Whoever the girl that was working 5 closing with the lord farquad ass bob is genuinely the most unhelpful person, I asked a genuine question of what I had to do since she said they don't do transfers before closing and her response, with attitude mind you, was "I was just telling you we don't do transfers" right so I have basic comprehension skills and my question wasn't rhetorical, it was a genuine question so keep the attitude. Zero stars. This company is terrible. First, the agents are incompetent and do not care. One customer service agent hung up on me. Another T-Mobile agent hung up on the T-Mobile store manager at a Peoria location. It was so rude and unprofessional. Second, the agents do not want to actually work and do their jobs. Third, they cannot manage to simply port a phone over from another company. Forth, this company left me completely without service--no cell service, no texting, therefore, no way to resolve the issue. Unbelievable. I can't do rude AND stupid. read more

customer service I thought was good. till the employee helping me shift was over and she had my phone going through and update and stated another worker would be with me. I asked the manager if he was the one to help he said "no this guy" gesturing to an employee that had just clocked in who was having issues signing into his account for work. I have never written a negative review for anybody online ever. But if I could write this review 1,000 times and tell you how absolutely terrible the service at this store is I would do it. However the phone that I bought from that store does not work well enough to write a review 1000 times. The information you get from people at this store is total opposite from the information you get from any other store or their phone Representatives or online. They are rude. They are not knowledgeable. The absolutely least helpful retailer of any guy I have ever visited anywhere. I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years so I have been to this store at least 10 times and I cannot say that my experience has ever been any different than it is today. I walked in at 5:59 and realized they were about to close. I said I would come back tomorrow but when I said it was for an eSIM card they told me to wait and took care of it for me even though they had to stay after close to complete it. Elizabeth and Hussein stepped up and were awesome. read more

It's pretty pathetic when you ask a salesperson in front of their manager twice if there will be any fees if I return the products. "No you'll get a full refund within 14 days." Unfortunately, service was not strong at my home so had to return. That's when everyone knows the policy. They charged me more! Bad service and lying employees. Worst customer service !Tried to pay of the balance of a phone and was told the wrong information twice first that they couldn't tell us the amount (was not authorized) but if I knew the amount we could pay it off figured out the amount and came back and came back to make the payment and they wouldn't take the payment . They had already taken a payment before with out a authorized user on the account .I understand there is procedures & guidelines to follow but atleast make sure all the employees are on the same page so they are not giving out the wrong information. read more

Worst customer service! I purchased an IPhone 11 , I was told by the manager I had 14 days to return the IPhone since I wasn't sure about the color I wanted . He stated it was not a problem and would be happy to help me out . I tried to switch the phone today and was told by Adan there is a restock fee . I spoke with the "manager" Joey , he personally helped me out the day of the purchased. I asked him why he didn't make me aware of that and had given me his word I can switch without problem, no fee included. I even pointed out that he had shown me Adan iPhone and convinced me .Adan had the turquoise green color , how would I know unless he showed me his phone and I previously talked to him . Joey not only cannot keep his word but has horrible customer service. I would like to be contacted by a higher up and someone that can actually help me out. read more

I've been on TMobile's flex pay plan while waiting for my credit issues (yay divorce!) to even out. I got a text message this morning letting me know I could get upgraded to a regular post-pay account. I call up the 611 number and the gentleman tells me I can get a new phone for free with my changeover of service. Excited, because I HATE my Blackberry, I take my lunch break and zip on over to this store. Turns out: the man on the phone was wrong. Sad face. I'm less inclined to hang out while they change it over, and the young woman at the counter says "No biggie. We'll call you when the changeover is done". Nice. Great service, though I do wish I had walked out with an upgraded phone. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Worst part about it thar it came from store manager MARTIN. I had been a loyal AT&T customer for 10 yrs plus switched services and brought in all i was asked to expedite the process including the unlock code from AT&T I was asked to get in order to use my existing phone. In 24 hrs I only was able to connect for 2 hrs to the Internet. Long story short went in to get help with issue to this store. Was told by manager it's not a tmobile phone can't help you i can't touch it. Told him if my phone can't be used why was i not told before i switched over? He said don't know but you need to find a specialist to fix it!! He would cut me off not let me explain my concern and when he did stop talking he started working on a diffrent task while "listening". I'm filing a customer complaint with Better Business Bureau as well. Horrible customer service and incompetent manager!! NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS STORE! I called 1-800-tmobile and had my issue solved. read more
