, 3rd row-2 across, back row-4 across. There was 1 cup holder per row and there was wifi and phone chargers. An ice chest with bottled water was also provided . gratuities are not included. We had a nice day but you are in the van traveling most of the day

As a small business person myself, I live (and die) by service and what my son and I experienced with Todd and his highly competent staff WAS SERVICE in spades. From email communication, to text messages before our trip from, to our wonderful, warm and engaging driver/tour guide, Malcom, we simply could not have been happier with our private tour from Scottsdale to the Grand Canyon The adage, one gets what one pays for, rings true for Todd's Private Car Service. Personal, one-on-one service: (WAY) out of the way hotel pickup, anytime we wanted snack/bathroom stops, a seasoned veteran tour guide, fantastic (clean/spacious/comfortable) vehicle, amazing stories/factoids and more, all add up to a tremendous value for the dollar. Could we have spend less? Absolutely. So, let's do the math. Around 7:30pm after not hearing back, I contacted them again and was notified "the bus wasn't fixed in time so we won't be leaving until SATURDAY". It's not only unprofessional to withhold information like that, it's unprofessional a customer has to hound the business after the bus is delayed six hours. I will be asking for a partial refund and I'd highly suggest not being in this industry if you do not know how to properly manage clients nor communicate which are the TOP two minimum requirements in the hospitality industry. I wouldn't book with this company if you want to just be hanging with little to no information to a company who has no problem taking your money. Never.again.
