This Premium outlet location, just like the one in Marana have never let us down. We have never left there and not found something we could not live without. Always clean, well organized and filled with friendly staff ready and eager to help. The prices are amazing, so there is that awesome Pro. It is a bit of a walk from the parking lot, so plan accordingly as it was blazing hot over the summer. Update: Fall 2024 Found more shoes that I could live w/o, but wanted so, yea....did not live with out them. big smile read more

This store is always busy no matter when i walk in. I guess that's the standard traffic for a Nike store in an outlet mall. I've been to this store a couple dozen times and have never purchased anything. Their shoe designs stay true to their brand and have a little something for everyone. Unfortunately, I wasn't willing to pay $170 for the pair of colorful Nikes that stood out to me. I guess you get for what you pay for....especially since I still love the pair of bright, icy blue runners that I bought years ago that were also a pretty penny. read more

We visited the Nike store at Phoenix Premium Outlets yesterday and had an incredible experience thanks to LA, one of the store reps. From the moment we walked in, she was so friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what my husband was looking for, helped him find the perfect pair of shoes that fit both his needs and his budget, and made sure he walked away happy with both the comfort and the price. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was toward our whole family--even making sure our baby felt welcomed and at ease during the shopping trip. Her positive energy was contagious and truly made us feel good about being there. We're from out of town, but because of LA, we'll definitely be back--and hope to be helped by her again. She's a gem ! read more

Alicia the manager at store 207 is refusing to replace a shoe I bought last week that is separating at the sole. She ended up offering me $30 with a smirk on a $100 pair of shoes that are 6 days old. Website clearly states they replace shoes at the cost I bought it. Don't shop here they don't honor their global policy and warranty. read more

After unsuccessfully not finding any cross trainers at the Nike Clearance store at AZ Mills I came here to see what they had. Unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for and prices were higher and less selection than at AZ Mills. read more

Went there the other day to see what they had out of curiosity. I also had a gift card to use. Solid selection of stuff, including some sneakers in some great colors. Some girl named Rebecca helped me out she was so friendly. Front desk register people were also a pleasure to be around. Will go back soon! read more

Service was great, lots of good collections and prices were amazing. Good location to visit

Bought a hoodie at FootLocker. Called them to ask if I could return at the store. Lady said absolutely just would have to be for store credit. Drove 30 min out there and the Guy said no we won't take it. Nice waste of a trip! read more

I want to thank this Nike location. This location have been so awesome and helpful all of these years to me. I've come to this location on Black Friday's with friends family and the Friends and family passes. You give respect Nike shows respect and that's all I'll wear for sports gear! First shoutout to the Managers here. Devin, Dex, Alicia, Jose, Elgin Josh and both Arianna's. Then you got the Nike athlete's. I ran into Manny when they were closing early and he was kind and told me the hours. I then came in today and Josh helped me out at the folding tables and told me he played basketball and was from Tucson. I spoke with CJ who is a Sun Devil which was cool because I graduated there in 2013. Then there's Michael who told me he's going to Chandler Gilbert and going to transfer to ASU soon which is great because education is important to me with my best friend being a teacher and my Mom was. You have Kayci who has helped me a number of times pre Covid as well. Then there's Gabe who I've seen him a number of times check me out at the register! So thanks bro. As for covid you can check the map and what I listed. They have so much here! All the heat read more

This review is for ALLAN. I brought my brother in law in to buy some shoes and shop around the outlets. Allan greeted us kindly and made sure if we're finding everything we were looking for. When my BIL found his pair of shoes, Allan checked us out- not only was he quick, kind and efficient. He made sure I received my 15% off for being a Nike member. Deal on top of deal. Big win. Overall, ''twas a wonderful experience with outstanding customer service. Thank you ALLAN! read more

My four star review is largely for the staff that works here. I found them to be pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The store was PACKED the day I visited, which makes it difficult to browse, try on things, etc. can't hold that against the store, though. Despite the tons of people in there, the store was tidy and their staff was busily keeping up with the foot traffic. The checkout line looked crazy long and I almost out back the couple of things I'd picked up because well....lack of patience, but the checkout crew kept it moving! Whew! read more

