Worst bus company of all time. On the way to Vegas from Tucson, AZ a tire popped when they were in visibly poor condition before we left. On our way to Lake Havasu last year a bus didn't have A/C. Always late to pickup and always later arrival time than suggested. Do not recommend. read more

The good: the drivers are friendly and accommodating The bad: the busses are in SERIOUS disrepair and dirty. The seats have recently been covered but the ceiling, walls, seat light/fan buttons were gnarly, the pull down shades were filthy. The seats were ridiculously uncomfortable - where you can feel the metal frame in your tailbone. The drivers were occasionally texting or taking pictures while driving - seriously. read more

Ruthie, is the best. She is so easy to work with and so accommodating. I've used AZ Corporate, for several over the road tours, and they have been great. They're always on time. The buses are clean and in good condition. The drivers are so nice and very professional. Any problems that I have are always quickly resolved. I'll deferentially be using them again. read more

Arizona Corporate Coach and Ruthie (Sales Manager) were the best option for our team travel swim meet in Arizona. Thank you! We scheduled a 45+ person bus for airport pick up / drop off. For our return trip back to the airport, our swim meet ended 2 hours later than we had originally planned. Ruthie quickly helped accommodate our return trip, contacted the driver, and made sure that we would still be able to be set for airport transportation. I really appreciated the great customer service and how friendly and kind everyone was about our delay. On top of helping out with our change in schedule, this was the most affordable company I could find through researching a bunch of different options in the area, and they were extremely responsive to our requests. We definitely plan to use them the next time that we travel to Arizona. We do a lot of team travel and have worked with shuttle and bus companies across the country. Their package and price point almost sounded too good to be true but in the end, they delivered as advertised. Arizona Corporate Coach was a great choice for my wedding. They were easily accessible by phone and email, confirmed the day of, and even turned around to pick up my grandmother and aunt who almost missed the bus! Their prices are very reasonable and the company is reliable. My out-of-town guests were so happy that transportation was available and I'm glad that the price was in our budget. THEN, there was our driver, Rory, I don't even know where to start, Rory is amazing !! He put up with our pretty big group of crazy Patriot fans and drove us to the game and helped us load and unload the bus, not just once, but twice !! He stayed with the bus and watched our stuff too!! AND.....Rory is an amazing person on top of that, he is funny, witty and a credit to this company!!! Where do I start. Had a wedding that we rented 2 busses. They got lost (Prescott Town Square). One bus showed up 30 minutes late....the other one NEVER showed up...made it to the venue 1 1/2 hours later. When it was time to go...the first bus left on time....the second one started to leave at 10:00..(the agreed time was 11:00). The driver was rude and unprofessional....one of the groomsmen laid in front of the bus (the only way we could keep him there until 11:00). When I called the office and talked with Whitney and Ruthie....they refused to return phone calls or emails. We had 40 people from out of town that had to drive to the venue....A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. NO....I would not recommend them...I believe I will be going to the Better Business Bureau to report them also read more

Terrible, will not use again. The driver was great but the bus was terrible. Reserved for fathers 70th birthday for 23 people. Bus had huge crack in windshield and the A/C didn't. AZ in the summer in 117 degree weather and the A/C doesnt work??? Some people ended using UBER after the first stop because the bus was so hot. Waste of $650.00 read more

I think the best part about this review is that there was nothing special to say about the day we used them, which is EXACTLY what I wanted. We used them to take guests to and from our wedding and hotel. Needless to say on that particular day I didn't want or need any surprises and I didn't get any. The bus was comfortable and clean and the driver was on time (actually about 15 minutes early). They were quick thinking and independent enough so I didn't have to worry about where they were or what they were doing but they also kept me in the loop just enough so I knew what was going on. One example was that there was a large part of the 101 closed for construction which was exactly where our venue was, but the driver already had a plan around the construction and got there faster than our limo service did. Their office staff was also VERY friendly with me especially because I forgot to make a payment as early as I had said I would. In the chaos of wedding planning I thought I had made a payment when I hadn't. However I got a call from a very helpful and patient woman named Whitney and we got it sorted out quickly and painlessly. Truly a professional and experienced operation and one you can't go wrong with booking. read more

Horrible bus company! The driver was extremely mean to my students. He actually pulled over the bus and yelled at our kids! He drove way over the speed limit. The bus was in a state of disrepair. Very uncomfortable! I actually had a staple sticking out of my seat. Seats were broken. Door was loud and shaky. Bus sounded like a wind tunnel. Driver kept bus at like 40 degrees. We were all freezing. Couldn't get the dvd player to work. Absolute nightmare. Do NOT recommend this company. read more
