Karen is terrific! This has been my local "Verizon" store for years as a customer. I had to replace my cell phone a few days ago, and I was helped by a very nice lady named Karen. Thank you, Karen! read more

Hubby was having a glitch with his email on his phone. We dropped by the Verizon store at 43rd & Bell Rd and TJ met us at the entrance door. We sat down and explained the problem. While I was looking for the password for email, TJ was reviewing our account (unbeknownst to us) and discovered he could lower our monthly bill! I expect that if I walk into a Verizon store, I am going to be opening my wallet, right? It's a sales store. That's what they are supposed to do. Hats off to TJ we walked out and our bill will be $20 less and Hubby now has access to his email. You rock TJ!!! read more

Making me go to a corporate Verizon store to drop off Verizon products. Makes no sense, waste of time.

I have been having trouble with my bill and Dom has been helping me out. Today I went in to get help with my bill and I got stopped at the door by Edgar and he told me "listen here, Dom technically works here but he's out of state, he'll be back in September or you can reach out to him". I didn't even make it through the threshold before getting turned away. Totally unprofessional. This store location got me the plan I've been fighting with. read more

This place is a great location. They are extremely helpful and friendly. We walked in on a Monday around 11. Xavier greeted us right away and was able to answer our questions about the phones, internet and watches for our kids. There were some issues getting our new phones activated and he was able to figure it all out in the store before we left which I greatly appreciated as the last location didn't and I ended up spending a day figuring it out on my own. We had our two kids with us and they did great during the time it took us. Xavier gave them water bottles which they enjoyed. I had to stop over at Einsten bagels as the switching of phones took longer than expected. The kids were able to eat the bagels while they waited. I would highly recommend this location read more

Not a great experience. Started with the salesmen literally waiting for you at the door. I wanted to look around before purchasing anything and was not given any time to do this. Straight to the sale. Then upon purchasing items the salesman did not disclose all of the extra add-ons to my plan and monthly bill. They also never asked me how much storage I wanted, so I ended up with a phone with less storage than what I wanted!! Went to the store and the person that "helped" me review the bill literally lied to my face and said the app is always wrong, but after speaking with multiple customer service reps they told me this was not an accurate statement. So if it was up to this store I would paying a buttload of money for my bill read more

The customer service at this location was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I had Chris help me out originally and added multiple add ons to my account including insurance that I specifically asked not to have gave me a "promotion" that after it was said and done cost me significantly more. I made 2 return trips to fix the situation that was never resolved. Tried calling to speak with Chris and got nowhere as well as the GM who never returned any of my calls. Spoke to Verizon directly and since it is a 3rd party there was little they could do. I have been going to that location for years and always had great service. I will never return and will tell anyone who listens to never step foot in there. I am disappointed with their lack of communication and used car salesmen techniques that cost me way too much time and money. read more

Went to deal with a failing modem. Found an office with people who understood the problem, recommended a less expensive way to accomplish the goal, and successfully made the necessary account changes to accommodate that. Service! Service! Service! Excellent! Value: good trade for the price. Took a while, but in a comfortable place, they accepted my dog as well. As a side note, people, walk your dogs before you visit commercial establishments: it makes a big difference in everyone's attitude! Have a cell issue? This is a good place to go! I'm certainly going back. read more

I use to trust this store. For a job had to immed.get a tablet w directions At this store a Spanish man tried to sell me the highest price tablet and phone I know nothing about computers. So I got the lowest price tablet,of course 3 yr contract. He refused to help me set it up,he only wanted me OUT,so he could sell to the next sucker .These guys are only crooks, blood suckers, etc .I need a new phone and will go to another company .I'm tired of verizon giving me the BIG middle finger,!Bye,bye you jerks, also that same guy said my old Samsung tablet was bad and sold me one for 600$ What a liar,I just took it to consumer cellular and they started it up for 12$The Fcc will be hearing from me! read more

5 star customer service today, thank you Tommy, you totally went above and beyond ... Well done sir !!

