Horrific customer service. Waste of time- don't bother even going in there. All the employees are incompetent.

I am writing to formally report a serious incident of "slamming" and unethical conduct at your AZ -…read moreChandler Mall location on 3/24/25. After 6 years as a loyal Verizon customer, I visited this store for a simple phone activation. I explicitly declined the stores assistant Manager's (Jesus) offer for insurance and plan changes. Within 10 minutes of leaving, I received automated confirmation that insurance had been added and plans were changed on 4 phones and 1 hotspot. I immediately called Verizon Corporate Support, who confirmed these were manual changes made at the store level. I returned to the store to address this, and I have the recorded confrontation with the Store Manager. In the video, he claims these unauthorized changes were a "glitch." This is a blatant fabrication, as your corporate records prove these were manual entries made immediately after I declined them. While your phone support team was able to reverse these unauthorized charges, the predatory sales tactics and the manager's attempt to gaslight a long-term customer are unacceptable. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8bgbKXC/

I left and came to this one in the Chandler Mall. Not busy. Was asked what they could do as I came in. Told him the problem that the Bible App had taken control of my phone. The clerk King spent about 5 minutes on my phone and FIXED it. He was great. Friendly and Helpful. Will be back again anytime I need help or ready to get any new phones or service. Thanks

I have lost all hope in this company! Back in June 2024 when my contract with AT&T expired, in an…read moreeffort to keep loyal customers, AT&T offered me 4 mobile lines for $80 (taxes and fees extra) with Autopay, plus $40 Internet Air package. I signed up for it. To my suprise, the first mobile bill arrived in July with a whopping $265 (not $80 plus taxes and fees) and the Internet Air was $67 (not $40 plus taxes and fees). Of course, I went to the store where I originally signed up to complain! The manager called the corporate, and a partial credit was given to offset some of the differences. Came to find out that the rep who helped me set up the new account accidentally split the 4 lines into 2 different accounts. As a result, it disqualified me for the promotion. They apologized for the mistake they made and corrected the problem, supposedly! Then August and September's statement both hit me with $265 each, and the Internet Air was still at $67. Needless to say, I was not happy! I came to the store again and spent hours waiting and talking with the rep like the 1st time. Two more partial credits were issued, and another case was opened for correction. Not to mention that I was still overcharged even after the given credits. Evidently, the promised fix in July on my first visit never happened! When the October bill showed up with the same $265 and $67 balance, I became furious. My anxiety was off the roof. The inconvenience, the stress, and the time consumed by this are beyond reasonable! I thought this company scammed me! I was just about to be done with ATT. Then the back office got involved. The loyal department got involved. Over 80 minutes was spent over the phone. Another promise! Another 7 to 10 business days bullshit. As of the time of this review writing, I just received the November statement with another $265, which led me to this review! Please advise me what I should do next? A multi-billion dollar company could not manage to fix a very minor mistake that they created. What a joke!

I feel completely cheated…read more I trusted them to replace my iPhone screen, but instead of doing what they promised, they just reconnected a loose cable and charged me $50. Then they told me the phone was "broken inside" and that the screen couldn't be replaced -- which I now believe was a lie just to get quick money out of me. I walked in hoping for honest help, but I walked out feeling scammed and taken advantage of. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone. They are scammers, and they should not be trusted.

