I asked the guy to Replace it and get it done as soon as possible. Alex shows up to my house, on time??? After calling to let me know he will be there late on Friday night. He tells me the mic prob needs to be replaced but sometimes they just get clogged especially if you work construction like I do and a cleaning might be a much cheaper fix for me. Not once, not twice but 3 separate times Alex disassembled my phone and cleaned both microphones. To discover that the mics were fine, just very very dirty... so this dude came out late on a cold Friday night and spent an hour cleaning my phone for a very, very reasonable 50 $... when he could have easily said the mics needed repaired and jacked up The price on me, how would I have known... and then he left before I could think to Tip him.... I hope I don't need cell Phone repair anytime soon but if I do, I know who I'm calling... Thanks Alex...

Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool. Several seniors came by for assistance. She handled their problems, treated them with kindness and respect.. I am 87 so also a senior. I have no respect for Consumer Cellular because they employ dedicated employees like Sierra. She deserves a raise! Thank you.

Next we made an appointment with the Apple Store. Let me just say they're not geniuses there. So then we came to this location and spoke with a young lady named Cheyenne(sp). She went out of her way to help us. She explained and worked with us so my mom could use her iPhone. I wrote a review for the Apple Store and said that they should hire this young lady. She's intelligent, empathetic and helpful. Had great experiences at this location. First got help from a young lady named Cheyenne who helped my 90 yr old mother with her phone that an Apple genius couldn't help with. Today 03/04/2026 we went there again since we had such a great experience previously. Today we were helped by two young people. The second person by the name of Genesis. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She made our experience seamless. Anytime we need anything we need with T-Mobile we will definitely come to this location.

Instead, the employee tried to force me into a new plan that would raise my monthly bill by over $35 -- just so he could get a commission. I told the inexperienced salesman multiple times I wanted to keep my current plan, but he insisted I had to switch and even started selling me on watches and tablets... I called T-Mobile directly right there in the store, and they confirmed what I already knew: I absolutely did not need to change plans to upgrade. Only then did the employees admit this is an authorized retailer -- not a real T-Mobile store -- and that they push new plans to make commission. This place wasted two hours of my time, tried to take advantage of me, and nearly cost T-Mobile a 12-year customer over a lousy commission check. It's shady, dishonest, and borderline predatory. If you value your money and time, DO NOT come here. Go to the corporate T-Mobile store on 99th Ave & McDowell -- they don't work off commission and won't try to scam you. Very BAD, bait and switch sales tactics. On approximately…read more1/5/2022, I was shopping in a Target Store located at 9830 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Tolleson, AZ 85353 and was approached by a AT&T salesperson who had a booth in the electronics department. I originally was told in December by a salesperson in Target that I would be charged $110 a month for the phone service and get 4 new Pixel 6 phones included in the payment. The only upfront fee would be for the taxes which I was told was $254.56 and I paid that at the time. I was then sent a bill for $500. I called to ask why I was being charged that amount. The customer service agent on the phone told be the original amount I was offered was not possible. I would however be eligible to have the same plan for $126 a month; to which I agreed. I received a new bill for $276.15. On 3/8/2022, I called AT&T again; And was told it was not resolved yet. On 3/9/2022 I paid for an amount the was noted on my account as past due for $96.81 On 3/22/2022 I was charged $258.68. I called AT&T and was told they are still reviewing; and will return my inquiry within 5 business days for resolution
