Either a cord or a SD.. we tried out the cord and it wasn't working (my camera issues) so he open and showed me how to use the SD card . Abraham knows a lot about cameras. He offered to "show me something " for better photos .. holy moly! He made a ton of adjustments on my camera , and his co workers were kind enough to "pose" for some sample photos all in good fun. I couldn't believe the difference in my photos , just by all the settings he tweaked. He took extra time with me and that was much appreciated! Best Buy has definitely won me back as a customer!     My son and I stopped into Best Buy to have his phone screen cover replaced. I had purchased the…read moreextended plan to be able to have this replaced as many times as needed throughout the year. While waiting in line for at least twenty minutes, I asked my son to go over to two workers at another counter to see if they could help. Neither person acknowledged my son standing there awaiting their assistance. He stood there for at least another 10 minutes and I called him back to me, still waiting in line. FINALLY, a person agreed to help us with this simple fix...but was told they do not carry the covers any longer. SO...the warranty I paid for is now null and void. I asked for my money back since the service is not usable any longer, but was told I could only have a store credit. WHAT??? If I paid for something and cannot receive what I paid for, shouldn't I get my money back? A miniscule $22 by the way...not hundreds of dollars. The manager Joe was very rude and basically told me that was all he could do and was condescending to boot! Cannot believe a store is allowed to run that way. What happened to caring for customers and giving outstanding customer service. I spent a pretty penny during the holidays, but Best Buy has lost me as a customer. I will NEVER shop at their store again all because the manager Joe couldn't do the right thing.

    The technician created a basic workaround to get my DS18 BTC-Five Bluetooth receiver working via…read moreaux, but the setup was incomplete and poorly wired. After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!

    I was referred to Saner Sound by another installer who was unable to do my job…read moreI was hesitant because of the other Yelp reviews. I decided to go with Saner based on my call with the principals and its reasonable bid. Saner was also highly rated by RTI remotes and I was going to use the RTI remote interface paired with an Apple IPad mini. Saner installed the remote and did some rewiring for me. I was very pleased with the job, and when a complicated remote is installed tweaking after use is usually required. When I called for some changes the installers were back right away and tweaked the remote. Based on what I considered to be a high quality job I hired Saner to install a Dolby Atmos system for me. Again Saner did a very good job. I would definitely use Saner again.

The volume goes from o to 6 in .05 seconds. (OK, this might be an exaggeration, but it is meant to convey our daily aggravation.) My calls, emails and texts go unanswered for days, if they are answered at all. Maybe he thinks I am an hysterical female, but it is really that my husband gets too frustrated to call, so it is left to me. Maybe I am being unreasonable, but I think that if I spend $2000 for a system, it should work! This one does not. I would NOT recommend this company. In fact, I would recommend that you NOT use this company.
