I stop by this booth to get protection for my 16 inch 2019 MacBook Pro. It took two trips and two weeks to determine they don't have the proper material template for the new MacBook. The service provided was nothing more or less than expected. The guy at the kiosk was not super customer service friendly but spent the time to explain the difference when I asked all my questions. He did not seem super enthusiastic about selling the product but still did his job. I showed him the yelp coupon code and he said he could not give that 20% because their system doesn't even have that type of percentage off. So he gave me a discount for getting the back and front done together but that's already a discounted rate. I informed him about the Yelp discount code and even showed him after checking in and he said there wasn't anything more he could do because his system doesn't have "anything like that." Overall, I still paid for the product just didn't feel as if yelp and this company did their job at advertising something that could not be done. read more

Got my 11 year old daughter's iPhone done there last month. It peeled off pretty quickly. Before she had a chance to tell me she dropped it and shattered the glass. I got that fixed for 118 dollars at one of those fix it places. I called Ghost armor at Chandler Fashion square and explained what happened. They said it's unheard of for it to peel off (?). Well you heard it here now. Their "resolution" (and I use the term loosely) was to come in and pay 15 dollars to have a new one put on. They said they "could" usually offer it for 10 dollars but we no longer had the original peeled off ARMOR shield they provide. (Since we could be fraudulently making up this story about spending 120 dollars ). What happened to the "life time warranty" LOL. What exactly are you warranting? My 8 dollar shield from Amazon works much better!! read more

I have been using Ghost Armor for years and have it on all of my devices. I'm almost obsessive at making sure my kids don't wreck my new gadgets, so I avoid letting them touch any of my stuff unless it has Ghost Armor. I recently added this to my iPad Pro. I was concerned that it might make the Apple Pencil less accurate or even unresponsive on the screen. However, using Ghost Armor on my screen had no effect on the accuracy of the Apple Pencil, it works flawlessly. I can't speak to the tempered glass screen covering they offer, but for sure the standard clear stuff works great. I prefer Ghost Armor to the other brands out there and especially instead of touching a bare glass screen because it makes the screen not look disgusting from all my finger prints. I'm not sure what kind of voodoo Ghost Armor does, but my finger prints pretty much disappear when I use their stuff. I highly recommend Ghost Armor on all of your screens! read more

NEVER will I spend another dollar at this place. After pulling the cracked screen protector off of my husband's phone, Jacob then said it was not Ghost Armor and that he would not replace it at the replacement cost. He looked up our information and found us in the system multiple times but still refused to make things right. Definitely a scam being run here. I went to the Ghost Armor stand today at Chandler Fashion Center, AZ. Wow! I'm so impressed. I will have to admit that I am leery of approaching the stands set up in the mall because of the pushy sales people that have made me feel pressured and uncomfortable (which ultimately ends up with me walking away)...BUT, I am so glad I stopped today. Jacob was who helped me. I cannot day enough great things about him. He is extremely knowledgeable about his company/brand. He's approachable and went way beyond what I expected. I asked questions, even out of his realm of business and he spent all of the time with me that I needed to thoroughly understand how my phone interacted with certain apps and transferring data while still showing me how his products benefitted me. This garbage place wrecked my phone screen. My phone is a brand new s8+, I've had it for less then a month. When I contacted them they denied damaging the phone, telling me there was no way they could have done it. They told me there was video footage, so I headed down to the kiosk to look at the footage, but of course it was conveniently missing. I was offered no apologies or any resolutions whatsoever. I was accused of lying; and was told by their head office they would investigate it, how they intend to do it without any footage is the real mystery here. The customer service rep I spoke to was rude, and implied I was stupid. Overall I would say don't use these guys unless you want a damaged phone and to be treated like a simpleton who doesn't understand what damage looks like. read more

I use these guys to fix my Samsung gear fit. It only cost $10 to put a nice little protective shield over that guy. The stuff is oil proof, and really awesome. When I switched from ZAG to Ghost Armor, I was told that the shields I purchased for my iPhone would be guaranteed for life. However, I just went into the Ghost Armor Kiosk today and was told since I upgraded my iPhone, my shields are no longer under warrantee. The sales associate I spoke with didn't even greet me. After lingering around the kiosk for a minute or so, I finally interrupted his texting session and asked to get some new shields put on my phone, but he said I would have to purchase new ones. There isn't any consistency with what these sales reps have told me since I've bought their brand. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service this company provides and the inconsistent information received. I will no longer be purchasing Ghost Armor. read more

I just submitted a dispute with my bank because they were suppose to refund me and the refund still hasn't posted but they went ahead and took the $53.74 out of my checking account. I will NEVER again buy this product ever!!! I will be telling all family and friends to stay away!!! I called today to figure out where my refund was and when it will be posted the employee told me they didn't know and they weren't responsible for that that I would have to call customer care. What?! You guys gave me the refund at your kiosk, so then I asked to speak to the manager Mark I got hung up on. So then I called corporate office, asked to speak to a manager there due to them not giving me my money back, she told me that there is no manager and she works from home. Then when I said this is unacceptable and I need to speak to a manager as soon as possible I was hung up on again!! I then contacted the better business bureau and that's when they recommend that I call my bank and possibly an attorney. This is a very poor business and I should have learned my lesson the first time that it was. I posted a bad review once the manager Mark called and fixed things with me then asked me to either take down my negative review or change it to a positive. This is horrible business practice and I know this because I'm a manager at my company and you are to have positive and negative review regardless. This is ridiculous and I hope future readers will take my review into consideration and not spend your money at this business go somewhere else!!!! read more
