I sent a generic quote request through Yelp and immediately received a response from the owner. He gave me a great price and asked if I wanted to come in today or tomorrow. I already had an appointment with ubreakifix for 3 pm so I didn't reply. The company called and said at my 3pm appointment I'll be paying a deposit for parts and my phone can be fixed in 3-5 business days. I was set to travel in a couple of days and needed it fixed. So I replied to the owner of Cellairis and said I'll be in at 12:30. I went in and was greeted by two young men. My phone was done by 1pm!! This was the second time the screen on this phone was replaced and apparently the first place did a bad job. Screws were loose or missing. I went to cellairis for a note 10 + back glass replacement and the lady who did the job broke my cámara since April 21 they can't fix my device, they already changed the camera twice and they keep installing on my device Chinese cameras. I came in here to get 4 phones fixed and got the warranty. For one of the phones. I went in at 6pm. They close at 7pm and the girl was still working on another phone. She ended up staying till 8 pm to fix all the phones and worked through some frame issues on a badly damaged phone. One of the screens touch went dead when I got home. It happens. They replaced it the next day no problem. Update from original. This place is by far the worst repair shoo. I have been to. I did not agree with their assessment and argued with them. For 15 min on how they are magically psychic and know exactly how the phone was damaged. I then told them to replace the speaker microphone they said they fixed the first time and they stated it was working fine. They then stated my warranty is voided on all phones even though they don't plan on reimbursing me. I would head for the hills and do not go here to get your phone fixed. read more

Took my phone in to get a lens cover replaced for my camera. My phone took pictures just fine and was clear. The cover fell out. So it was replaced. After I got the phone, I opened up my camera app to see the view. It looked like there were rain drops all over the lens. While repairing my phone, he broke the internal camera part and told me that now would have to be replaced and quoted me a price. He was going to charge me for his mistake and damage. He refused to cover the damages. I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I even tried calling customer service. And would leave messages with no return phone calls. Also sent an email. I had my iPhone 8 screen done there, and was charged $60 more than the going rate and other stores. Although it is my fault for not shopping around, because i was in a pinch, i still wouldn't recommend them as they are overpriced. Also, the screen is not as clear as the glass that the phone comes with, so i paid a premium price, and got something that definitely looks less than perfect. read more

The new manager was really helpful. I had gotten a package that covered my phone if it ever had gotten cracked and wasn't given the accurate info to set it up so it was basically invalid. When I went in he apologized and went through each step with me so it wouldn't happen again and didn't charge me to set it up correctly. read more

I went to AT&T and had a $59 screen protector for my iPhone 8Plus installed. Total price was about $68. It cracked the second day, chipped around the edges the next few days. I tried to use the warranty and was told, "This is what our screen protector does, it saves your screen." Well, it looked like some beat up, ghetto born, cracked and lifting screen protector in 3 spots. Never again. Knew that Cellairis was in Walmart and stopped in to have the heinous crime removed from my phone and add a new screen protector. Honestly - 5 minutes tops. Lai was a professional. He took care of my phone as if it was his own. New glass screen protector was, after tax, $21.45. Phone looked brand new. They offer a $50 plan which gives you a screen protector, a case of your choice and a 3 year warranty against ANY issue with your phone. If you want your screen protector replaced 100 times due to scratching, it is covered. If you destroy your phone due to White Walkers or dragons - they will cover it. Or just your basic dropping off a table. For our company we use a specific vendor to replace screens, etc. Cellairis is charging almost $100 less to replace an iPhone 8 Plus screen. I have read a lot of the reviews and have to say that I disagree with all the negative reviews. There is a UBreakItWeFixIt outside Walmart which charges more. I would try Cellairis out before going anywhere else. First time customer and was amazed by their service. read more

Thank goodness I found Robert at this store. He repaired my I pad which was "repaired" by another business. He was very knowledgeable and repaired my I pad in a short period of time and explained why the previous fix didn't work. I would highly recommend him as the price was fair but really you'll not regret going here for repairs of phones IPads etc. call for information and get you started on what you need. read more

These guys were great!! Prices were very reasonable and better than quotes I had gotten! Trevor replaced my charging port quick and then I had some speaker issues were my phone was very quiet. We ordered a new speaker and they replaced it. Once the speaker was replaced my phone was still very quiet! Trevor took the extra time to work on my phone and clean the screen blocking the speaker and that fixed the problem. He didn't charge me for the extra time and I am very appreciative for that! Requested a repair for Ipad -- Paid 221 dollars up front to order screen. After 10 days of no contact they advised me that store ownership was sold the screen was never ordered and cannot refund or repair Ipad. In process of trying to get charges reversed from fraudulent CC charges. Wall-Mart needs to re-evaluate their relationship with this company and its business practices.
