I got an email from Verizon to update my phone or something like that, so I figured what the heck since my phone was having issues anyway and I had been meaning to contact them. I scheduled the appointment for the update and new screen protector. I got a call the week of the appointment, wanting to discuss the time of the one I selected. I chose Christmas Eve Day, from like 2-5 or something like that. I ended up going a few days earlier since they assured me it would not take the full time slot. It also turned out they are not Verizon but are located near them. They are a small store; they have some phone cases and signs. I waited for someone to come from the back and then we got to talking about my phone's issues. This appointment was not for that- but I was there so what the heck. They said it would not take long, so I went and ate nearby. I came back, and they then informed me there was an app, I think McAfee that was preventing them from doing their job. I told them they could delete it- then they asked if they could delete other apps if needed to do the service. It turned out my phone was okay, but they thought there was a virus & they suggested a full reset. I did that a few days later. The issue I was having is resolved. read more

Seamless process. Communication was clear and accurate. The wait time was as explained. Phone is like new and the tech was awesome.

Do not come here for repairs. It takes forever and they don't actually fix the problem. Dropped my laptop off because it suddenly stopped working. It had not given me a low battery warning or anything. But once I brought it they claimed it's the charger port and recommended replacing the battery so I did both because I listened to their recommendation. Spoiler, it was a big mistake. It took a whole MONTH to replace both parts. And when I finally did get it back and bring it home it turns on normally, but guess what error it gives me? If you guessed "unable to detect charger" you'd be correct! So I dropped it back off and showed them pictures and videos of the problem. I had to call back a week later because I hadn't heard anything and they tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong and they recommend I buy a new charger cable. Now, to anyone that has more than two braincells, this sounds like a bad original diagnostics or faulty repair and they will not fix the problem so I guess I wasted both time and money. I asked if they would at least give me a discount on a new charger and they said they can't. I originally went there because google reviews have it at 4.8 stars. What a lie. I tried leaving a review there after my experience only to realize it was being shadow banned. Should have checked yelp first, all the reviews here are more realistic. read more

Came in for a simple replacement of a screen protector. They then broke the screen without telling me . First time I use it it's broke and they won't fix it. They want almost $400 to fix it.very poor customer service and good will. Will have to sue in small claims court read more

I left my phone to have the battery replaced. When I picked it up, there were green stripes down the screen! They said it's irreparable. Thanks for making it worse! read more

Bad experience. I went in looking for glass screen protectors. Instead I was charged $25 for a vinyl one and then was told that it is stronger than glass and will protect the screen better than glass. What a bunch of shit. I was so misled to believe that I was getting glass. I would never buy vinyl. The stranger part is that if my phone was dropped and cracked with the vinyl screen, they will not cover it under any warranty. Which tells me that they know vinyl is a piece of shit. read more

Terrible service. Demitri was incredibly rude and was not helpful at all. I paid full price for a screen that did not fit to the point where my touch screen gave me frustrating issues. I waited 2 weeks for them to get the "right" screen to be delivered and when I finally went in to see if they could exchange it, Demitri told me I would have to pay full price to have it replaced and denied it was the wrong screen even though he saw himself the home button didn't work! Don't go to this location they do not know how to fix a simple IPhone 8 screen and will not make their mistakes right without charging u again. Update: I did contact the corporate office and was finally contacted weeks later and assured my phone is under warranty and will be fixed for free. I was told all I needed to do was call the day I was coming in and it would be taken care of. I did just that and Demitri turned me away AGAIN. He said yes it's under warranty but I don't have time. Wow. Worse service and shop I've ever experienced in my 35 years of life. Don't waste ur time the manager has zero honor and service skills. I'm seriously still in shock. read more

Fast repair, excellent service. My daughter's iPhone could not charge anymore. They did a quick diagnostic right on the spot. Then $90 and 90 minutes lawyer, they changed the charging component and voila, my daughter's phone was fixed. read more