You cannot beat the price on a lot of the things they have here, which is why I keep coming back. Their selection is pretty good as well, I've found a couple of gems in my visits. I will say, that you should definitely price match online - you might be able to find better pricing. I do like that there are usually a good selection of size 14s at this location (just not on the clearance rack - that is a no-man's land). I can go on as to how miserable it is buying shoes with massive feet, but no need. This Nike Factory Store is solid and not a zoo like the Clearance Store is in AZ Mills. read more

Anytime I can find duffle bags for $13.00 it's a great sale. I went in looking for just one duffle bag. My fiancé had broke my zipper on my last one that I got from Macy's a while back. I ended up buying two duffle bags and some comfortable flip flops. I was so happy I decided to look around. I'll be back soon for some other sale items! read more

This outlet store can be hit or miss. One thing you can count on though is the service. Their employees are like hawks asking you every 10 steps, "Are you still doing ok?" Yes, I got it! Geez! They have a large selection of shoes for everyone in your family as well as a decent selection of workout type clothing for those of you still comitted to your New Year's Resolution! read more

Not a bad place if you want to get Nike gear. Store if fully stocked and has a lot of everything. I would have given it a 4-star review but a pair of running shorts I grabbed had the incorrect price on the tag and the store would not give me the lower price that was on the sticker, I had to pay the full price. Other than that I would go back. read more

We found the best shoes! They were priced higher in the store than online. My daughter approached one of the clerks about matching the price since there was a seventeen dollar difference. He immediately sought an answer from Devin who said he was more than happy to do that for us. Wow! They were courteous and efficient, going far beyond the norm to assist us. I would recommend shopping here anytime! read more

Staff here was friendly and they tried assisting me by finding my correct shoe size. Long story short they didn't have my size 11 which ok because it's a common size. How ever the store was really well put together and they had a great variety of shoes to select from. I will recommend going when the shoes are on sale. read more

Amazing staff overly helpful and I had a great shopping experience. I can't understand all the whiners on here, I don't know where they've been shopping at thinking that if you don't get the price on the tag wasn't correct you can act appropriately and ask for them to honor it if more than one of the same item is labeled the same, unless you were the scumbag that tried to switch it on the tag in the first place. read more

I ordered shoes around 4pm, while at work. I am a nurse and my old shoes were giving me blisters. I do not have time to go shoe shopping before my next shift. I ordered shoes online for in store pick-up. Got an email they were ready. My husband went to the store, the manager says they do not have any info on our order. The managers solution was to pay again for the same shoes then try to cancel our online order. Then blamed cooperate for the issue. The manager did not try to call anyone to see if he could get the order completed for us. Just said well come back tomorrow or pay again if you need them now. So I cancelled my order and will work with Under armor from now on. read more

Manager on staff is the only reason why this review is not one star. No one helps and are just semi-zombie like. The cashier is where it plummeted. The way you act and sound affects the customer experience. I stay by my statement, if you're not happy at your job, it's time to find something you enjoy... read more

Disappointed, the selection was cool, but I'm not an online shopper so I always go to outlets when I'm in town. I found some good shoes and socks and went to the cashier to use my birthday coupon and was told by the cashier that it's only an online coupon. I've shopped at about 10 outlet stores over the years and I use the coupon every year (since they started sending them 4 or 5 years ago) in the stores. The young man cashier (perhaps manager) next to my cashier was dismissive and didn't even look my way and then said that it's only online. I left because I know this is not true. Drive the extra distance to the Arizona Mills store, the sales people and cashiers are more helpful and imagine my surprise, when my coupon was accepted in the store. Disappointing that customer service at this location has decreased. Side note, I have over 100 pairs of shoes and only shop at outlets and clearance centers and have done so for about 15 years. I know how to use my coupons. read more

This location is new. The store was on the small side. Not much to chose from at this location. It was clean and staff was helpful. Hope to make it back out here some time in the future and maybe they may have something I'm looking for. read more

