I didn't leave empty-handed though, as Mike led me to the sale racks & I found myself a great pair of wedges that I've been wearing just about every day since. You can never go wrong with prices & sales...my order for $250 came down to $60 after applying all of my promos/ rewards. The rewards program is quick to earn & redeem. She could tell I was bothered and worried about finding out my account has been compromised. She did not offer to call customer service to see if theres anything they can find about how/when it was hacked or what not. Zero effort given to help me. And zero pleasantries on her part at all. She asked me the same question 5 times. I told her repeatedly I never had the dsw app downloaded so I could not give her my shoe lover reward number or whatever. All I know was my account was linked to my email and phone number which apparently the hackers have changed. Left a bad taste about this location. No empathy. No problem solving skills. No friendly free smiles. Just basic retail workers that have no common sense on how to troubleshoot or provide service. They only know how to click a few buttons, rinse, repeat. I did not expect her to solve anything bur just her lack of initiative to call customer service or act like she cared.

Who knew that finding shoelaces would be so difficult? I guess I should have just gone online to buy them! I first went to REI and then Road Runners and they both didn't have any in stock, so I then tried this store out and they had a good selection of shoe laces, but also many other items too besides running shoes. I liked some of their apparel and checked out some of the hydration packs they have in stock. Three or 4 staff members helped me out and everyone was so nice and really attentive. One guy even tried looking up a hose I needed for my Osprey 3L hydration pack, but they didnt have any in stock or online.