The service was fast but the communication was poor. They did not have the parts to repair my phone and did not communicate that with me until I went to pick it up hours later. So I still had to wait. Maybe they'll do better next time. read more

I took two PS2 consoles to have repaired. The manager I spoke to said that they were back up with repairs and it would be about two weeks before they could even start. Okay, stuff happens, but after waiting a month I had to reach out to them to get an update. I should have been kept informed by them, I shouldn't have had to reach out to them. They Said they the consoles had to be sent to another place to be repaired, another thing that they should have notified me of. Finally, I get a text that my repairs are done. I pay for the repair and take the consoles home. I was told that only one of the consoles could be repaired but they did repair one of them. Okay, fair enough. I tried the one that was "repaired" and the issue was not resolved. I have taken it back for them to try again So far not the best first impression. read more

We had a screen replaced about a month ago on an iPhone eight noticed that the screen was slow to respond and slowly got worse to the point that half of the screen did not respond to touch it all. We brought it in for repair under warranty work and they ended up damaging the case when they replaced the screen. Manager would not take responsibility, I called corporate while I was in the store, The store manager refused to take the call from corporate so they could not come up with a solution. No we have to wait for a call back from another manager from the corporate office. They have yet to fix the situation....DO Not Use This Location......uBrakeiFix has a great reputation for solving customer issues and I was shocked that this manager would not take responsibility for damaging our phone. read more

I had to fix my sisters screen and they fixed it earlier then they said they could! Good price and even better customer service!!

I took my pixal 6a in because it would not charge. They took my phone in the rear and within a couple of minutes brought it back out. A small piece of debris, the same color as the charging port was not allowing the cord to seat properly. I was elated and when I asked how much, they said NO CHARGE! They could of easily kept my phone in the back for a half hour and charge me a service fee, which I would of paid. They have EARNED my TRUST and RESPECT. It's not always easy to find an ethical business today, but they PROVED they are one. I will recommend them and use them for ALL my electronics repairs. Thank you for being "one of the good ones". This was the Goodyear, Arizona location. read more

My iPhone 8 plus was pretty badly damaged so I didn't know what to expect when trying to repair it. I went into their shop because it was the closest "phone repair" option I had. Upon the start I was greeted with a worker who seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Didn't know about the types of services or if the phone could be repaired. He went to the back and asked if my phone could be repaired, he said it could; I was pretty happy. They gave me a two hour repair estimate. 3 hours pass and not a single text, or call. By now they're closed so a whole day later and I call to ask what's the status of my repair. Same clueless guy answers and at first can't seem to locate my phone and then he says oh yea we weren't able to fix it. Didn't give me a reason as to why he just said sorry. I go pick it up a couple of days later and a different guy gives me a vague explanation as to why it can't be repaired. He gives me the phone in pieces and like last time just an "Im sorry, here you go I don't have a bag". Just absolutely a joke of a service. read more

These guys did not do what they said that they would do. Our phones came back missing data and apps and they were not the least bit helpful with recovery. My recommendation is go somewhere else. read more

Demitri was very helpful and attentive. He had my phone up and running before I knew it. Thanks a lot for the helpful service.

This is a great location that I have visited a few times. The manager here is very awesome and quick with repairs and great pricing. I will definitely be coming back and letting my friends and family know this is a solid location ran by a great manager. read more

Idk why there is quite a few bad reviews with the "little" amount of reviews there is, I have gone to this location enough times ....for water damage and screen replacement and this most recent I turned in a cracked screen, with a broken charger port as well as water damage along with a flickering screen iPhone 7 Plus....picking those up today.... I have never had a bad experience....I'll update this if anything should go sour. read more

They were to move data from one phone to another. The phone could charge, receive calls and texts prior to this company working on our phone. They removed the screen without making sure they had the correct screen in stock, then informed us they did not have the correct screen and that we could bring it to another location. When Elain (sales/technician) was on the phone in the store to verify the other location had the correct screen she told them the incorrect phone model, we corrected her. She claimed the other store had it. Thank god we called first, because they don't have it in stock and we would of had to go even farther from where we live for nothing. Now the phone cannot charge, and does not function anymore. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. read more

