We told them specifically why we were there and we questioned if we were better off coming back during the week. The service representative said "stay today, We are busier during the week". We ended up staying until 5 to 7, waiting patiently when the service representative came over to help us and again, we told them why we were there. We were there to upgrade our phone. He said oh let me see if our safe is still open, went away, came back and said sorry it's not open. Holy Toledo! So they told us to stay knowing why we were there and and wait patiently for nearly an hour and then could not help us. That was so rude, so disrespectful, and so inconsiderate that I would not step back in that store again.
