The service was ethical, prompt, as well as polite. Sami (?), was the representative who assisted me and answered all of my questions, too.

Whoever the girl that was working 5 closing with the lord farquad ass bob is genuinely the most unhelpful person, I asked a genuine question of what I had to do since she said they don't do transfers before closing and her response, with attitude mind you, was "I was just telling you we don't do transfers" right so I have basic comprehension skills and my question wasn't rhetorical, it was a genuine question so keep the attitude. You work customer service, you're supposed to have a good attitude bc mine wasn't bad until I caught your attitude. read more

Zero stars. This company is terrible. First, the agents are incompetent and do not care. One customer service agent hung up on me. Another T-Mobile agent hung up on the T-Mobile store manager at a Peoria location. It was so rude and unprofessional. Second, the agents do not want to actually work and do their jobs. Third, they cannot manage to simply port a phone over from another company. Forth, this company left me completely without service--no cell service, no texting, therefore, no way to resolve the issue. Unbelievable. I can't do rude AND stupid. read more

the worst customer service ever. all they do is scam and tell people one thing and end up scamming them and leaving them in dept for years.

A t- mobil worker a fat one checking my wife's phone the screen appeared a new line for the movements so hard that he did not want to take responsibility and said that the insurance would not cover it read more

T-Mobile - T mobile worker brake down my wife phone - Mobile Phones Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

customer service I thought was good. till the employee helping me shift was over and she had my phone going through and update and stated another worker would be with me. I asked the manager if he was the one to help he said "no this guy" gesturing to an employee that had just clocked in who was having issues signing into his account for work. As the manager he should've stepped in and helped as I had already been there for an hour if not more. I WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING this horrible T-Mobile store location ever again. read more

I have never written a negative review for anybody online ever. But if I could write this review 1,000 times and tell you how absolutely terrible the service at this store is I would do it. However the phone that I bought from that store does not work well enough to write a review 1000 times. The information you get from people at this store is total opposite from the information you get from any other store or their phone Representatives or online. They are rude. They are not knowledgeable. The absolutely least helpful retailer of any guy I have ever visited anywhere. I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years so I have been to this store at least 10 times and I cannot say that my experience has ever been any different than it is today. Spend your money virtually anywhere else read more

I walked in at 5:59 and realized they were about to close. I said I would come back tomorrow but when I said it was for an eSIM card they told me to wait and took care of it for me even though they had to stay after close to complete it. Elizabeth and Hussein stepped up and were awesome. read more

It's pretty pathetic when you ask a salesperson in front of their manager twice if there will be any fees if I return the products. "No you'll get a full refund within 14 days." Unfortunately, service was not strong at my home so had to return. That's when everyone knows the policy. They charged me more! Bad service and lying employees. Spend ten more dollars and go to Verizon. read more

Worst customer service !Tried to pay of the balance of a phone and was told the wrong information twice first that they couldn't tell us the amount (was not authorized) but if I knew the amount we could pay it off figured out the amount and came back and came back to make the payment and they wouldn't take the payment . They had already taken a payment before with out a authorized user on the account .I understand there is procedures & guidelines to follow but atleast make sure all the employees are on the same page so they are not giving out the wrong information. read more

Need to get my screen protector change and Oscar actually did a good job and very carefully removed all the bubbles that can possibly be underneath the screen protector. Very happy customer. read more

Worst customer service! I purchased an IPhone 11 , I was told by the manager I had 14 days to return the IPhone since I wasn't sure about the color I wanted . He stated it was not a problem and would be happy to help me out . I tried to switch the phone today and was told by Adan there is a restock fee . I spoke with the "manager" Joey , he personally helped me out the day of the purchased. I asked him why he didn't make me aware of that and had given me his word I can switch without problem, no fee included. I even pointed out that he had shown me Adan iPhone and convinced me .Adan had the turquoise green color , how would I know unless he showed me his phone and I previously talked to him . Joey not only cannot keep his word but has horrible customer service. I would like to be contacted by a higher up and someone that can actually help me out. read more

I've been on TMobile's flex pay plan while waiting for my credit issues (yay divorce!) to even out. I got a text message this morning letting me know I could get upgraded to a regular post-pay account. I call up the 611 number and the gentleman tells me I can get a new phone for free with my changeover of service. Excited, because I HATE my Blackberry, I take my lunch break and zip on over to this store. Turns out: the man on the phone was wrong. Sad face. I'm less inclined to hang out while they change it over, and the young woman at the counter says "No biggie. We'll call you when the changeover is done". Nice. Great service, though I do wish I had walked out with an upgraded phone. read more

GREAT service & support from Kevin Flores @ this T-Mobile store!! Sooo happy to ditch Sprint & Kevin was so helpful & patient as we switched carriers! Great music in store as we hung out for awhile so that made it fun too! Happy to be a new T-Mobile customer since they took the right position on being against the repeal of net neutrality!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Worst part about it thar it came from store manager MARTIN. I had been a loyal AT&T customer for 10 yrs plus switched services and brought in all i was asked to expedite the process including the unlock code from AT&T I was asked to get in order to use my existing phone. In 24 hrs I only was able to connect for 2 hrs to the Internet. Long story short went in to get help with issue to this store. Was told by manager it's not a tmobile phone can't help you i can't touch it. Told him if my phone can't be used why was i not told before i switched over? He said don't know but you need to find a specialist to fix it!! He would cut me off not let me explain my concern and when he did stop talking he started working on a diffrent task while "listening". I'm filing a customer complaint with Better Business Bureau as well. Horrible customer service and incompetent manager!! NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS STORE! I called 1-800-tmobile and had my issue solved. read more

Jorge was great! He was very respectful and allowed the process to go by quickly! Very friendly people.

Not sure about everyone else, but I had a great experience. I walked out more than happy, I saved money, and got a new phone. Big thank you to Martin & Ricardo! Ask for those two guys! read more
