I made 2 return trips to fix the situation that was never resolved. Tried calling to speak with Chris and got nowhere as well as the GM who never returned any of my calls. Spoke to Verizon directly and since it is a 3rd party there was little they could do. I have been going to that location for years and always had great service. I will never return and will tell anyone who listens to never step foot in there. I am disappointed with their lack of communication and used car salesmen techniques that cost me way too much time and money.

I picked up my phone and he did not return the deposit. (I believe I lost about $30, just for letting him unsuccessfully try fixing it.) I then went to the Apple Store and they were able to fix it for about $5 more than iSmartDoctor was charging.
