I drop my iPhone. A lot. It's a hazard of my business (that's what I tell myself )! It's nearly impossible to get into an Apple Store with my schedule so last time I sought out another source. I immediately returned because the Home Button didn't function. One idiot told me I didn't know how it worked. Awesome. The manager came out and realized they didn't have it seeded correctly and fixed it but it was obviously not a quality face and (Surprise) it didn't last long. I have been to a few different mobile repair stores over the years, however, I never found one I loved. Yesterday, I tried Mobile Matrix to fix a cracked iPad screen. After calling and researching different businesses to get quotes, I decided to try Mobile Matrix. I worked with the manager Alex on the phone and in person. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Their prices were lower than competitors and their work was flawless. My replacement screen only took a couple of hours. I'm so thankful it's located in my neighborhood. From now on, they will be my permanent mobile repair store. By far the best service I've ever had regarding anything cell phone related. I, like the genius I am, attempted to change my own broken iPhone 8 pls screen It was a failure. 3 hours later I walk in the door of mobile matrix fingers bleeding, distraught, bewildered and on the verge of tears. I had big problems yesterday - I went into this shop. The owner was more than helpful, I am not fluent in tech-speak. He was patient and his explanation was clear. He told me how and where to go for the SIM card needed. He installed it for me and walked me through the download of the necessary transfer app. Next he transferred all the data from my existing phone to the phone I was setting up. I was delighted with my new working phone. He didn't even expect payment but finally accepted my small cash offering. This place is amazing! We had an iPad with a screen replaced by a different company and it was returned to us with the home button broken. The place that fixed it said there was nothing they could do, that the screen braking is what broke the home button and we were out of luck. We decided to try Mobile Matrix Repair and they were able to fix the home button and therefore save our iPad. The service was great and the price was very affordable. We will never go anywhere else to have any screens replaced or try anywhere else for repairs. We highly recommend this place! read more
