So I reached out to them a day before the holiday knowing I would have to wait until after to get my phone fixed. OCD is going crazy and anxiety through the roof because of this cracked phone. I messaged on yelp I got an immediate response that lead to a phone call all in about 10-15 minutes or less. Issac was very nice and professional on the call made the appointment discussed price how things work. Ok appointment day! Yeah I can't wait!!! OCD is almost at medication level . At about 55 minutes pass my appointment time I reach out for an status update. I quickly got an apology and a response as they were having tech difficulty. Ok I'm feeling better and really anxious. Although my appointment was at 11 and the phone didn't get fixed until after 1pm. I was ok, he offered a free glass protector and the service was completed in like 20 minutes. When someone takes accountability for a mess up I appreciate it. The communication was ongoing all the way until he was walking in the building. I appreciated that. It has been almost a month and I still have not had my phone returned to me. Multiple promises to stop by or meet up. Never shows up, and there's nothing I can do about it. Wow this was the best service ever. I called them and they had someone here in half an hour. It was super easy and they did it in their car since where I work was too busy. But they had it fixed in like 10 minutes. My phone looks awesome. The girl who replaced my screen was super professional and knew her stuff. Isaac is very personable and helpful, this is the second time I've had him fix my phone, I have a habit of dropping it- face down on concrete lol The process is easy/ fast & smooth. If you take a look at my profile, you see I tend to rate on the higher side. I just feel more motivated to leave a good review than to leave a bad review. However, I can't really let the experience I had with Mobile Ifixers slide. Don't get me wrong, Isaac is certainly a nice guy but I had some real difficulties with my Ipad. This saga started about 5 months ago when I was foolish enough to leave my Ipad on a counter and my uncle knocked it off shattering the screen. When I got back to Phoenix, I checked him out and loved his reviews! Plus, he had a coupon, and would come to my work. It took a couple texts back and forth to get it scheduled but it worked out. He replaced it and it was working fine... for a month. Then it started to ghost and it took forever to get a hold of him. We would text back and forth and he had promised to replace it for free. Finally after repeated texts back and forth it finally got done and I was more than patient. Unfortunately after another month, it started to ghost again. I contacted him again, and he seemed frustrated with me. I told him I'd be amenable to him trying to fix it again. That's been over 2 weeks ago and he hasn't contacted me again. I ended up just going to the apple store and getting it replaced. That's what I should've done from the beginning and saved myself the fee and hassle of having him fix it. Mobile ifixers was amazing! 2 of my daughters broke their phones a while back and were still using them even though they were cracked beyond belief. I was saving to do the warranty exchange at the phone store. Then for the first time ever I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I live and work off my phone and cannot be without it or I loose business. T-mobile wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it (replace it) so I asked on a FB group for a referral. That is how I found Isaac! I messaged them on facebook and got an immediate response. Isaac came out right away to my home and made a deal to fix all three phones. The screen looks better than they did before!!! Clearer and stronger. He even put the tempered glass on for me. Within 20 min all 3 phones were fixed and I did not even have to go anywhere. If I could give this business a zero, I would... Isaac did come and fix my phone screen. However, when I turned it on, after he had fixed it, the camera or flashlight no longer worked. No prob, I bought the tools and a new camera and fixed it myself. Got in touch with Isaac to see if he would refund me for the price of new camera ($26), which he said he would, even after he said it wasn't his fault that the plug for the camera was bent. Isaac asked me to send him the old camera so he could resell it and then he would send me the $26 for the replacement. Long story short, I sent him the broken camera about a month ago and I'm still waiting for the $26 from him.... At the end I told him I was going to take him to small claims court and he basically said "go ahead, I don't care, I won't pay you anyway." he also told me he had already sold the broken camera that I sent to him.... Issac is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He picked up my Ipad from my office and promised next day service. After a few days of calling him to find out where my Ipad was he finally dropped it at my house. The touch screen worked for a day. I called him for the next 2 weeks to get him to come back and find out why it wasn't working. He avoided my calls and text. I finally pretended to be another client at which time he said he could come pick up the Ipad the next day. I let him know it was me before he picked it up and it then took another couple of days. He picked up and had it for another 2 weeks before finally returning it. He had all kind of excuses and apologies for why he didn't pick it up, couldn't return it or when he could get it back. He seems like a nice person but has no idea on how to run a business. Not worth the trouble, next time I will take it to Apple. read more
