On May 26, 2022 at around 6:15 P.M. , I went in the Chandler Mall Store (Located across from the barber shop) to quickly update my month-to-month service. There were two people ahead of me that were taking a long time. There were only two Customer Service Employees in the store. After about ten minutes, a white guy with a blond/brownish beard appeared from a room in the store. The guy was named Logan. I thought he was going to help. The store phone rang and then Logan picked up the phone and started helping the person on the phone. After the phone call, I asked Logan why he was helping the person on the phone when I had been waiting around for a while. Logan then accused me of lying saying that he (Logan) had just walked into the store and never saw me. I said I was not lying. Then Logan said that he did not need to help me and that I could leave. I told Logan that I just wanted to update my month-to-month plan. Then Logan said I could've done that by calling T-Mobile Customer Service or that I could've gone on the internet. I told Logan that I knew that. Eventually, Logan processed my request but I'm going to report him to a supervisor for being a lying a$$hole. read more

Awful service. If I could give them a 0 star I would. I came in needing a new sim card, 2 people were standing around goofing off, when I caught one of their attention, they joked about who should help me. Not really a big deal, but I'm in a hurry. Having worked at a T-mobile store myself, I'm well aware of the service they're able to provide. Even though I'm not making any changes to my account, they refused to do so for me. Whats more, as I'm discussing it with one employee, the other employee gets rude with me and keeps interrupting me, not letting me speak to the employee that decided he would help me. This other employee intentionally being rude, even called me an idiot, because "Apparently my service has recently changed". I tell him to fuck off. He threatens me with mall security. needless to say, I will not be returning to this store, and I will tell my friends and family to stay far far away from T-mobile. Most of them have already switched to Verizon. To anyone reading this, I probably sound like an angry customer, but if you read my other reviews, I don't often leave bad reviews, I usually only rate good reviews. However I have never been so mistreated by any employee in any store as I have today. Went to a different store and the employee helped me with no issues whatsoever, proving that this kid had no interest in helping me and was just being rude. Maybe this store should hire some adults. read more

I love tmobile because we travel international and still get text and internet. That being said the employees at this store were HORRIBLE!! I'm explaining the jump program but because I don't know it by name the guy acts oblivious to knowing what I'm talking about. He also rolled his eyes at me at which point I told him he was _______ rude. I don't get upset like that often but this guy was awful. read more

I usually go to the location at Chandler Festival because I hate going into the mall. I had just gotten a new phone from the Chandler Festival location earlier in the day and it was having some issues. They were closed. Called customer service and got India and the guy couldn't even speak English. I called this location and came in 10 min before closing. Amanda (?) was very helpful and fixed my phone in about 30 seconds. She also asked us where we parked and let us go out the employee entrance so we wouldn't have to walk all the way back through the mall and then through the dark parking lot at night. This entrance took me almost right to my car! Even though I am not a mall shopper, I do recommend this location and their great customer service. read more

After calling into T mobile customer support twice and going to another location twice my service was still messed up. Came to this location and Martin fixed all of my problems in 5 minutes. I'm so glad I came to this location. read more

I have considered switching carriers for a while. I decided to stop in a get information about how to switch. Martin and Luke provided me with excellent service. They were friendly, immensely , and patient. They went out of their way to offer me a good deal, and save me a lot of money. Very professional team, great service. Bait and Switch... http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/t-mobile-c420903.html T-mobile ran a valentines day promo on Saturday/Sunday 12/13 February 2011; free phone with an upgrade-eligible account; so my wife and I went and got a new phone. However, we didn't like the new phone, so we went back on Sunday to exchange with a blackberry smart phone (and a more expensive plan). The customer service agent informed us to come back on Monday because the agent that helped us on Saturday would be in the office. So we went back on Monday; the agent wasn't there, another agent informed us that he can't exchange the phone, because he needs a manager authorization, and the manager is not in the store; so he asked us to come back on Tuesday, and offered a $25 credit to our account for inconvenience...sounds civilized so far... We went back on Tuesday only to find out: we're no longer eligible for the offer, there's no way the manager would honor the promises we were given over the past 3 days, and his only consession is an apololgy, because his agents didn't know the process. I'm disappointed with T-Mobile, and completey dissatisfied; I've been with them for 10 years...I think it's time to change. They will nickle and dime you to death...check your bill every month, there's a high probability there's a new charge they want to pass on to you... Shame on you T-Mobile...bait and switch is not acceptable; there are many options to consider when going with a cell provider...you won't be one of them for our family, and everyone that asks me for my opinion. read more
