Horrible experience! My Android Maxx needed glass repaired. Took 4 days before I got the call that it was in. Paid $101 to get it fixed but the process took a lot longer. Service said they would have it done next day but it took 3 days of holding my phone hostage before I could get it back and it was not an easy process. I called and called but no response. I had to go to location 4 times before someone was actually at the shop. When I finally got my phone back the volume buttons were not functioning. Went back again and service boy tried fixing but he actually destroyed my phone. I later found our that my sim card was located right under the volume buttons. Took to Verizon and another repair place to find out that my convictions were correct! Phone cannot be repaired. Could not make or receive calls or texts. I did get my money back from Cell Lab but that did not help me purchase a new phone when in fact my phone was fine to begin with minus the damaged glass. It took me another few days of attempting to contact them to find out if they were going to buy me a new phone but never once rec'd a call back! I was without a phone for a total of a week and I was mad and stressed out! I am still thinking about taking them to small claims for the purchase of a new phone - definitely after the holidays! DO NOT BRING YOU PHONE to CELL LAB. They obviously don't know what they are doing and are very unprofessional. They might give you the best quote but I guess you get what you pay for! read more

It's been about a year since I needed a cell phone repair and I'm glad I came back to these guys. I definitely see an improvement in both this business' craftsmanship and timeliness. I came in this time with my iPhone 5S. I dropped my phone a few days and I damaged my screen and the mic, and after quickly realizing I was unable to talk on the phone, I had to get it fixed asap! After unsuccessfully attempting to get Apple to fix my phone I took it to Cell Lab. They explained all my options before offering to sell me a new phone, and even after I had explained that my phone was dying at about 24% they threw in a new battery for only 10 more dollars! After about 45 minutes I was given back my phone with it feeling like I just bought it. They were friendly and made me feel at ease about my embarrassing episode. Definitely coming back. And a tip for you anyone reading this, don't jog in the rain! read more

I went into The Cell Lab yesterday 2-19-19 and asked if they could take my pictures off 2 very old Basic phones...a young guy named Corbin helped me like I have never been helped before anywhere. He was patient and saved all my pictures and some were priceless since two of the people in them had passed away recently. I went home and had trouble downloading them on to my laptop, nothing to do with Corbin, just my lack of technology. I returned and very nice young lady named Sandy got them on my laptop for me. She was patient, courteous, and a pleasure to meet. I was charged very reasonably for the service and want to thank them both for restoring my faith in customer service people . Im fixing my phone for the third time this month and Today I decided to try The cell lab. It was down the street from the place I previously tried and I have to say it was pretty AWESOME! Chris the guy who helped me was very nice. He knew exactly what I needed and within 25 mins I was out of there! I came to this cell store to get my phone fixed and i have to say i was impressed! They shared their story of just opening and expressed excitement for having customers, walk ins, and questions about the store. They looked at my phone and gave me a reasonable price to fix it, I felt really comfortable just sitting and waiting for my phone to be fixed. they charged me 160 for both lcd and glass replacement on my iPhone 6, which was a little cheaper than competing cell repair shops. i am happy to say that i will be coming back again! read more

Came in again today with my broken iPad mini and these guys didn't disappoint. I was back in less then 90mins and they had it ready to go. I've been here before with my phone and got great service. I came here before to get my iPhone repaired and since they saved me from a ton of stress, I came back looking at the opportunity to upgrade. I was interested in buying a new galaxy s6. They found me a gold galaxy s6 edge +, leaving me in awe. The phone looks so brand new I was shocked at how low the price was! These guys tried but just couldn't deliver. In all it took 3 weeks for my phone to get repaired, after losing my sim card tray and ordering the wrong parts. And now the screen is glitching out again. I'll take my phone somewhere else this time. read more
