Do not use this guy/company to fix your phone! He replaced my month old iPhone 8 Plus screen and digitizer. He said his screens came with a lifetime warranty. The new screen started having issues within 2 days. He said he would come back and fix it. The first time we scheduled for him to come back. He texted the night before and wanted to reschedule due to feeling under the weather, no problem. Then he was a no show. Now he is no answer. read more

So I reached out to them a day before the holiday knowing I would have to wait until after to get my phone fixed. OCD is going crazy and anxiety through the roof because of this cracked phone. I messaged on yelp I got an immediate response that lead to a phone call all in about 10-15 minutes or less. Issac was very nice and professional on the call made the appointment discussed price how things work. Ok appointment day! Yeah I can't wait!!! OCD is almost at medication level . At about 55 minutes pass my appointment time I reach out for an status update. I quickly got an apology and a response as they were having tech difficulty. Ok I'm feeling better and really anxious. Although my appointment was at 11 and the phone didn't get fixed until after 1pm. I was ok, he offered a free glass protector and the service was completed in like 20 minutes. When someone takes accountability for a mess up I appreciate it. The communication was ongoing all the way until he was walking in the building. I appreciated that. So for this I'm giving the 5 stars. He deserves nothing less .... very professional, responsive , responsible I would definitely recommend!!!!' read more

Please beware. Isaac came out to my home to fix several phones, he did not have the correct screen for one of my phones and said he would take it with him to fix it and bring it back. It has been almost a month and I still have not had my phone returned to me. Multiple promises to stop by or meet up. Never shows up, and there's nothing I can do about it. I didn't have my phone backed up, so I'm losing all those files and photos. Don't use this guy. Just don't! read more

There were some issues as far as scheduling - miscommunication but it can happen to anyone. Had my screen replaced on my iPhone 8 Plus. Work was done very quickly - between 10 & 15 minutes. So far, so good. Phone seems as good as new. Very happy with the work. Thank you! read more

Isaac is very personable and helpful, this is the second time I've had him fix my phone, I have a habit of dropping it- face down on concrete lol The process is easy/ fast & smooth. He's very professional, He texted me asking about my screen saying he thinks it's faulty he apologized profusely, explaining how he now has an ex employee who was swiping the $ for the good screens and buying cheap ones- the poor guy has been fixing faulty screens like a mad man for the past two weeks. Thankfully he fired said employee and has a case on him for stealing ( anyone who owns a business know that's a burden a owner may have to deal with) he met me at Starbucks and fixed my screen like new, apologized again ( even though I completely understand) and said to call him if there is anything else he can help with. I absolutely recommend him & Isaac I'm sorry someone took advantage of you and hope karma comes back for them, or Atleast the law! See Isaac he's the best in town, most personable and his awesome protective screen has saved me from having to fix my phone another 15 times Atleast. read more

If you take a look at my profile, you see I tend to rate on the higher side. I just feel more motivated to leave a good review than to leave a bad review. However, I can't really let the experience I had with Mobile Ifixers slide. Don't get me wrong, Isaac is certainly a nice guy but I had some real difficulties with my Ipad. This saga started about 5 months ago when I was foolish enough to leave my Ipad on a counter and my uncle knocked it off shattering the screen. When I got back to Phoenix, I checked him out and loved his reviews! Plus, he had a coupon, and would come to my work. It took a couple texts back and forth to get it scheduled but it worked out. He replaced it and it was working fine... for a month. Then it started to ghost and it took forever to get a hold of him. We would text back and forth and he had promised to replace it for free. Finally after repeated texts back and forth it finally got done and I was more than patient. Unfortunately after another month, it started to ghost again. I contacted him again, and he seemed frustrated with me. I told him I'd be amenable to him trying to fix it again. That's been over 2 weeks ago and he hasn't contacted me again. I ended up just going to the apple store and getting it replaced. That's what I should've done from the beginning and saved myself the fee and hassle of having him fix it. Just my 2 cents, hope you all have better luck. read more

Great service! This wonderful company is such a savior. Friendly staff who get your phone fixed asap! Fire! 10/10

Wow this was the best service ever. I called them and they had someone here in half an hour. It was super easy and they did it in their car since where I work was too busy. But they had it fixed in like 10 minutes. My phone looks awesome. The girl who replaced my screen was super professional and knew her stuff. She told me that if my phone ever started acting up they would come replace it for nothing. Not only that, they were the cheapest price around. Plus they came to me! I wish I knew about this service along time ago because I break my phone a lot. read more

Very friendly and very fast. They called me within 10 minutes of requesting them and they were at my house within the hour. The repair only took about 15-20 minutes. And it was super inexpensive compared to every other mobile repair I could find. Even cheaper than T-Mobile with insurance!! read more

Isaac is very professional and honest! It's so hard to find amazing customer service these days, but he shines above! He was able to fix both iPads and it was so convenient as he came and picked them up and dropped them back off at my home and made sure it was around my schedule! I can not say enough great things about this company! If you need any repairs this is where you have to go! read more

Mobile ifixers was amazing! 2 of my daughters broke their phones a while back and were still using them even though they were cracked beyond belief. I was saving to do the warranty exchange at the phone store. Then for the first time ever I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. I live and work off my phone and cannot be without it or I loose business. T-mobile wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it (replace it) so I asked on a FB group for a referral. That is how I found Isaac! I messaged them on facebook and got an immediate response. Isaac came out right away to my home and made a deal to fix all three phones. The screen looks better than they did before!!! Clearer and stronger. He even put the tempered glass on for me. Within 20 min all 3 phones were fixed and I did not even have to go anywhere. A week after my phone was fixed the screen froze so I contacted them and right away. I got a response that they were going to come back out and check it out within minutes. It happened to be my phone software freezing from the update. It was nice knowing that they would fix it if something went wrong. SO CONVENIENT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Very professional and super nice. read more

Isaac met me at the Tempe Marketplace and replaced my cracked screen in about 10 minutes. He tested it for me, and sent me on my way. He takes his skills and professionalism very seriously. Even more impressive is the fact that when I reached out to tell him something went slightly wrong with the new screen he gave me, he was more than willing to help. He met with me again and worked his magic to fix the small issue. Needless to say, Isaac has integrity to go along with his great skill. Thanks bro! God Bless read more

If I could give this business a zero, I would... Isaac did come and fix my phone screen. However, when I turned it on, after he had fixed it, the camera or flashlight no longer worked. No prob, I bought the tools and a new camera and fixed it myself. Got in touch with Isaac to see if he would refund me for the price of new camera ($26), which he said he would, even after he said it wasn't his fault that the plug for the camera was bent. Isaac asked me to send him the old camera so he could resell it and then he would send me the $26 for the replacement. Long story short, I sent him the broken camera about a month ago and I'm still waiting for the $26 from him.... At the end I told him I was going to take him to small claims court and he basically said "go ahead, I don't care, I won't pay you anyway." he also told me he had already sold the broken camera that I sent to him.... Small claims court it is! read more

Issac is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He picked up my Ipad from my office and promised next day service. After a few days of calling him to find out where my Ipad was he finally dropped it at my house. The touch screen worked for a day. I called him for the next 2 weeks to get him to come back and find out why it wasn't working. He avoided my calls and text. I finally pretended to be another client at which time he said he could come pick up the Ipad the next day. I let him know it was me before he picked it up and it then took another couple of days. He picked up and had it for another 2 weeks before finally returning it. He had all kind of excuses and apologies for why he didn't pick it up, couldn't return it or when he could get it back. He seems like a nice person but has no idea on how to run a business. Not worth the trouble, next time I will take it to Apple. read more
