Stopped in to get help with it email. The store was really busy. A lady asked to help me then said she needed to help others and would come back she never did come back. Someone else wasted my time to help me to say goodbye that cox stores don't work on email problems! So I still have the same problem!

i've been coming to this location for years and i've never had one bad experience, the workers are always friendly and professional, since i've learned how to pay the bill on the kiosk that's what i've been using and it's a game changer if you're going in just to pay a bill i recommend learning how to use it other than waiting in line

I went here for a quick pickup of my gigablast kit. check-in was easy through a tablet and was serviced pretty quickly (within a few minutes). Everything was done pretty quickly, however, the salesman tried to sell me their streaming device and that is something I don't appreciate. However, I m glad he was not like a car dealer salesman who doesn't leave you whatever happens. Overall the store is big and they have all possible things that cox sells including many devices. Won't mind going here if needed.

Switch to a different internet provider. This place is a joke and WAY overpriced.

The lady that helped me was very rude, like as if she was giving me the silent treatment. Not very helpful. She seemed immature.

We have had NO problems with cable and the internet speed is so quick it's hard to understand why we ever had Century Link.

I have been sick of Cox expensive TV for so long and finally did it! I bought a $20 digital…read moreantenna and a Tablo (streaming & DVR device)from Amazon, $165. I hooked it up to a 4gb hard drive I was not using and "Poof", no more $100 per month TV bills and I now had a 4gb DVR which is good for thousands of hours of recorded shows. All the channels came in perfect except 12 NBC. I moved the digital antenna all over but no luck. So I did some research on TV antennas and came across Free HDTV AZ, and the owner TJ. He had a $50 off coupon on his website so for $250, TJ stopped by, provided and installed the antenna with pole mount, and professionally ran the cable down my wall and into my house and hooked it into the back of my Tablo! Boom, now I got all the channels including channel 12. So, $415 later (approx 4 month Cox TV bill) I have free TV! If you are a DIY person you can get an outdoor antenna and mount it yourself and save $100. If you are not a DIY then call TJ @ 480-206-2407. He also will install your Tablo for an extra $50 and your Roku $25 if you need him to. Now a word about Tablo. It is a streaming and DVR for your over the air free tv all in 1 little box. It is compatible with any streaming device like a Roku or Fire Stick, etc. With a Tablo you can stream the free TV to any TV in your house that has a Roku like device. You just download the app on your streaming device and you are in business. You can get the recorded programs at any TV too. Also you control the Tablo from an app on your phone if you want to. The cheaper Tablo I bought has two tuners. This is the 1 I bought. Be aware that having 2 tuners means you can record 2 show at the same time only. If you have 4 people in your home you might want to consider the upgraded one with 4 tuners. The quality of the TV picture and the recorded shows are HD. Truly amazing. When you call TJ, tell him Ron sent you. Now if there was a good alternative to Cox on internet ...........

I put up with pixelized over the air broadcast for over a year using an amplified indoor antenna…read more Finally decided to go with an outdoor HD roof-mounted antenna. Mario was on time, very professional, did a FANTASTIC job on the installation, and I am 100% satisfied with the install and performance of the antenna. Even my wife (who is very much OCD) is glad we went with the roof mounted antenna. The reception is way better than I hoped for, and we get nearly twice as many broadcast channels as we did with the amplified indoor antenna. We ran the antenna cable to our HD HomeRun DVR box which uses our router to send the broadcast station signals to our iPhones, iPads, Windows PCs, and 5 TVs using Amazon Fire Sticks. My only regret is that I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to do this. Thanks Mario!! I couldn't be happier.

I was unaware that my phone line was down, and checked it. yup it's down. I logged in to my account and there was a notice saying that it would be fixed on a specific date. so I did not try to contact centurylink's worthless support. when the date in question came up I checked out phone and it was still out. just to make sure I checked all our phones, and even went out to the SNI and opened it, checking with my lineman's handset. not working. so I opened the century link side and checked it there. nope not working just static and buzzing. I logged in to their barely functional website again and it now had a notice that it would be working in another 4 days. When that date came up it was still not working. so I logged in to their waste of time website and ran through their "troubleshoot service" which supposedly tested my line and reported that it was working fine (it wasn't) if I called my landline from my cell phone I got a message that said there was a problem with the line. so now I'm starting to get irritated. I ran through a series of questions about my phones not working none of which had the option of no phones are working, and there is static and buzzing on the line. it just ran through a series of steps that always led to saying my phone was broken. my phone is not broken. now I tried to call and get a human. what a laugh. I just had to navigate a series of terrible "AI" questions and managed to get a repair ticket generated for a friday. with a time window of the ENTIRE DAY! now I'm mad. So I am fed up and went online to cancel my service of 32 years. there is a way to cancel by selecting a reason. NONE of the buttons that I clicked on for any reason did anything EXCEPT (paraphrased) "going overseas for the military". great but it makes me wait the rest of the billing month for the first available date. 3 days before my service is set to be shut off my wife reports that the phones are working. just like that. no notice or anything. well too bad. we are going through with the shut off. I'm tired of paying over $75 per months to receive scam, phishing, "survey's", and political robo dialer calls. The only reason I even kept the service was for 911 and emergencies if a storm knocked out cellular. if anyone ever reads this from centurylink or lumen. your website is barely functional garbage, your repair service is worthless, your service is spotty and barely usable. you seem to do everything you can to make it as difficult as possible to talk to anyone and get resolution for any issues. good riddance.
