Never checked back with me, he looked in my direction several times and ignored me , once the data was transferred I got the attention of a female associate who helped me with the final steps, she was friendly I wish I had her from the beginning! She offered me a watch and specifically told me it was completely free and would not cost me anything. I didn't need a watch, but I accepted it based on what she told me. I later discovered that my bill increased by more than $100 due to charges associated with the watch and its cellular service. She also told me that because of my loyalty to Verizon, I would receive a $250 Verizon gift card. I never received it. I contacted Verizon to try to resolve the situation, but they have refused to make it right. I feel I was misled by the salesperson and ended up paying for something I never would have agreed to if the actual costs had been explained to me. I wish I remembered the salesperson's name. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this Verizon location. Please carefully review every charge and promotion before agreeing to anything.
