OCD is going crazy and anxiety through the roof because of this cracked phone. I messaged on yelp I got an immediate response that lead to a phone call all in about 10-15 minutes or less. Issac was very nice and professional on the call made the appointment discussed price how things work. Ok appointment day! Yeah I can't wait!!! OCD is almost at medication level . At about 55 minutes pass my appointment time I reach out for an status update. I quickly got an apology and a response as they were having tech difficulty. Ok I'm feeling better and really anxious. Although my appointment was at 11 and the phone didn't get fixed until after 1pm. I was ok, he offered a free glass protector and the service was completed in like 20 minutes. When someone takes accountability for a mess up I appreciate it. The communication was ongoing all the way until he was walking in the building. I appreciated that. So for this I'm giving the 5 stars. He deserves nothing less .... very professional, responsive , responsible I would definitely recommend!!!!'

It's been a few weeks since I went to this…read moreplace and since then, my phone "repair" ended up taking me back to the Scottsdale area to Arizona iPhone Repair off Mercer Road (if anyone wants to go there). While this is an extra 20 minute drive, this place is hands down much more customer oriented and the people here actually know the product and what they are doing!!! Took my 2 year-old IPhone 4s in for a screen fix and had to stand and listen to the man, who I believe is the owner, talk himself up about how he used to be a body guard and then into the health and beauty biz for years and now he repairs Apple products. Take it from me, he needs to go back to his previous career choices as his knowledge of Apple products was limited at best. I can say this, I used to work at an Apple store in another state before recently moving here. After he got done talking about himself to me, he told me the screen fix would be quick and simple (yes it should have been) and that I could pick it up the next day. Without going into all the boring details, what should have taken 24 hours ended up taking 3 days and the screen application job was awful and then the "touch" functions using my screen stopped 2 days after the work had been done. I took my phone to Arizona iPhone Repair at the suggestion of a co-worker and they immediately confirmed what I assessed was the problem, the screen had not been properly adjusted or applied to my phone, hence the issues after I got it back from Pod Drop. I highly suggest NOT going to this place. It is close to ASU and I'm sure there are many college student who are unfortunately taken advantage of and hit on by the owner during the drop off process as I was - yuck! Drive a little further to be asssured of a professional experience, process and ending result for your money!!!

I took…read moremy iPhone 17 Pro to get the screen replaced first red flag was but he couldn't tell me how much the price was until he already worked on the phone . But anyways, I decided to stay and give it a try after he was done replacing the screen. He had told me he has two different type of strains one is cheap and other is premium or whatever. I was down to spend extra money to get the premium, but he said he didn't have it in stock and will take him an hour. Anyone that has a busy schedule and that just needs their phone replaced would have done what I did and just take the cheaper one so I could go get my kids and do what I need to. After three days of having it the screen was already coming off so I decided to call and told him what was going on and immediately got blamed for dropping it or breaking it and couldn't even get a chance to talk because the owner is so rude. After trying to explain over the phone, what was going on with my phone and him being extremely rude and saying that he doesn't do any warranties or anything like that for the phone. And I tried to explain that the phone is not broken and that it just needs to be installed correctly. Then the owner decided to get extremely butt hurt because I criticize this work for being half done and then he got extremely rude anyways flashback to going to the store to get it replaced because I don't have another hundred dollars to pay just because someone doesn't know how to put a replacement phone. I go there and I still get blamed for doing something that I didn't do and owner is very upset that I criticized his half done work after further examination he said that the reason it was coming off is because he didn't install the glue right, even though he admitted to not having a clue right bro, still wants to be mad that I said that his work is half done so after being in his shop, literally screaming at each other because he has no manners and doesn't want to let anyone talk replace it and when I inspect the phone, a lot of glue residue and just a crappy job. After my horrible experience, I got offered a free screen protector, but didn't want him to install because I don't know if he's capable of doing something so hard I would stay away from this shop pelenty phone repaid that will treat you right and do a great job not half done
