Alondra is fabulous. Thank you for hiring her. She is very well versed in T-Mobile promotions and ensures the customers are always taken care of. We came in on Black Friday, she handled our concerns with ease and did not want us to leave until she knew everything was resolved. I see many negative reviews for this location and honestly, I'm confident Alondra's dedication to her work will really turn things around here. I am hopeful these reviews are seen and she is acknowledged for her skills!! If not, Alondra give me a call, I would hire you in a second at our company! read more

Horrible customer service, employees do not acknowledge customers when they enter the store nor do they attempt to assist customers. I have been a business customer of T-Mobile for 3 years yet this is the worst experience I have ever experienced at any T-Mobile location read more

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION they are scammers it's ran by a bunch of irresponsible scamming teenagers they add things to your bill without telling you and when I tried canceling the company wanted to charge me to cancel the extra stuff they put on my account the company is a scam as well I switched to AT&T and my bill was cut in half I recommend AT&T read more

Please avoid going into this Tmobile store. They have the worst customer service. The sales reps never want to be helpful. They have an attitude cause apparently they work every day for 3 months according to Alondra. Anyways I went to have them remove insurance off my Apple Watch she stated my watch didn't have insurance even though I show her my bill where is specifically stated in being charged for it. She stated well I can't do anything about it because how do I know that you just didn't add it. Even though I showed her 3 months of the bills cause according to her they are not able to see the detailed bill in their end. She said you have to call customer service or come back next month and if it is on there again then I'll remove it. Since I obviously couldn't get anything done there I left and called customer service that's when the person on the phone said oh it's already been removed. Someone took it off just a few minutes ago. I honestly don't understand why have an attitude or why not just do it then and there when I ask for it. All I have to say is please give them some customer service courses or something because it is ridiculous! How many more bad complaints do you need for Tmobile ti do something?! read more

Super bad service all around. No one greets when you come in the door. Worst employee is the lady working tonight 2/28/2025. Looks Latin with curly hair, wears the old raggedy coach loafers .. bet they stink more then her attitude, super rude when customers approach her.. she asks what can she help you with without even looking at your face. Didn't see a single smirk on her face the whole hour I was there read more

this location is very disappointing. The employees are inexperienced and unable to (or just dont want to) take the extra step to help the customer...i am a 20+ year customer, and this was a very bad experience for me.....I would do less stars...but cannot. read more

BEWARE THIS STORE WILL SCAM YOU All the employees are high and they treat customers like crap. They passed a weed pen right in front of me and not only that they stole my money and never got my product. After calling T-Mobile they said they never received anything. read more

This is the second time we have tried this location. The employees are rude and do not have good customer service skills. This location does not reflect T-Mobile in a positive light at all. It is completely worth it to drive to another location. read more

If your are a Sprint customer I would stay out of this store. I went in for a basic service and was told that the computers where down on the Sprint side, which was a Lie!! If you are a Sprint customer you are better off going to the T-Mobile store in the Christown Mall. read more

It's very bad company and steal my many a lot of time after when i check with agents tell me we dont know why the bill is higher i want back at&t is better and more cheaper read more

This is a terribly run store. They don't take their customers seriously. I had to come back 4 times in store to have my issue resolved because they keep pushing it off on the next person. I got a promo dealt to turn my iPhone 11pro max and they would give me a 1000 credit on the new IPhone 13pro max. They also said I can get a bogo deal for 800 dollars off a second new IPhone. Come to find out I only got one deal. I try to get things resolved with an employee of theirs that I won't name because she is very nice and I think it was an honest mistake on her part but she is unresponsive. She said she would talk to her manager and get me a credit by a certain date and if not she would call me none of those things happened. So I have to come in again finally get someone to help me and I guess actually call the main district boss and get a credit on my account for what I was offered a month ago. The staff is also pretty condescending and rude, they don't like you to bother them with questions like it's not there job to help you out. read more

I have had terrible experiences with phone companies and services it here at this T-Mobile they were the best of all in terms of service, respect, not over selling, or over charging. I even had some questions I got screwed over at another T-Mobile and he explained everything and apologized for them and just gave and a great experience I got there at 7:40 ended up leaving at 8:50 with my upgrade and new apple watches and not one of them was mad about staying late or had attitude or anything they all truest loved there job and I would easily take the extra outa the way drive to come specifically to this one Caleb was the man of the hour literally not sure if the the manager or not but he should definitely be one the way he handled me as well as everyone else he deserves a raise he saved T-Mobile for me single handedly thanks again!! read more

If I could leave a negative star I would. I agree with all the last reviews. There are 5 employees to 1 customer that walks in the door. They are disorganized and are all busy listening to loud music that is not welcoming at all. After standing there for 45 mins we decided to call another location a bit further and that person advised us that they had the product and no wait at all. This place needs additional customer service training and really need to care for customers. I know this review most likely won't be addressed but hoping that with word of mouth the business at this location dissipates and eventually eliminates to nothing. I will further address this issue with the corporate group of T-Mobile as well. read more

If I could I'd leave a negative 5 star review. Came into this T-Mobile to grab a charger chord real quick. Did not expect to wait 30-45 mins just for the employees to tell me to wait longer. I'll take my business elsewhere thank you. The staff did not seem to know / care that people were in a hurry. This store more reminded me of a Apple store in the mall than a professional T-Mobile establishment. read more

Best store! Complete new staff, all super knowledgeable! They know what they're talking about when it comes best deals and devices to take advantage of! read more

Their customer service is great, don't get me wrong but they're always saying things that never pull through to the end. I went in and opened a new account, bought 1 phone and they told me that I could get another phone for a $1000 discount. My goal was to open a new account and transfer my old account to this new one. I opened 2 lines on this new account, but couldn't transfer my old numbers until 3 months later. Come back 3 months later and now I can't transfer my old numbers until 6 months later. I go back 6 months later and they tell me I need to call customer service to transfer them. I call customer service and it turns out whoever opened my account added 2 extra lines (a total of 4 lines when I only wanted to open 2) without my consent. I don't know if they were looking for a little extra cash since I'm pretty sure they're commission based but it is totally unfair to me as the customer to be paying for 4 lines when I only agreed to pay for 2. I've had issues with this store in the past as well. Back in 2020 I was looking to buy a new phone but had to pay off the one I currently had first. I paid it off in cash and started financing my new phone. Turns out I was being charged for my old phone (that I had paid off) and my new phone. When we told the employees they said they had no record of me ever paying off my old phone. This store just needs to get their employees on the same page. read more

I stopped going to this T-Mobile because they where always rude!! I have recently moved to a new location and they treat you way different!!

Not really a great experience. The service is not great, not horrible, but definitely a downgrade from Verizon. My biggest problem w Verizon was constantly running out of data and the cost to go unlimited for a family plan. Not this store's fault. My biggest problem with wireless stores in general (and this one is no different) they're numbers driven. Unfortunately, they neglect the client experience when the dance around the tough part of the job. Not an ideal situation for anyone but I was forced to return a device I simply wasn't going to use. The representative returning the device was not the same one who sold me the device and did not want to process the deactivation. I understand that the quotas and metrics are important, but at the end of the day, these guys have to get better with understanding churn and the impact that a bad experience has on a location and my satisfaction as a customer. If anything, I'm sure that the manager that was just standing around could've done something to expedite the process. read more

Standing around in the store for 46 minutes so that I can hand them some money for a bill is far too long to wait. The staff had no sense of urgency, standing around laughing and joking while more than 25 people are in the lobby waiting to be assisted. read more
