Karisa who took our appointment called the hearing aid manufacturer and after some research, discovered that my mom's hearing aids were still under warranty under an international program. She sent them out to get fixed and it was all still under warranty so shipping and repair was all covered. I would definitely recomend this office. The staff seems to actually care about providing the best service and there is an actual on site doctor of audiology vs a tech which is what you might get at a big retail store.

First, there were…read moreend-of-year delays that they blamed on my insurance company policies, which was annoying but manageable even though my testing was done in December. When I would call, the phone rang in a random Metro Hearing office and I'd have to leave a message. There were issues in getting my hearing aids ordered, confusion on their part about what my insurance was covering, and a lack of communication about the status of everything from the insurance approvals to the final delivery and fitting of the hearing aids. I had to manage the whole process with the help of my insurance company, which was something I'd never experienced...the insurance company working harder to get me care than the provider.

Before I left the clinic, I told Lupita that I was praying that Metro Hearing shouldn't change location or transfer her to another branch.