Ask for Dom Meriweather. He's honest! Rare in the sales industry! Not hidden BS, just fact and a square deal!

This is the place you want to come when it comes to be taken care of with any issues or questions. We came in today to specifically come see (Mike) he is the manager there and has made every visit extremely smooth for my husband and I. Mike is thorough and takes his time in explaining every option. In our case today, we came in with what we thought a "loss" on our water damage phone... mike came around and gave us a couple options and reviewed every single one of them. To sum it up, we left extremely happy and satisfied with his service. He truly treats you like family! This is the only location we will drive an extra 10 minutes if it means having a piece of mind. read more

First yelp review ever. I walked in today just looking to buy a lighting IPHONE charger. The associate that "assisted" me kindly took me over and grabbed a USB-C charger. I calmly said no "lightning iPhone charger" He then asked "buddy do you even understand what I'm saying?" I said yes I need that one and I point to the lightning iPhone charger. And went to grab it and he pushed my hand away from grabbing it and said again. " buddy do you understand what I'm telling you this is a lightning charger." I said no sir I need the iPhone lightning THAT is a usbc. Wasn't even worth the money at that point. I went to the smoke shop right next to it got exactly what I asked for and had great customer service. Funny that that Verizon has an employee that sells the phones and devices to help with mobile phones and can't even differentiate the difference between the major two chargers. I'd leave a zero if I could and I can't even believe I typed this out I'm actually laughing out loud. You get the one star for laughing at your employee's incompetence. Don't do Verizon. Have a great day to whoever reads this ! You get one star because I got a good chuckle out of the experience. read more

I seemed to misplace my long iPhone charging cable and kept putting off buying another because I imagined I would find it. I was wrong. I've got two phones: one for work, one personal. I was utilizing my lone, short cable between the two phones until I finally stopped procrastinating and went into a Verizon store. There were only a few people ahead of me, which was perfect because it allowed the time to check out the available accessories as I waited my turn to be assisted. I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me, but he was fast and efficient. By the time I was back in my car... I was already so thankful to finally have a new cable. It's amazing the little tasks that we put on the back burner because we can't seem to find the time, when they realistically take no time at all. Thanks Verizon guy, for providing exceptional service! read more

I have also documented every call. read more

All I can say is that I believe he sold my phone/personal information as I've had nothing but total criminal activity in my bank account, my child Halston never returned home..I'm paying for a phone still from last year that they never sent me and they won't credit me SLL MY MONEY. It's too bad I can't give it a half star. This is horrible, horrible customer service, trying to work with Mike Romero. He was excited to get my sale of the I-phone 16 pro max (traded my old phone to get the $800 to pay towards my old phone) and I bought the Apple Watch. After the sale, his customer service with issues, I think he texts something that he thinks I want to hear. But he doesn't have any follow up. I will never recommend this store or any other Cellular sales store. Very unprofessiona. read more

This is the second time in two years I have bought a phone at this location. Paul was an excellent representative. A great sense of Covid comfort in this store. Chairs are 6 feet away from the salesmen, plenty of hand sanitizer and screen sanitizer around. Paul was very knowledgeable about the phone I bought and he was very kind about transferring all of my data for me. The entire process was painless with the exception of the price of the phone. Paul explained the phone features and was genuinely as excited about my purchase as I was. I recommend the store and Paul, without hesitation! read more

Went in looking to change plan and get a new phone.. Rep was not helpful at all. Rested his head on his hand while typing as if we were keeping him up. Shoes were untied and never introduced himself. When he pulled up our account, he said he had nothing for us except to reduce our account by $25 by removing some premium apps and hotspots, which we don't have. When we explained we don't have those features his response was only "hmmm". ??? We left saying we may need to go to a competitor and he responded, ok I understand. ???? Does Verizon not need the business? read more

Worst Verizon experience I've had in the 20+ years of being a customer with them. Long story short, beware of this store and the people working in it. They are all just looking for sales and when you actually have problems they don't know how to handle them but call some lady in India on the tell them your problems and hope it gets resolved.. dealt with this for 6 months over a bill.. finally called in today and demanded things get done and boom it's done.. Mike Romero should fired or go back to training. read more