A screw up of the Century.... Friday, November 21 Visited Nike factory store #207 Chandler Arizona at 1539 in the afternoon; I bought a pair shoes for $30.15 Saturday, November 22 Realized there were two right shoes in the box called NIKE store about dinner time asked for a manager and let them know about the mixup I asked for one left shoe to be sent up to me with a shipping label to send back a right shoe. They said no I have to send the wrong shoe back before getting a left and right.. How. Convenient for your customer... So I waited for a label to be over nighted to me to send back the screw up Friday, November 28 Called NIKE store #207 in Chandler Arizona from Canada to talk with Robbie about not receiving the label to send back the mixed matched pair of shoes. Monday, December 8 I still did not receive the label to be able to send the Mismatched shoes back to Arizona and in return get a left and right shoe sent back to me in Nanaimo Canada. I've been waiting for over 14 days for a label that Robbie had insured me that would be overnighted to me in the Nanaimo I have spent about $45/50 on long distance/international calls $30 on the shoes in the store and two weeks of my time and I am still without a resolution/shoes then I was passed me off to assistant manager Chris I asked him for pair of shoes in size 8.5 with that water resistant sent up with a label to return to the other pair of rights I have at home, free of charge for my time and money spent on this Chris assured me he would do so and in the box of new shoes being sent out a UPS label would be included to be able to send back the original shoes and that there would not be any other problems Saturday, December 13 at 12:22 AM I received an email and tracking number for new shoes and label being sent to me from Chris I tracked the shipment till Wednesday, December 18 when UPS notified me through email that when my shoes arrived in the Nanaimo Canada there will be a charge of $39.49 for duties and taxes that I would have to pay Wednesday, December 18, 2014 After the initial shock that I would have to pay again another $39.49 for shoes that I originally paid $30 for in the store because they can't fill the paper work out properly on their end... They said they would refund me for these charges Now 23 days or so after visiting Nike store number 207 in Chandler Arizona I am $30 in for two right shoes $40-$50 in on long-distance plus these extra fees December 22 Paid the fees to get my new shoes and called the store back to get refunded December 24 Got Charged $90 instead of refunded and now have over $200 in charges on my credit card on Christmas Eve that should have been taken care of over a month ago December 26 Finally got refunded all the money I had to pay above the original price of the shoes I do have a new pair of shoes now but I still have the original two rights and a very jaded experience with this store and their incompetence. I have called Nike corporate and made an official complaint... Theses people have no clue how to de-escalate a situation.... Next time I buy shoes I'll definitely remember to check my shoes before I leave the store.... read more

Today my boyfriend went to return a pair of never worn leggings back to Nike. We brought them home and realized they didn't fit. The female associate working today has the audacity to nearly deny his return because the pants had an "odor". How rude! These pants were never worn. They stayed in a bag in my home. Granted, we cook like any other family and they sat in the bag for more than a few weeks... but your job is to accept the tagged pants that we also have a receipt for. NOT to give your opinion about them. The pants have NO damage either. Rude and awful experience. read more

It's a good thing Nike product can sell itself because the customer service at this store is trash. Always has been trash, and if it weren't because of the deals I would take my business somewhere else. I've been shopping here for years and you'd think things would change, but it's just consistently poor. The floor reps avoid you, the cashiers have poor attitude, no greeters... and on top of it every. Single. Time. I leave this place they forget to remove the security tags off my items. Never fails. Now I have to take another hour out of my day to drive back to this store and have them remove my tags. Y'all seriously need to make some changes for the better. read more

Coming here always makes me miss the days back when Nike seemed like a quality brand instead of the overpriced plastic shoe company it's become. We came looking for football cleats, and while we left with a pair, the overall experience, just like my last pair of Nike running shoes, was disappointing. Not sure what was up with the employees who were milling around like zombies, but it was hard to get anyone to make eye contact, let alone talk to us. Our cashier ran our card through a handheld card scanner instead of the register and didn't explain why, which seemed odd. read more

I hate going to this place but they have the best deals. Do they only hire the rudest people? I have never gotten good customer service! I went in yesterday and the girl who checked me out never spoke to me. She only talked to the cashier next to here. She rolled her eyes at me when she had to go find a tag for a shirt. But this is very typical for this place. Maybe they need to be trained by Footlocker! read more