Run from this place if you want your phone to function after "repair"!…read more I took my phone here on a whim while shopping at Chandler Fashion at the end of May 2021. My screen had a spiderweb crack for over a year since pre-COVID, but still functioned perfectly otherwise but I took it to get fixed because I wanted to sell/trade it in crack-free. The progression is that this place completely broke my phone's screen/LCD, after several visits and they never put the screen on properly, blamed me, and said the warranty wouldn't cover it. Over several visits we only saw and dealt with a young guy and his older brother. See below for details of this telenovela from hell if needed. 1. Within TWO days of them replacing the screen, the phone had a crack in the corner right under where the Spigen case met the top portion of the screen. This made no sense as this part was protected by the case and I hadn't dropped it. In addition, I notice they broke my phones speaker so I couldn't listen to voicemails, videos, or talk on speakerphone. I took it back due to their "warranty". "Okay, younger brother calls older brother, we will order a speaker and call you in a few days, and give you a screen cover, but we can't fix the cracked screen because you probably dropped it". At this point, annoying, but I cannot prove otherwise. 2. We call them, take the phone back to find out they ordered the wrong speaker. Younger brother calls older brother, they say come back in a few days. Mind you, we don't live across the street from this mall. 3. Bring the phone back again, they fix the speaker, they "do me a favor" and put their protective screen cover on it. Thanks, appreciate the cover, but it literally just slid off after 1 day and was not the right size. At this point, I notice that the screen is kind of springy when you scroll, however, I'm thinking I'm never dealing with this place again, and not taking another trip to the mall, I can live with this until I upgrade soon. 4. A week later, the screen is sometimes too springy to select things so I remove the Spigen case to look at it. The phone immediately started blinking, and turned yellow and black. The LCD is ruined? I scroll my finger and notice the screen at this point is as bouncy as a swimming pool diving board and must've been getting looser the more time that went by. Apparently the only thing holding it together to function this long was my case?! Im also convinced this is why the new screen cracked in two days against the edge of the Spigen case. 5. I take it back again today, at this point I just want my money back, the phone that was working for over a year w a cracked screen, now has a 100% broken screen and LCD below. The older brother is there now, and says he remembers me; again he's "going to do me a favor" (repeats this several times) and fix the phone, come back at 1. Still being cordial, I tell him I'm not sure how this is a favor because his brother told me it's under warranty, and I haven't done anything wrong to the phone, it was working fine before I took it to them. He laughs and tells me he's doing this favor because he gets paid regardless, so he doesn't care what happens, and if I were to tell the company this, they will not do anything to help me so he's trying to help me out. I'm in disbelief like, dude, this is a lot of talking, accusing, and excuses, I don't care how you get paid, I just want my phone to work the same way it did before I paid you to fix it. Omg! He then said the screen would not be the way it is, if I hadn't dropped it or done something to it, or it's the case that I have (proceeded to inspect the Spigen case like it is an alien from outer space). Then says it is not their fault because something happened to the glue holding the screen on and that's usually from dropping the phone. Lol, wwwhhhaattt??!!! 6. Return to pick up the phone this evening and they are unable to fix it and must dispute with bank. So no phone, no refund. Complete frauds.

I visited a Cox Cable store because I was experiencing internet interference at home and decided to…read moreswap out my modem as per security professionals. During the exchange, I was given an open-box modem that was not sealed at all. At the time, I didn't think much of it and accepted it. After doing additional research, I became very concerned. Modems contain sensitive information serial numbers, admin usernames, and passwords. While customers are advised to change credentials, anyone with prior access to the device can still view or record this information. Having worked in a call center myself, I know how much data is easily accessible to employees. When I returned to the store to address my concerns, the associate I initially worked with was in the back, and another employee assisted me. I asked whether it was normal procedure to provide customers with unsealed, open-box modems. I was told this happens when employees check the box to ensure all equipment is inside. My concern is simple: why is this not done in front of the customer? That alone would greatly reduce the security risk. The employee I spoke with even admitted he had never considered the security implications of opening boxes out of sight, which is alarming. Customers have no way of knowing whether device information was copied or misused prior to receiving the modem. While I am not accusing any employee of wrongdoing, security protocols should not rely on trust alone. This is a systemic issue, not a personal one. I was told I could exchange the modem again, but that it would likely also be an open box or that I could buy my own equipment or go elsewhere. That completely misses the point. The issue is Cox's handling of customer hardware and data security. Management needs to address this immediately. Modems and routers should be sealed and opened in front of the customer, period. In today's world, this level of lax security is unacceptable. This is not about being difficult or "being a Karen." It's about protecting customer data and preventing avoidable risks. I love Cox and the services offered but security is huge! . Again the reps in this store all deserve raises and a year off with pay, as this has nothing to do with them doing their jobs. My stars are based on security concerns and not the employees. Thanks guys
