This location is by far the worst T-Mobile store I have ever been too.
Went in to upgrade my phone, when I got in was met by the youngest looking sales associate there which isn't saying much because everyone that works at this location looks like they are barely 20, but I digress. When telling this worker what I was there for he went over the phones with me and I picked out what I wanted. After this he started pushing me getting an Apply watch with my new phone and that they had a promotion that the watch was free with the new phone and that I only had to pay taxes and fees that day for the watch, which somehow came out to $80 which whatever. After telling this worker several times that I didn't need the watch because I already had an older version at home he kept pushing for me to upgrade to this never version because it was "free". Finally I just said okay, paid for everything which was well over $200 that day for everything for the phone and watch, and left. Well low and behold the next bill cycle comes and my bill is $100 more a month then what I am used to which is INSANE. After looking through everything on my bill, I was being charged over $300 for this watch which I was told was free as well as $15 a month for a line for this watch which I was never told about.
After seeing this I immediately called costumer service who told me that I was passed the "buyers remorse" period but that I would need to go into the store the very next day and have they take the watch back. They did cancel the extra line for the watch which I was not told about at that time. The next day I went to the store (again a bunch of kids working) and told them my situation. The worker told me they couldn't accept the return and that the manager would have to okay it. He then just looked at me instead of asking me if I'd like to speak to the manager at which point I had to ask for the manager. When he went back to get him the oldest looking worker that Ive seen at this store came walking up and even he was probably 23 at the oldest. After speaking to him he told me his back office team who does returns wasn't there that day and wouldn't be back for several days but that if I call customer service they could do my return. This was obviously just a line a crap he fed me to try and get me to leave, and I then told him I already spoke to them and they told me to come into the store.
At this point I told him I was going to call customer service and put it on speaker phone and they could put there collective minds together and get this solved for me since I was lied to about a watch that was supposedly free and that I was now being charged hundreds of dollars for. After they spoke for a bit I got on the phone with a guy on the customer service line who finally helped me, got approval for me to return the watch and credited me $50 to my account, which still didn't cover the $80 I spent that day I got the watch. I was emailed a return label to print out which I then had to get everything to then ship this watch back that I didn't even really want in the first place. Such a headache because the untrained employees at this store don't know what they are talking about and lied to me about a watch that was supposed to be free.
It cost me money, time, and a headache just because they are poorly trained. After all this I honestly am going to look into Verizon hopefully buying out my contract/phone payment with T-Mobil because I don't like being lied to and don't like losing money because of being lied too.
Bottom line......AVOID THIS STORE, and consider a different carrier. read more