Hate to give even one star. Son with a dead phone went into store thinking it was Verizon. It definitely was not. Instead of being open and honest, the salesman didn't replace under insurance through Assurion, they signed him up for a 3 year plan WITHOUT account owner approval, me. They should have told him they were not assurion, and where to receive real service through insurance. No brainer since they sell the Assurion product. They refused to refund or do anything about the probably illegal transaction. Spoke to jerk manager Angelo, complete waste of time. Had to call Verizon, who apologized repeatedly for the bad conduct of this retailer. Verizon is making it right despite the retailer refusal. So sad that Cellular Sales, the company, doesn't seem to have any ethics so that Verizon has to make the customer whole. Stay far away from Cellular Sales! Use only actual Verizon stores and Assurion locations. Buyer beware! There is also currently a lawsuit against the parent company in Tennessee by their former employees. Google it. This location is so nice and all the employees are so friendly. Switched to a new phone with Jo problems.

I came in yesterday to buy a new phone after I dropped mine and sent the screen into funky town mode, rendering it unusable. Cris Duran got to me pretty much immediately and I got a new phone, in and out, in about 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend. read more

Where to begin?!?! VERIZON has upgraded themselves by hiring LINDSAY WINEBARGER!!! She mentioned she's new, I was a bit skeptical. She eased my skepticism with her extensive KNOWLEDGE, SUPERB, THOROUGH, EFFICIENT, & EXCELLENT customer service! I'm not a tech savvy person; I needed assistance with my business account & phone services & I didn't want to feel rushed or sold on unnecessary items. Lindsay was extremely PATIENT, COURTEOUS, & EXPLAINED in detail (& in layman's terms) the specifics of my needs & requests. She went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me purchase the right products/services & even followed up with me to confirm my satisfaction! I have since referred my sisters & business partner to work with Lindsay @ Verizon (43rd & Bell Rd., Phoenix) & I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND & REFER her to you! Thank you, CB read more

Verizon - Verizon Store Front (43rd Ave. & Bell Rd., Phoenix, AZ) - Mobile Phones Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

My screen had almost completely blanked out on old phone. I walked in to the 43rd Ave/Bell Rd. store and got completely taken care of with no waiting. Tommy helped me and also painstakingly and multiple times tried viewing information from my old phone to transfer as much as possible to my new one. Mission accomplished as he was able to transfer all contacts, photos and videos which is most important. I seriously doubt anyone else would have put in the effort to bother with my old phone as many attempts as he made to do so. Very pleased with the service experience here and highly recommend. read more

Brandon is most definitely the most experienced and pleasant associate I've ever worked with at any Verizon Store! Thank you very much !

Love this store! We went to the arrowhead location and had a horrible experience. Much to our delight we saw that this store was open later and were so pleased with the service. For starters, we were greeted IMMEDIATELY! Durrell helped us with my new phone including installing the glass perfectly! He was patient and didn't rush me through the purchase and he took care of ensuring everything was transferred over correctly! Superior customer service and this is now my go to Verizon store! He even cared enough to follow up with me a few days later to make sure everything is working correctly! Now that's 5 star service! read more

I went in on Saturday and was helped by Matthew (Matt). He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. While he loves LG phones and talked me into getting one for the benefit of my needs/wants, I ended up going back again today to trade it in for an iPhone 11. Matt's intentions were good but I just don't do well with change and I'm not tech savvy. I wanted what I was comfortable with; an iPhone. Unfortunately Matt was not there today to help me, but I was lucky enough to have Paul help me out. I'm sure returns and trades aren't their favorite things to do, but Paul was really good about it. He's super intelligent too and made the trade go very smoothly. I will be returning to this store if I ever need anything (like a screen protector... which is pretty often) haha. read more

My girlfriend has had issues with switching to her new phone since last Thursday. She has made several trips to the store without any resolution.
