Cell plus goes above and beyond. I took my dji spark drone controller there to get the charging port fixed. The first try it didnt work properly so I took it back and they got it fixed. Please save yourself the money, time and frustration and do not buy from this store! I was looking into getting an Original Nintendo System to play Super Mario Bros on. I seen an ad on Facebook Marketplace that this store had them for $24. I went down to the store and it turns out the console for $24 isn't Mario Bros but a bunch of games I've never even heard of. They showed me another game system that I thought was a Super Nintendo and it's supposedly had all the games I wanted on it so I bought it for $60. The guy told me I had 30 days to exchange or return it. I went home hooked it up and noticed something wasn't right! I looked at the box and it wasn't even a Super Nintendo! It was a Retro whatever that is but it looked exactly like a Super Nintendo! I tried to play the game but it wasn't right! The controllers didn't work right and the game was supposed to be Super Mario Bros but it was a fake version. I took it back the next day and told the same guy why I didn't like it. He plugged it in and started playing it and said it worked just fine. I said no it doesn't. I said I want a real Nintendo! He said they don't have any of those. I looked around and found a system that looked exactly like an original Nintendo and said I'd try that one. The price difference was $10 less. I said I'd take my $10 back and he said there's no refunds and no exchanges! He said I could pick out a screen protector for a phone. I told him I didn't need that or anything else in the store. I told him to get his manager because I wanted my money back and he refused. I told him I would NOT be back. I came home tried out the "Cool Baby" System. It's crap! It's cheaper than cheap, the controllers are junk and they have sharp edges that hurt my hands to play. Most disappointing is the Fake Nintendo games on it. Super Mario bros is so fake you can tell the colors are off and Mario doesn't even look like Mario! In the game all the words are in a different language! I'm so mad I've been ripped off $60!! I've tried to contact the owners daughter on Facebook that put the ad up and she doesn't even reply to me. When she did reply once she wrote "why do you keep messaging me". This store is a joke. They have fake junk that they advertise as authentic Nintendo games and products. They are dishonest and unprofessional. I hope this helps prevent others from being ripped off too! read more

Saw a FB add from a woman named stephanie M. She was promoting these bootleg Apple earbuds for twenty bucks. I went into the store and bought them but when I open the box which wasn't sealed I discovered that they have already been warned and the case was all scratched up. They didn't really work very well either but that was expected being the unit I was purchasing. I went to the store the very next morning and had my receipt to get my money back but all sales are final regardless of why. They did however give me the same amount in-store credit at which time I purchased the cheapest flash drive I could find. Buyer beware I would not recommend the store to anyone. While the employee wasn't rude or combative but in fact polite and friendly the quality of products in the store isn't worth the discounted price. read more

I went in for a screen protector, I didn't know what I wanted but the folks in there were very helpful & nice in explaining the difference between all the screen protectors they have for an iPhone 7, after they explained the differences (went with a privacy cover) which is basically a 2 in 1, protects my screen from scratches & having other people in my business when they're next to me. I love it! They installed it right after & I was in and out of there in less than 10 mins. They were real friendly & inexpensive, would come again. read more

I bought a Nintendo console with 620 games built in tried it on every tv I had even bought a converter box it did not work. Took it back a week later they only give you store credit so I bought a Bluetooth head set and a smart watch both suck a$$ headset you cant hear the other caller and the smart watch dont even charge. So it just sits on the night stand cuz I wont buy anything else from this store. Save your self time and money and disappointment and avoid this store at all cost. This is probably the most unprofessional and ridiculous store I've ever purchased a video game accessory from I specifically asked what their return policy was and the guy working the store said 15 days to return as long as it's not broken well I find out the remote isn't able to do what I wanted it to do on my system and I go to return it and now he's telling me I can't return it because there's nothing wrong with it and when I asked for his bosses number he says he can't give me it before I went in to purchase as well they didn't have any "all sales final no refunds" signs up but when I return they have them all across the front counter if I could give zero stars I would read more

Worse experience ever !!! Very unprofessional and straight out RUDE. If I could leave no stars I would. I took my phone in about 2 months ago to have my note 5 LCD screen replaced. My husband picked it up and noticed the corner was lifting up. She explain, yes it did not come out right because it does not come with enough glue. She offered a FREE case because of it and let him know this is common but as long as we keep the case on we would be fine. He took the case and left. ( Trust me we know he should have never paid and left or gotten something in writing but this is what happens when you trust people are still good and trust worthy). When he brought me the phone I was very unhappy. I called and spoke to her as soon as I saw the phone. She didn't even let me finish because she already know what I was calling about and said to bring it back and she would do it again. But she needed to order more because she had no more in stock. I let her know I could not be with out my phone till they arrived so at that time she said she would call when they came in. I asked to leave my name and number and she stated she had it not to worry. After that phone call I went to use my pen that comes with the Note 5 ( the reason I have a note) and it did not work. When speaking to my husband I let him know but we both agreed since I was going to take it in anyways I could talk to her then. Fast forward to yesterday. I realized she never called and since we had some person issues that was keeping us busy didn't realize how long its been I called in. A man answered the phone and stated she was on lunch and would call me back. Since I was on my way home from work I stopped by. When first entering the store the man who answered the phone was on the phone and asked me to wait. While waiting the lady showed up and asked if she could help. I explained who I was and she did remember but stated very rudely she NEVER said she would fix it. That the corner was lifting already and that the frame was messed up and she is not fixing anything. Although when we first took it in she gave us a FREE case because of her work not being done correctly. Mind you their prices are extremely blown up from what they bought them for I could find them online for less then $10 but the case was a $30 dollar case from her store. Now who in their right mind would give something away for FREE if they did not feel they messed up in anyway. She also stated because I was a referral from another store I was not their customer LOL. But I paid her, she did the crappy job and my receipt came from her store! Keep in mind she was yelling, chuckling and making nasty faces at me as well. Like I said unprofessional and rude. I left the store at that point since it was getting heated and I could see there was going to be no positive solution. Also just as a side note I understand its been a few months but that was not her issue. She was dead set that she did a good job and never stated she would fix it. Also stating the pen not working had nothing to do with her work and how does she know it worked before hand. The main issue for me was how she was saying I'm lying. I would never show my face to have someone fix if she didn't tell me she would make it right . Here work is horrible and even worse customer service. Their statement about them wanting their customers satisfied is all BS. I will never go here again nor send anyone I know if fact I will make sure everyone I know never goes there.
