The first time I went in, two girls at the desk were a bit cold in their customer service, but they did give me a good idea to bundle my Internet with Home and Phone. I went home to talk to my husband about it and returned the next day. There were four employees on the floor and one of them, (Trinity) greeted me and said he would be with me soon. Each of the employees was busy assisting other customers, so I stood back and waited for a bit. After overhearing bits and pieces from their conversations, I realized it might be a while before they got to me. I asked Trinity if it would be a while and if I should come back another time. Immediately he asked what I needed and began not only helping his first customer, but me, too, at the same time. He did not ignore either one of us, but asked questions, filled out paperwork, retrieved items from the back of the store, all while continuing to work with both of us, and got us both what back and waited for a bit. The battery life, at full charge, was 68%. I was looking for a miracle. I drive for a living and my phone is my lifeline for my job. I walk in and immediately was welcomed and I explained my dilemma. The owner (Saleim, sorry if I misspelled it) was so understanding of my situation and knew exactly what to do to fix it. In about 1/2 hour he had everything fixed except the power port. He explained the issue and that he didn't have that exact part in this store but he had another store just 3 miles down the road and could fix it immediately there. I was able to pay for everything at this location (which was great) and headed to the other store. Within 1 1/2 I had a brand new phone! This establishment may look like a 'hole in the wall' but those, in my experience, are the best! Highly recommend this place to everyone I know!

They certainly did have a used one and the son, Carlos, took the old one out and installed the new one. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder because I wanted to know how to do it myself in the future, and then taught me how to put the new one in. My mom came with me and we were both so floored by how amazing, fast, kind hearted and swift the entire operation was. It's so so so very rare these days to meet someone like Carlos when dealing with any sort of car repair or vehicle issue. I hope good karma comes his way, because you could just tell what good of a soul he is! We immediately called our family members to tell them to make note of this place, I can't imagine ever getting a battery somewhere else again.
