She's intelligent, empathetic and helpful. Had great experiences at this location. First got help from a young lady named Cheyenne who helped my 90 yr old mother with her phone that an Apple genius couldn't help with. Today 03/04/2026 we went there again since we had such a great experience previously. Today we were helped by two young people. The second person by the name of Genesis. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She made our experience seamless. Anytime we need anything we need with T-Mobile we will definitely come to this location.

I originally was told in December by a salesperson in Target that I would be charged $110 a month for the phone service and get 4 new Pixel 6 phones included in the payment. The only upfront fee would be for the taxes which I was told was $254.56 and I paid that at the time. I was then sent a bill for $500. I called to ask why I was being charged that amount. The customer service agent on the phone told be the original amount I was offered was not possible. I would however be eligible to have the same plan for $126 a month; to which I agreed. I received a new bill for $276.15. On 3/8/2022, I called AT&T again; And was told it was not resolved yet.
