I recently researched car batteries and decided on a Duracell I found on their website. After purchasing online I drove to the store to pick up my Duracell battery. The store clerk placed a brand I never heard of on the counter. When I said I purchased a Duracell he said this battery is exactly the same and came off the same assembly line but did not get the Duracell brand sticker on it. After assuring me this brand made batteries for Duracell I tried to confirm that online but could not. Since I was in need of a replacement battery, had already purchased one and was standing there, I agreed to take it. The sign out front said free battery installation so I had them install it for me so I got the core refund on the spot. Will see if it lasts me three years as my previous battery did. It only came with a two year warranty but I have always gotten three plus years out of all my batteries. I always replace after three years regardless of whether it's still starting my car or not. Will update my review in three years or less depending on how long it lasts. The website should state that the battery you purchase online may not be the one you get so there are no surprises when you arrive at the store. read more

After being disappointed by UBREAKIFIX a friend recommended this Batteries Plus. So I gave them a call to see if they had the cell phone batteries that I needed and they indeed did have them! I asked if I needed an appointment to have them installed and the he said no appointment was needed. He said it would take approximately 1 hour to install them. Well it only took 45 minutes and besides that he gave my a $10 coupon on each battery. I then asked them if they sold auto keys with fobs and he said they did. They had to order it but was there in 4 days and the following day I went back and they were able to cut the key and program the fob and they also gave me the $10 discount on that key as well while all the time treating me professionally and honestly the whole time! Used this store for my samsung galaxy s8 full screen repair all of the associates were nice, courteous and professional. They were able to put a screen protector on (mahngo) which absolutely saved my new screen. Came back again and the team was again great to work with on the screen protector.
