We were there about two hours with a wonderful young man named Caesar. He is very talented, educated and thorough when it comes to dealing with another service provider and moving the service. Consumer Cellular didn't make it easy but Caesar knew how to navigate around their process and set our new service up in my name. He helped me with Equifax as well to temporarily lift a freeze on my credit report so Cox could run a credit check. It was interesting watching him move quickly and smoothly on our phones and his computer navigating the various screens. He's fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I love this location Everyone who works here is wonderful and customer service oriented. I will use this location anytime I need service.

The gal on the phone said the cost would go up to 99.99 and our speed would be 50 (not sure what that means ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) I walked in and was greeted by multiple friendly faces, Ted took our old modem and brought out a new one, looked up our account, asked if I knew the cost was going up, I said I did. He paused for a moment and then responded with "I'm gonna lower it and raise your speed from 50 to 100". OK!!! I'll take it! We've been happy with cox for a couple years now, but realized we weren't watching as much TV anymore so we just decided to switch to internet.