Trevor is the MAN! I had made my appointment through Samsung Members app to get my charge port looked at. I handed him the phone, and he asked what the problem was. I needed my phone screen fixed on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to get me in 15 minutes before closing and did an amazing job on my phone. Their customer service was also top-notch I would definitely recommend this place if you need to get your screen repaired because they are so fast efficient and the work is great. read more

This place does an atrocious job repairing phones. If you have a phone with and OLED screen expect to get an LCD screen that overheats the phone. After the screen broke a day into use and they replaced it with the same horrible screen. After realizing I waste $180 with these people, I decided to fix it myself. When opening the screen I realized they didn't put the adhesive strip around the entire phone to seal and protect from water and dust. More importantly the phone keep clicking which was on the side with no adhesive. This was also the side the phone screen broke both times. I would never recommend this place for screen replacement. Any positive reviews are probably bought or written by someone who knows them. I would never trust anything they say ever. I didn't even return to attempt to get a refund. read more

Went in a few days ago to get my iPhone screen fixed and was pleasantly surprised. The tech was not only upfront about the cost but was also very courteous and friendly. Repair was done in under an hour and for much less than other tech repair places have charged me in the past. I will definitely be back should I need anything else fixed! read more

I absolutely can't say enough about Dmitriy!!! He's respectful and courteous as anyone in customer service should be but he absolutely goes above and beyond! This is the second time I was in a jam and needed something fixed! Last time, I needed my laptop fixed so I could return to work on time. I could tell he didn't have time to fit me in BUT he did it anyway and dixed my laptop in record time! I was able to back to work without incident! This time wasn't as dire a need but I appreciate his helpful demeanor and quick repairs all the same! Whenever I have something I need fixed I will take it to him! He is representing this company extremely well and I won't trust my devices in any other hands! Periodt!!! #teamdmitriy read more

The pay provided to the employees you "care" about is absurd. The pay is not something that is ever going to be okay to make a living. Asurion expects people to survive off of little to nothing. We make more money using PTO than actually working. The pressure to work and sell is so defeating. The job took the biggest toll on my mental health. Your management pressure people to feel like all we are there for is a number. There is absolutely zero support. There needs to be a micromanagement training because the amount of it is unsettling. This company needs to do better as a whole. It's so unorganized. The communication between management and higher ups is sad. I've missed paychecks and hours on checks more times than I can count. This company is one of the worst I've ever worked for. I say this with the upmost power in my voice, I'm so happy to no longer be working for this company. read more

Had an appointment to put batteries into my and my wife's phone. To start with the lousy rating I'm giving them is how my wife was treated when she called this establishment to get the pricing on the phones. She felt the gentleman on the other end was short with her and rude. When I arrived for my appointment I was met by the same gentleman. He told me he had good news and bad news. He said he had my batteries but he couldn't install them because his system was down and couldn't charge me so he couldn't install my batteries. He said he could do them the following day but I said I'd find another business to install them. I told him he could have called me to cancel or reschedule so I wouldn't have wasted my time driving there. He sort of agreed, but what really got me is that he never apologized for the inconvenience! read more

My husband and I are new to uBreakiFix. When I called the Glendale store Dimitri answered professionally and with knowledge. He understood our 2 problems, quoted firm prices, told us about a Home Plus program that might work well for us and let us know the hours of service. We arrived with two projects. He recommended a better solution for one which we agreed to and explained the service that he would preform to correct our two issues. Dimitri was very clear with the time it might take. He called us in less time saying the job was complete. We are very happy with the service, Dimitri's understanding of what we needed and the fee for that service; it was very fair. Dimitri was above our expectations. We will continue to use uBreakiFix for our tech troubles and definitely Dimitri and this location read more
